Lunexor

I'm 67 years old and the last 10 years I have been trying all the drugs out there for a good night's sleep. Although Lunexor does put me to sleep but it takes me 2 days to get over the stooper it puts me in. For example, I took it 2 days ago. I slept on and off all night, woke up feeling refreshed , then the hangover started about mid afternoon. I took a nap but it didn't help. That night I slept well without any pill, took another nap that afternoon and the effects of the pill finally left my body around 6pm that night. I wish I could chop this capsule in half, it might help.

7-hour Slumber

I am a sixty year old woman with M.S. I need to be very careful with medication choices because I am already on so much medication. I tried this liquid Melatonin knowing the uses of Melatonin vitamin supplements. I have tried taking the capsules but have been unsuccessful. This 7-Hour Slumber works really well for me. I just squirt a little eye-dropper ful into my mouth and go to bed. Easy. According to this cite,however, it suggests buying the liquid Melatonin at an herb or supplement shop instead of this product. I think I might try that just as a test ,knowing I can come back to the Internet and get the 7-hour Slumber if the shop brand doesn't work as well.
