What is Apidexin?

We previously reviewed Apidexin as a product made up of 8 patented and powerful ingredients, and that formula took diet pills to a new level.  However, the recent reformulation of Apidexin is worth taking note of, and despite what we have seen with other diet pills that seem to reformulate their products every year or even once a month, Apidexin uses clinically proven ingredients and innovative technologies that makers were not privy to before.

Apidexin’s aim is NOT to replace an old and worn out formula that has lost favor with the average dieter, it is designed to incorporate new ingredients.  However, new isn’t always good or effective, which is why it is important that we look at every aspect of Apidexin’s new blend.

Apidexin Ingredients

Apidexin has an impressive list of ingredients including:

Irvingia Gabonensis - An impressively effective appetite suppressant, irvingia gabonensis is a popular weight loss addition in any diet pill. By delaying gastric emptying, irvingia gabonensis prolongs feelings of fullness and decreases caloric intake. In fact, test subjects taking this extract lost more than 28 pounds in 10 weeks, according to one study.

Razberi-K - Razberi-K is a relatively new addition to the weight loss world. A form of raspberry ketone, Razberi-K triggers greater reaction in the central nervous system to boost metabolism and burn fat. Although it hasnít yet been tested in humans, a 2005 study involving mice showed significant improvements in fat mass with raspberry ketone.

Coleus Forskohlii - An herbal extract, coleus forskohlii contains the weight loss compound forskolin. Forskolin improves body composition by both increasing lean muscle mass and decreasing fat mass [3]. It also lowers blood pressure, something many overweight and obese people struggle with.

Chromax - Chromax is a patented form of chromium picolinate, a trace mineral found in the body. Chromium moderates blood sugar levels, which some say reduces hunger cravings. This seems to be true, as studies on chromium show that users eat 365 fewer calories a day when supplementing with chromium.

Lipolide-SC - Lipolide-SC is based on salvia sclarea, or clary sage. This herbal extract increases cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) levels in the body, which improves metabolism and breaks down fat. The best part is that it does so without stimulating the central nervous system.

Thermodiamine - Thermodiamine is a fat burner derived from the Asian evodia fruit. Though itís most commonly used to treat digestive concerns like diarrhea and nausea, evodia also increases energy and caloric expenditure. These benefits were proven most memorably in a 2001 study that saw obese mice reduce subcutaneous fat levels after consuming evodia.

Caffeine Anhydrous - If youíve been browsing diet pills for a while, you know caffeine is included in nearly every option. Thatís because itís an effective stimulant that raises metabolism and burns fat. Caffeine also promotes energy, and was shown to increase workout time by an average of 15 minutes.

Wakame Seaweed - Wakame seaweed contains the active compound fucoxanthin. Fucoxanthin is considered a stimulant as it raises the bodyís core temperature to burn fat and boost metabolism. These effects were demonstrated in a 2005 rat study. White adipose levels in rats fed fucoxanthin were much lower at the end of the study than in rats in the control group.

Guggul EZ 100 - Guggul EZ 100 is based on guggulsterones, made from the sap of the Indian mukul tree. They treat high cholesterol and thyroid concerns. If a malfunctioning thyroid is keeping you from losing weight, Guggul EZ 100 is the ingredient for you.

Vitamin B12 - Vitamin B12 regulates function in the brain, nerves, and blood cells. It also increases energy. And because B12 is needed to properly metabolize fat and protein, it supports weight loss and muscle gain as well.

Bioperine - A black pepper extract, Bioperine doesnít do much to stimulate weight loss on its own, but it does improve the effectiveness of all other Apidexin ingredients. Thatís because Bioperine enhances absorption, which allows these ingredients to get to work faster.

Apidexin Highlights

  • Clinically proven and stimulant free fat burners
  • Innovative weight loss technologies that promote more weight loss in human trials
  • Caffeine anhydrous for a healthy boost in clean energy throughout the day
  • One of the industry?s best money back guarantees

Apidexin Conclusion

Is Apidexin?s new formula an upgrade or a replacement for an ineffective blend that consumers now hate? We?ve seen the reviews on both formulas. The original Apidexin was extremely popular and we still see consumers raving about it. However, the new Apidexin has eliminated a lot of the stimulants, addressing even more safety concerns for some dieters, and it has some of the most innovative new approaches to healthy weight loss that were not recognized even 5 years ago.

Apidexin + SouthBeach Supercharged
I bought both the Apidexin and the SouthBeach Diet "SuperCharged" a little over 1 month ago. Today is day 31 of doing both. My results are INSANE!!!!!

The soutbeach diet book supercharged is basically the same as the first one. Basically eat lots of veggies, nuts, lean proteins, lots of water, and low glycemic index fruits and grains.

My Apidexin order also came with the detox pill called detoxufree-72. Its a 72 hour detox pill.

In my first 3 days of Apidexin, detoxufree, and southbeach I lost 11 POUNDS!!

In my first week I lost 15 POUNDS!

Today is day 31 and I am down a total of 21 POUNDS!!

Apidexin + detoxufree + SouthBeach WORKS PEOPLE!!

So Far So Great!
I cannot speak of any longterm results because I have only been taking Apidexin for 1-week but in the first 7 days I have lost 5 pounds. I have just 17 more pounds to go!!

I thought at best I would lose 5lbs with 1 whole entire bottle and I would have been stoked off that.

So far so Great! Apidexin has exceeded my expectations.
#2 - Michelle - 07/14/2008 - 13:40
I bought 2 apidexin bottles and got `1 free 72 hour detoxufree bottle.

I'm done with the detox and 1 bottle of apidexin. so far i have lost 9 pounds with zero changes to my diet and only did cardio 1 time.

This is incredible that a diet pill ACTUALLY WORKS?!?!?!?

Any0one have any tips for a good diet or exercise routine??? I have some motivation now to do something finally!

Adipexin Review
So far so good. 4 days into it and I have lost 6 pounds. I'm taking adipexin, detoxufree, myoplex deluxe protein shakes, ZMA, and NO-Xplode. Lifted weight 2 out of the 4 days and did cardio the other 2 days. I'm eating about 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat.

Its working better than Ephedra!!
#5 - John Doe - 08/27/2008 - 14:11
i would recomend this product to anyone willing to loose some weight without stopping to eat your favourite foods.
#6 - lisa lee - 09/21/2008 - 00:08
I have recently purchase Apidexin about a week ago and I did take the detoxufree with it.! AMAZING! 11 pounds in one week! That is just too good to be true! I have tried many many many diet pills with such dissapointment! I have to give it to TIMARU LABS they have just found a customer for life. Ladies: please stop waisting your money on pills that won't work and give apidexin a try! Thanks I will keep you posted
#7 - NIKKI - 09/29/2008 - 13:35
Not that great.
I purchased APidexin from Ebay and got a great deal which included a bottle of the detox pills. I have thyroid issues and take daily medication. I was very surprised that Apidexin did not cause any side effects at all. The pills were easy to take, no jitters, no nausea, nothing. But I did not see the weight loss described by so many other people, and I saw no increase in energy which was the main thing I was hoping for. The pill was good but definetly not worth $60 or more a month to take.

Really Works!
I've been taking Apidexin for 2 weeks now, so far I've lost 15 lbs!!! I'm also on a crash water weight diet. I drink nothing but water for a few weeks, usually about Half gallon a day, and when I reach that 2 week point i will have lost 15-20 lbs of my water weight

results are good
Ok, so I've been taking it off an on for about 2-3 weeks. I got a cold the first week so I took a break, but really, the results are quite amazing. In the past I've taken efedra based pills, and the effects are similar, but much less rough (no muscle aches or nausea later in the day). I've read that this product contains no efedra, which is nice, but either way I like it. Although I don't have a lot of weight to lose, I've lost about 4 pounds so far. I'm only around 136 but all the weight goes to my face and tummy, and I definitely have noticed a difference. I don't feel jittery or floaty and find myself going for hours without food. I used to wake up dreaming of what to cook but now I just eat a bagel and food doesn't come up until I realize it's 7pm and I should eat something. Food is still appealing, which I enjoy, however, I find myself only wanting smaller portions because I already feel full. I have had no negative side effects, such as nausea which I used to feel daily and is now gone. I guess the only thing is sleeping. I just take one pill a day and make sure it's early, nothing after 11am depending on your sleep patterns. I recommend this to all, especially to those who have tried other pills in the past with no results as I have. Good luck, and a slimmer holiday to all!
#12 - amanda - 11/24/2008 - 21:25

#13 - claudia - 12/03/2008 - 13:11
:-D I just ordered this Product after reading reviews and results online for a week. I didnt want to waste my time on a product that didn't work. So far Im on day two, but I definitly notice the difference between Apidexin and Other diet products Ive tried. I don't have that nervous, jittery feeling like I did with the other products. I sleep fine, and after taking it, I find that It takes less to fill me up at breakfast and lunch. However, at dinner, I find myself wanting to binge because I consumned too little calories earlier in the day. I have read also, that a lot of ppl complain of naseau. I have No problem with this. So Far so good, I will let you know When I see results.
#14 - Melanie - 12/07/2008 - 20:53
I just received my product, today is day two. I am not experiencing nausea or any ill effect. It takes very little to feel me up...for breakfast I had one cup of cereal and I was full till around noon then I had 2 packets of oatmeal and I was full. At dinner I am starving and I control my eating. I like it! I'll update after a month and see how many punds I've lost.
#15 - Daisy - 12/10/2008 - 10:55
This is GREAT!
This is really great. I like it better than my ephedra product that I lost 45 pounds with. It feels exactly the same with regard to appetite suppression, but no jitters! Wonderful product! I don't know if I've lost weight (been about 4 days) but my gut is not hanging over my pants like it was last weak and my legs look thinner and my hips have shrunk. woohoo!
#16 - Bee - 12/15/2008 - 20:09
hey guys, I was just reading these reviews and they are all great. I live in Canada and would really like to give this a try as with others I have tried some in the past and they failed. I am planning on ordering this. I can not wait to start this but I think I have to do more studying.
#17 - krista - 01/07/2009 - 14:33

#18 - Karmalee - 01/08/2009 - 23:35
Just rec'd order today. Have read past reviews about taking forever to recieve product, but rec'd my order in less than 1 week!:-) Like others I have had severe side effects with other diet pills (jitterness, dizziness, anxiety attacks). As one person suggested, I emptied some of the pill contents (approx. 1/4 of pill) before taking, to see how my body would react. Pill kicked in about 1/2 hour after taking; felt burst of energy but no jitters, dizziness, etc. After 1 hour, energy burst leveled off & energy level I have now is GREAT! Have noticed that I am more thirsty than usual, but I need to drink more water anyway. So far so good! I am keeping a detailed journal (for health reasons) and will update. Looks like this may be a WINNER!!:-D

apidexin review

I lost 7 pounds in my first 3 days with apidexin and the detoxufree72 they gave me.

In the next 27 days I lost ONLY 4 more pounds!! Not too good.

Then I took detoxufree72 again and lost 6 pounds in 3 days. I am not half way throught my second bottle and have lost 7 MORE POUNDS since my second detoxyfree. So a total of 24 pounds in 55 days!

I fell like my muscles have gotten bigger too. This is working. DO NOT BUY APIDEXIN WITHOUT DETOXUFREE 72... It works great together.!

Annd drink a bunch of water... the best and cheapest appetite suppressant.

apidexin review
so/so results. not nearly as good as everyone else. I lost 4.7 lbs with bottle #1. And so far have lost 4.4 lbs half way through bottle number 2. I didn't get any detoxufree72 that everyone talks about.

I feel like i did NOT get my moneys worth from bottle #1. So far into bottle #2 I'm getting the results that I had originally anticipated.

I have 1.5 bottles left. I was hoping to lose 30lbs from 3 bottles. Probably won't happen. I'll be happy with -20lbs though.
#26 - apidexin - 02/10/2009 - 16:52
I've only started the Apidexin a week ago and have already lost an inch and a half from my waist, with a diet change, and basic exercise. Great product so far.
#27 - Liv - 02/11/2009 - 10:12
I have been using apidexin for 2 weeks, just going on my third. I have lost 15lbs. I am so syked that I am getting ready to order my second bottle bottle because my shipping got lost the first time and I had to wait forever to receive my order. Other than that, the product has given me no side effects whatsoever, and it is only taken twice a day and it is only one pill. I haven't tried this product with a detox yet, but I think I might based on all the reviews. I have about 20 more pounds to lose and I think that Apidexin will be my coach along the way.
#28 - s.ward - 02/13/2009 - 10:30
In one word...YES...it works. But there are some drawbacks...

So I started taking Apidexin. The first thing I noticed was that it had no desire to eat at all. The second thing I noticed was the "jitters". I think this could be due to taking Apidexin along with medication for ADHD (which are amphetamines). Nonetheless, it supressed my appetite and gave me results. I have not been religious on taking it at all, in fact, I NEVER take it twice a day like it recommends. Once per day seems to have sufficed for me, and I have probably lost about 7 pounds in about a month. Keep in mind, this 7 pounds is taking half the recommended dose, and basically NOT exercising at all. I would definitely give this a try!!
#29 - Kylie. B - 02/22/2009 - 08:42
I received Apidexin 2wks ago. Could not take it-made me sick and so jittery I thought my heart was going to pop out of my chest.
BUT-took the advice in this forum to only take half a pill, and it has worked. I still supresses my hunger. I don't eat like crazy in the evenings like I thought I would. I eat dinner-(whatever I want)before 6pm or at the hour of 6 and
While I don't know how much weight I have lost- I couldn't get into my size 8 pants- barely into my size 10- comfortably in my 12s..... I am happy to report I just got into my size 8- a little snug, but compared to a week ago- I'm impressed.
#30 - Andrea - 02/24/2009 - 09:23
:-)Both me and my husband have been taking Apidexin for 24 days. We started with thetaking the detox also. The only problem i had was problem sleeping the first night as i took the tablets after 2pm. This however did not effect my husband. He has for got to take his pills the last two days and has found he has lost 7lb. I have noticed my cloths are starting to fit better. I work shifts and noticed for the first time i did not snack through my 13 hr shift. The pills have not effected my reflux either.
It did take a while for the pills to reach england but it was definatly worth the wait.
We ordered 3 mths of pills each with 3 months of detox each.
It is working for us, we recomend it.
#31 - Jenny S - 02/26/2009 - 16:43
Been on this for a month a half, along with counting points with WW. In that time, I've barely lost anything. Maybe 14 pounds, but my weight keeps going back and forth a couple of pounds. I do take meds for hypothyroid, but I've taken these kinds of things in the past with better results. I'm going to give it another couple of weeks to finish out my second bottle before deciding one way or the other.
#32 - amanda - 02/27/2009 - 11:42
just started this product 2 days ago no side effects . it gives you lots of energy.i have not weighed myself yet. i also bought detox along with it , started it today dont feel any difference. i also have ordered numerous diet pills with not to many results. i weigh 190lbs i hope to lose atleast 30 to 40lbs. my diets not great but i do workout atleast 4 to5 days a week. i will keep you posted on my results. wish me luck.

#34 - Erin - 03/06/2009 - 12:39
Today is my fourth day using Apidexin and I love it already. When I first got the product, I took it with the Detoxufree72 for the three days. Within the first three days, I lost 2lbs. Keep in mind this was without exercising and while eating crazy. I had ice cream, cookies, greasy foods and beer. Tomorrow I start eating properly and I am confident that I will lose even more.
#35 - A'shanta - 03/08/2009 - 23:23
:-o So I've been taking the pill for about 3 days and I lost 3 pounds so far! The only thing is shortly after I take the pill (around 30 minutes) I end up in the bathroom for another 30 minutes! I'm hoping that this problem will go away once my body gets used to it! But now I'm just a mess!
#36 - mary chapper - 03/10/2009 - 10:55
I have only been on it 4 days, but have lost 3 pounds already! It seems too good to be true! HOwever, I am one of hte many that are experiencing nausea. Any clues on how to get it? I think I may try eating more. If I only eat a little cereal in the morning, I seem to feel sick about an hour later...oh well, as long as the weight keeps coming off, I dont care!!!:-D

Apidexin and DetoxUFree72
Hi guys,
I ordered Apidexin and DetoxUFreee72 a few weeks ago and got it Monday, I started the pills on tuesday, 1am (I work graveyard shift) as soon I started I felt HIgh and nausea, but nothing I couldnt handle. I slept a total of 2 hours, couldnt sleep more and felt the nausea still but I dont feel sick and not realy hungry. I take the pills as indicated in bottles, 30-40 mins before my Breakfast which is at 1am heheheh and then i wait around 3:45am and do a little workout session of 15 mins (basic stuff) after that the nausea gets better, and then around 7am i take the other dose of the pills and then i eat my lunch. Yes I know is not really a normal schedule but thats my life.
Anyway, the thing is that today is my second day and samething, but just for the fun of it i went check the scale and Holly... I have lose 4.5lbs overnight, how come? I have no idea... I forgot to mention , almost immediatelly i feel my body warming up like if i was doing exercises, and when i actually do my little workout session i start to sweat almost immediately.

What can I say: SO far so good! a bit hard on the nausea and getting High, but the pounds are off... Im 5' and weight 145.5lbs now 141lbs (around 64kg)... used to be between 93-98lbs top but got sick and gain lots of weight, I got up to almost 80Kilos (around 176lbs), so you can imagine, not very pretty, nor healthy.

Ill keep you updated, good luck everyone.

:-D I love this product. I have been using this for 2 weeks, and have lost 10 lbs. I take it in the mornings and around 2pm. And these results come without doing a great deal of exercises. Next week, I will hit the gym. I am now at 230 lbs, and my goal weight is 160 lbs.

I have just ordered this product. I am always sceptical of any of these diet pills who make unbelievable claims and even reading the comments from everyone i am wondering are they just made up or are they real. I will post updates on my progress. I'm excited about trying this product. Jackie

It\'s decent. I lost an average of two pounds a week without it, and started it. Now I\'m up to three. So It\'s good. Not super duper great. Good.....Results I woudl expected. Anything more would be dangerous...

:-D It is sat am i have been taking apidexin and the 72hr detox tablets that came with it since tues and have lost 5lbs! fantastic i haven't felt hungry at all the only side effect it has had for me its when i take my first dose in the morning i do feel a bit sick for an hour of so..but a small price to pay for the results i'm getting.
#45 - jenni - 04/11/2009 - 03:29
This is my second day taking Apidexin. Um well I am not usually a diet pill person, I try to exercise daily but the past month or so I haven't hit the gym once and have gained like ten pounds. Summer is coming and I don't want to kick it off this way so I started taking the apidexin. Yesterday I took one in the morning with breakfast, an egg sandwich and I felt great. I had a ton of energy all day but my eyes felt wide open and sort of hurt a bit. I wasn't hungry all day but ate easter dinner anyways. I woke up this morning feeling smaller but my weight is still the same. Today is day two so I'll keep you posted. and oh yeah they aren't kidding about taking the second one before 3. I would take it no later than one if you are like me and go to bed around 9. I couldn't fall asleep until almost 11. But this morning even with the little sleep I got waking up at 545 I was full of energy. I just love sleep so those like me, take it early!

I just bought Apidexin and paid $50 for it (it came to my house VERY quickly! only 3 days after ordering!). So far I am very pleased with the product. Normally, I'm very irritable and moody, but on Apidexin I've been feeling great! Haven't had the nausea or headaches that some claim to get from it (I already get little headaches a lot, so I wouldn't notice anyway), so I'm happy with that. It doesn't cause me to completely lose my appetite like prescribed medications have done, but it decreases it and makes me feel like I don't need to eat when I'm bored. I LOVE it! I have lost 3 1/2 pounds in three days, most likely water weight because I have been urinating more frequently, but I don't mind losing the water weight! Hopefully this product will continue to be good for me! So far, so good. Of course it won't work for everyone, but I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Although, if you want to keep weight off.. don't depend on a pill. You need to eat right and exercise while on Apidexin (but you don't have to over do it!), and keep up those habits after you're done with it!
#48 - Terry - 04/15/2009 - 13:10
Ok. I was really skeptical about trying a diet pill and i honestly thought all these good reviews were put here by the manufacturers themselves. But i started taking Apidexin one day ago and i have lost 3 lbs. I'm not going to start singing it's praises as yet but so far so good. I'm going to add excersice to the program and see how it goes.
#49 - Kadi - 04/16/2009 - 15:17
I just received my 2 bottles of Apidexin and 1 of DetoxuFree72. I am an ex-football player and my muscle mass under the cover of fat usually burns fat pretty quickly when i decide to get serious about working out. I am going to take this as directed and report the results here. I am currently 6'3" 304lbs. I usually lose about 10lbs a week when I'm serious without supplements, so let's see if adding the Apidexin can push this even further. Will report back soon!
#50 - Charles - 04/18/2009 - 19:19
I just started yesterday, 4/20/09, and so far so good!
I actually received my order in only 3 days; that already is impressive!

Has anyone else had any "weird headaches" while taking this?

Not sure if it's less to do with the pills and maybe more to do with Spring?!
Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary.

I weigh myself on Mondays (just my preference), but now I want to see if by the (3) days on Detoxufree, if I will lose a couple of pounds!

I'll keep ya posted!

Well I see it's going to be a couple days before they even approve my first email, however, here are the results of the first 4 days. I have lost 13lbs in 4 days. This is pretty good considering I could have lost more if I were to get proper sleep, not have been working 15 hours a day and ate better. I did not exercise either. I just have a horrible work schedule so I have not been able to do any of those things that would have made these pills even more effective.

I am now going to use the Apedexin as an Ephedrine substitute in an ECY (Ephedra, Caffeine, Yohime) stack so it will be a ACY stack. I will see if the caffeine and Yohimbe can boost the effectiveness of this product.

Apidexin and DetoxUFree72
I just started using Apidexin and DetoxUFree72 yesterday. I weighed my self this morning and could hardly believe it. I went form 152.8 pounds to 149.2 pounds and 30% body fat to 23% body fat in 1DAY. If I didn't see it for myself i would think it was a lie too but its real. Im not saying this product will work for everyone but it is definitely working for me so far. The only con for me was getting a little bit of a headache but nothing major. I'll keep you posted :-)

Apidexin and Detoxufree72
:-D I brought the combo on ebay for much cheaper. The detoxufree72 I decided not to take on the third day cause it was too many pills to take at one time (3, and they are not small) The apidexin on the other hand is great. I am on day three and on Friday I started-188 Sat-185 and today(sun) 182 the great change was due to weighing at different times fri I keep weighing it was between 188-187lb sat weighing at different time between (186-and 185) I weight myself this morning, 181lb but then later wieght in at 182 I am going to check right now...I just ate now I am 183. The pounds are coming off I am so excited. I don't recommend taking 3 in one day cause it gets you in a high feeling and can become addicting. The detox is not bad but it is too much toilet time. lol:-D

Apidexin w/detox 72
Hi Everyone,

I started the Detox last Saturday and took it for 3 days before starting the Apidexin. I lost 3lbs in the first 3 days and it\'s now been 7 days and I\'ve lost 6lbs. and my clothes are starting to get loose on me. I take medication for hypothyroid and its been very hard for me to lose weight. No side effects at all and plenty of energy. I go for lohg walks about 3 times a week, but I eat whatever I want. i do need to drink more water, though. I\'m looking to lose 80 lbs. so we\'ll see how it goes. SO FAR SO GOOD! This stuff is great and I\'m recommending it to several people I work with.

:-)I received my product in 3 days. Cool! I took the first bottle of DetoxU and I've been taking the Apidexin for about 1 week. I dropped 1 pound, it came back, was down 1/2 pound and it's back. I DO "feel" lighter though. I've also started to notice improvement in my sleeping. I have an exercise bike and, prior to taking Apidexin, 3 miles "riding" was tough and I'd not even burn 100 calories. I got back on the bike last night and burned 186 calories and 3 miles was a breeze!.
I need to lose 100-120 pounds and I'm going to stick with this. I oreder the 3 bottles for 3 detox free. I plan on taking all three bottles to see what happens. Everyone should give Apidexin a chance. I tried Lipofuze and had NO results of any kind. I'll keep everyone posted!

On reading the reveiws and my wedding coming up in july, my Fiance, Me and my mum decided that we could all do with loosing some weight. I had a baby in march last year and ever since have put weight on. My wedding dress will not do up and i love it too much to buy another one so had to do some thing drastically. Our oreder of the 72 hr detox and normal pills came yesterday and we started taking it thhis morning. I have so much energy i thought that it was me just thinking it but on speaking with my mum and fiance they feel the same. I will keep you posted on the weight loss i really hope they work as i may have to consider bulimia.

I started taking Apidexin Two days ago and haven't checked my weight as of yet. I only purchased the Apidexin not the Detox and am seriously considering making the order for the Detox now. I like that I do not get the jitters from this and my late night cravings have been curbed. Don't feel like I have lost anything but will know later today when I weigh myself at the gym. Will try to keep everyone posted.:-)

This product is amazing! I bought a four month supply. My goal is 10 pounds a month and I believe with Apidexin and the detox , I can do it. I have been on it for one week and went from 186 to 180. 6 pounds in 7 days. Also i have lost 1 1/2 inches off my waist, 2 inches off each thigh , 1 inch off each calf , 1 1/2 inch off hips and 1 inch off my bust. ( In one week!!!!!) I'm not hungry at all but feel great!
If you need to loose weight this is the product for you. Good Luck all!

#78 - Joanna - 06/05/2009 - 11:04
;-)i have heard that switching the calorie intake to be larger at the first two meals(400-600 each)then smaller at the last meal is helpful so there isnt that binge eating later in the day. so those that have been starving by dinner maybe try that.
#79 - anonymous - 06/10/2009 - 14:18
:-D I just started taking pills yesterday, no side effects I feel very energetic, and very happy!!! I\'ve tried so many different diet pills in the past year and nothing works. I work out at least 4x a week, and need to lose body fat.The only pill that ever worked for me was ephedra, and I looked fab for years, but you can\'t get the real thing anymore, and I\'m hoping that this works for me. I will keep you posted

SERIOUSLY! i just a normal girl from manlius ny. A 22 yr old girl that thought she was nothing but fatttttt i hated myself for being fat i had no desire to be with my boyfriend(wink, wink) you feel me? i bought this product think its most likely not going to work for me im prolly the 2% because thats my kinda luck!sucky! i really lost total of 8 inches in JUST my md section, i still dont like my chin neck area though but i think in time it will happen because i see it works. the best thing about it all its only my 3rd day on them ahhhhhhhhhh finally something good for once. it did make me extremely light headed and a bit neauses, but totally worth it, im not kidding i love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
#83 - sarah - 06/18/2009 - 09:36
:-o I lost 3 pounds the first 2 days of taking apidexin. However, I gained it back and some within 2 weeks of taking it. I am still on it hoping I will lose more after taking the rest of the 1st bottle. Will keep you posted.
#84 - mel - 06/20/2009 - 22:38
I have used Apidexin for just over a week now. I have lost about 5-6 pounds without using the Detoxofree and have maintained my regular exercise routine. My blood pressure has also dropped a bit. However, I have some definite unwanted side-effects that are worst right after taking a pill, especially the second pill. These things are all completely new to me after starting Apidexin. They include strong, emotional mood swings: i.e. anger and complete dissatisfaction with EVERYthing. After taking a second pill, I have nausea after only eating a small amount, but still feel hungry...the nausea is too bad for me to continue eating, though. All the while, I have trouble sleeping at night. I wake up exhausted until I take that morning pill and then start to feel stressed and paranoid about literally everything, even things that would normally make me very happy. I definitely cannot regularly take 2 pills/day. Still trying to decide if the 1 pill/day is manageable for me.
#85 - Maria - 06/23/2009 - 19:59
Been on it for 3 days now. Lost 3 lbs and mostly just midsection. I still eat whatever I want but it definitely has been making me eat less of what I eat. No sleep effects or mood swings, just a bit nauseated in the afternoon. So far so good.
#86 - Johan - 06/29/2009 - 16:07
I find all the positive comments puzzling. I started Apidexin 10 days ago. I have been on Weightwatchers since March and have lost 30 pounds. I had hoped Apidexin would help with the last stubborn pounds I wanted to lose. I did the Detoxufree for 3 days, and have been faithfully taking on Apidexin before breakfast and one before lunch, while sticking to my WW regimen. The good news is no noted side effects. Bad news, NO weight loss with the Apidexin. If anything, less than I was losing with WW alone.

Save your money, and just eat sensibly.

Apidexin/Detoufree 72
:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D First of all, let me start by saying i went out on the limb and bought Apidexin/Detoufree 72 regardless of bad reviews. I am not the one to believe in quick results within Days, but let me tell you, I am only on my second day of detox along w/ Apidexin and I went from 200.6lbs on 7/9/09 to 197.2lbs on today 7/10/09. Thats not all, my waist went from 36 1/2 in. to 35 in. in two days i swear by it... Let me tell you, the only side affect for me was being afraid and nervous from what the bad reviews said... I have not shown any bad side affects, yes the heart rate increases a little but that is what helps burn calories...I measured my heart rate and although faster than normal it is still within a healthy, normal range... Do not let others discourage you, try it for your self, It really works....Please drink lots and lots of water and do some kind of exercise if only walking for 30 min. and do not starve yourself, because it will make you feel like you're not hungry but starving yourself is not a good weight loss tactic...Its all about proportion so good luck to everyone and i will keep you posted... ~Be Blessed~

I have been taking apidexin for 5 days now and the detox that came with it and I have to say that this product is incredible. You don't just lose weight, you lose fat, my stomack felt leaner; much leaner actually, my muscles are starting to look more defined.

Oh my Gosh I finished the 72 hour Detoxufree72 and continuing to take the Apidexin twice a day. I haven't actually been on a scale yet. But I have a cousin whom I visited 7 days ago and then again 2 days ago and she commented on how lean my stomach looked in only 4 days. I have lost at least 2 inches off my waist and I've only been taking Apidexin for like 5 days now! This product really works. I just have to remember to eat because I'm not really hungry after taking the pill and drinking a glass of water. I use to eat like a pig too because I was always hungry. I will definitely keep taking Apidexin and working out to give ya'll an update after the first month. (I bought 4 bottles at once!) Apidexin is the real deal ya'll. Get some ASAP!

Apidexin and Adkins
I've been taking apidexin and doing the adkin/southbeach diet for 3 days now and have lost almost 10 pounds! I'm 6'1", 209 pounds and dropped to 201. My goal was 190 my the end of the summer and by doing this I'm sure I'll reach that no problem. I haven't had any side effects other lower energy from the lack of carbohydrates in my body. I do a light exercise every other day. I highly recommend purchasing this if you are looking to shed the last of those love handles!
#92 - Rock n' Roller - 07/14/2009 - 14:20
Well, I am currently on my first day of taking Apidexin. I woke up around 5:30 in the morning like I usually do, took my pill, and had my usuall cup of coffee. I allready feel like i have more energy, because usually I have to have about 2-3 cups of coffee to wake me up.
Hopefully i do not feel any negetive effects When I dance later in the day (which i think is the best workout anybody could possibly do.) Wish me luck!
#93 - Louis - 07/16/2009 - 06:05

When I started Apidexin I wasnt sure if I should take it becuase ofcourse a lot of companies offer false results. But I'm on my second bottle of Apidexin and have lost 16 lbs so far, not to mention I exercise everyday and I've cut back on all the junk food in my diet I don't drink any soda and eat in moderation... and I have been eating this way for about 6 months. But the Apidexin really helps I'm not hungry at night which often used to be my biggest problem and I have the energy to workout! :-D

I started taking this product on 7/20/09. Would like to know if anyone taking this is diabetic & have success. As most diabetic medication make you gain weight, it's almost impossible to find something that works. I sincerely hope this is the answer. Thanks in advance for your kind response. Belinda, Florida.

I have been taking Apidexin for 12 days and WOW. I have lost 14 pounds/1 stone. Im not gonna say it was all down to that though as i have been eating right and working out hard, but this stuff has definetly been a big factor in the whole weight loss thing. Its brilliant. i cant wait until the course is over. GET THIS STUFF WHILE YOU CAN!!;-)

I have just order my first bottle of Apidexin and will be starting it next week. Last year I gained 25 pounds. I was so depressed but I found out I had hypothyroidism. Just recently they took me off my meds and I am able to do as I please so still being 20 pounds overweight I felt I should try something to help me kick start this weightloss goal I have. I have been dieting and working out so much but no results. So I have decided to take this product in hopes of some weight loss! I will fill ya in next week!;-)
#101 - Stephanie - 07/26/2009 - 09:38
I love this pill. I made the order on a Monday and it was here on a Friday. I started taking the pills on Saturday 7/25. I was in a great mood and I woke up with no problem. So fare so good. I have already been eating right and exercising so this is going to give me a edge .

I am 157lbs and 5'7, lets see what these magic pills can do!!!!!!
#102 - Mrs. Frankie - 07/26/2009 - 10:06

I was so excited to take this product after all of the great reviews but am so far really disappointed. The issue isn't side effects but the fact that it does not suppress my appetite at all! I feel like I'm the only person this didn't work for. Has anyone else experienced this after first starting? Does it build up over time? I'll still take it for a couple of weeks to see if I lose any weight but I'm hungry and bummed!

I have been taking Apidexin for about 21/2 weeks and it does seem to be working however I don't own a scale but my clothes seem to be looser. My only problem seems to be the jitters and nausausness over the second dose. I have now only been taking 1 pill a day and thing seem to be evening out but I am hoping I am still going to loose the weight. Has anyone taken a lower dose and still getting the results they want?

#107 - Laurie - 07/31/2009 - 16:28
I ordered Apidexin about a week and a half ago and kept forgetting to take it (I'm not used to having to remember to take a pill! lol) but I finally started it today. After reading some reviews about side effects, I decided to try just one pill this morning and see how it went.

Usually when I drive to work in the morning I'm so tired I'm almost falling asleep. Today, I was so awake and in such a good mood! It's like it's a happy pill! I didn't get sick to my stomach or get a headache or muscle ache or anything. I ate only half of my bowl of cereal. I got to work and my boss got muffins so i had one of those. I felt full for a while but around lunch time I was so hungry! I ate a bagel sandwich which did fill me up. I had a mid-afternoon snack, one mini muffin.

I also drank a lot of water today. I normally have about 3 cans of regular cola a day and no water at all. Today, all I had was 3 full bottles of water.

I didn't really notice any curb of hunger (actually, if anything, i felt more hungry today).

I'm just really glad that i didn't experience any negative side effects.

Tomorrow I am going to try 2 pills and see how that goes. Hopefully that will get the hunger cravings undercontrol! =)

I will keep posting my results.

Apidexin and Detox
:-):-):-) I started the Apidexin and the Detox72 yesterday morning at approximately 8 am. It is 1:30 the following day and I am down 3.8 pounds. My appetite is supressed and I feel great (although I find myself a little tired than normal). I am hoping I see good results my first week, but am already confident with the pounds lost. Good luck to all!

AMAZING....... A product that actually works! I've tried some of everything under the sun. Some made me sick, and others turned out to be hype with no bite! I stand behind this product 100%. At first I didn't think it was working because I still weighed the same for 2wks, But shortly I noticed that my muscles were more defined! You see I'm a big guy that loves to lift weights, and I work hard for definition but never could get it! I just swell up & not cut up! This product not only helped my definition, but doesn't deplete muscle like some fat burners do! I started off at 235LBs and now 4 mo. later i'm now at 215LBs. Wow..... Thanks Apidexin. This company has alot to be proud of.

I've been taking Apidexin for three days now and I've lost FIVE pounds which is amazing! I've been dieting and exercising really hard for months and it seemed like I hit a plateau no matter what I did so I hope Apidexin helps with that. When I started taking Apidexin, I noticed an increased heart rate, but it's okay now. My appetite has been suppressed, too. However, I have big trouble sleeping at night. Will keep you posted, but it's definitely worth trying. :)

I am 39 years old and put on some weight last summer that went around my mid section - a place that I'm not used to having fat. Anyhoo, I have not been able to lose this weight to save my life - and the weight I did lose didn't come off my mid section, which really upset me. I have been taking Apidexin for 2 days now, and I SWEAR TO GOD that the first place my weight is comin' off is my belly!! I don't own a scale, but I am taking my measurements - I'll keep you posted as to how I'm doing. This product doesn't completely surpress my appetite, BUT it doesn't seem to matter - I can still feel my body tightening up and trimming down. I feel bad for anyone that this product is not working for, because I'm just thankful for the results I've had so far! It's so great to feel better :-):-)
#121 - Nicki - 09/09/2009 - 12:53
I just ordered Apidexin and was wondering if anyone had any tips that might improve my weight loss? I know a month is not enough time to expect great weight loss, but I have an occasion coming up that I want to look my best for! Any information would be greatly appreciated! :-)
#122 - Kim - 09/11/2009 - 10:40

SooOOo...I tried this diet pill out.. thinking I can shed a few pounds before my wedding but that was not the case. I am using the product for 2 weeks now and have not seen any real results. This product did made me feel sick the first couple of days of taking the pill... thank goodness for the money back... cause I'm sure not satisfied with the product.

Apidexin & Detox 72
I've been searching the net for anything that will get me off of the plateu I've been treading for the past 5 weeks. I lead a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy meals with tons of veggies, workout atleast 30min a day 6 days a week but just can't get rid of the last 15 lbs. I put on with my last pregnancy. Thanks to all of you that put in the time to write a review I will order these products with high hopes for my desired results. Thank you so much. :-)
#128 - cuious jo - 10/01/2009 - 16:21
:-[] Today is my first day of taking Apidexin. I am 5'5 and 128 pounds. I want to lose around 15 pounds or so. So far, ive only taken one pill today ( I think that is all my body can handle right now at least.) I took the pill as recommended and ate an orange a half an hour later. I felt very nauseous and jittery. I later ate grapes and oatmeal along with water. I am still nauseous and a little irritable. Anyone else with these symptoms? I will continue to take apidexin to see if the nausea goes away... I hope this pill works because so far its not very fun to take...
#129 - Jessica - 10/07/2009 - 13:51
:-D First day using Detoxufree72 with Apidexin and I'm down 3.2lbs!
#130 - Kerry - 10/07/2009 - 14:02
I have been taking Apidexin for two weeks now, the first three days it felt like I was on a constant high, but after that I think my body became use to it. I lost 4lbs in the first week and haven't weighed in as yet for the second week, but I can definitely feel the difference in my clothes. The first week I only took one pill each day as my system was too sensitive, apidexin took my appitite completely away, which is not necessarily good. However, this is the second week and I am doing much better and will start taking two pill per day for the 3rd week. I honestly like the stuff.......it helps me especially with energy.
#131 - Leonie - 10/08/2009 - 12:57
Well i have been using apidexin for 2 month now. And i dont think i works ! I lost 6 pounds, but then again the 2 month before that i lost 8 with just gym and healthy food.
#132 - Rami - 10/14/2009 - 01:40
I just started this yesterday. I felt high, nauseated, and jittery, with a decreased appetite and more energy. I only took one pill this morning and have the same side effects. I was down 1.2 pounds today from yesterday and plan to take just one pill a day and give my body time to adjust to it. I'll give it a week and will try a yogurt or something to take it with because I'm not liking most of the side effects. I will keep you posted.
#133 - sher - 10/21/2009 - 11:16

Today starts the second week of taking Apidexin; I lost 3 to 4 pounds but I'm honest with myself to acknowledge that was water weight. I'm 41 years of age standing 6'2" @ 248 pounds up from 190 this time last year. At my smallest I weighed 158 pounds while I was 8 months pregnant...21 years ago....lol. My goal is simple size 10-12 and I will be satisfied. My husband loves me know matter what size I happen to be... I believe this product to be an aide to weight control not a do it all. People take some control in your weight management; keep a notebook of your progress and you will do better in the longrun.

Happy weight control to you all.
#134 - LeNoir - 10/26/2009 - 08:30

I started taking Apidexin on 10/22/09. It has only been 4 days and I have already lost 6 pounds. I could not be happier with this product. I read several reviews claiming that the pills made them sick, I has no problems with it. The first three days I used Apidexin along with the Detoux 72 and love both! Will keep you posted on my progress.
#135 - Emily - 10/26/2009 - 15:04

#140 - angie - 11/16/2009 - 06:51
:-o Well I am on day 2 of the product. I have had minor side effects of slightly light-headed and maybe a little upset stomach but I think it's because of the detox. I started taking it at lunch yesterday and weighed/measured myself the day before. I was 135 and the next morning I was 133 and had lost a 1/2" off my thighs, and 1/4" off my waist and hips. I'm very excited to lose the last bit of weight and keep it off!
My goal is 120lbs.

Starting Stats: I'm 5'7" 24 years old, 135lbs. Measurements 26.5" waist, 39" Hips (yeah big butt), 23" thighs.
#141 - Liz - 11/18/2009 - 17:23

I'm a male model, Just getting ready for a photo shoot and I need to get mega ripped. Just started on Apidexin (as I have about 2 weeks to loose the last stubborn bit of fat on my stomach that I've never been able to get rid of. Will keep you all posted on the progress ;-).
I played golf today, and I felt a little seedy after taking it (maybe because I didn't drink enough fluids). I had a reasonable sized lunch too. I started feeling weak like I had lost a lot of energy so I had some quick sugar to pick me up. Must be the fat getting stripped off. I'll keep posting across the next week or so as I think that is the time frame I need as I only need to loose 1.5kgs.
#145 - Rohan - 12/07/2009 - 08:03
LOVE IT!!! I have never posted a review for anything. Ever! Why now? When I was first considering which fatburner to take I looked to reviews. The idea of taking pills made me nervous as I am not one for side effects, etc. and after some research I picked this one. I am writing to give back to someone like me who is trying to make a decision. Pick this one. Really. I have lost 30 pounds and counting. You definitely want to watch your diet and exercise as you can. Real health cannot be garnered by a simple pill. BUT, if weight loss is your goal, Apidexin is a great partner. No side effects except sleeplessness if you take it after 3:00 or so. Also, your appetite decreases somewhat. Not dramatic though. I ate two or three butter-filled fresh baked chocolate chip cookies everyday and still lost weight fast. How fast? I am sure it varies. For me, once I start I lose about seven pounds the first week and 4 or so every week after. Just one pill at a time, twice a day. It works! This is no fake review. It really works.
#146 - jasimo - 12/08/2009 - 16:08
I am sad to say I was unable to continue after 2 weeks due to becoming extremely nauseated when It was time for my second dose. :-(
#147 - Sheila Herron - 12/09/2009 - 12:19
To #147, Congrats! I recommend you eat a 3-4 oz. portion of protein with every 'small' meal/snack you eat (6 times a day)...combine this protein with a smaller portion of carbs and an even smaller portion of HEALTHY fats (healthy fats are avocados, almons/nuts, olive oil)...go to www.bodybuilding.com and you will find so much about food and exercise!

On another note, I just got my apidexin today. I took one kind of late at 2:45 PM. I will start fresh again tomorrow. I work out regularly and eat pretty healty...but I am trying to lost the last 5-7 lbs and just cannot. So, let's see how well Apidexin works. I will be writing in again!
#148 - Melanie - 12/10/2009 - 15:55
I just recieved my first bottle of apidexin today. I weigh 145lbs and stand 5'3". I am not fat, but thicker than I want to be. My goal weight is 118lbs. Hopefully this product, combined with Turbo Jam, will be exactly what I need inorder to finally get rid of this excess baby fat. I am a size 7/8 and can't wait to get down to a 3/4. I wonder how long it will take me? I hope to lose atleast 10 lbs before New Years!
I just took my first pill about thirty minutes ago, and now I have a birst of energy!!! I feel good, and I think I might have to use the rest room!!!! Everybody knows how good that feels when you drop off like 20lbs in the bathroom!! I think this product just might work. I will be sure to keep you posted! thanks.

I just purchased the apidexin today. I'm so excitied , i'm 5'6 and 188 lbs... and trying to lose 40 by the time i turn 40 in march..i promise once i get my pills ,i will let you when i received it...and there after.. my results!
#155 - ms.laura - 12/29/2009 - 20:40
No "diet" supplement will work if you continue with incorrect eating habits and no exercise. I have found that Apidexin works beautifully if you have already begun or are beginning a healthy and sensible eating regimen accompanied with exercise. With my sensible eating plan, and exercise, I have lost 8.5 lbs in one week with Apidexin. You must follow the directions to the tee..but Apidexin DOES work. However, if you eat junk for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the results may not be optimum and you will be disappointed. Also, keep in mind everyone's weight loss will vary. Some will see results quicker and more steadier than others.

Just wanted to share my experience with Apidexin thus far. I started tking the detox and recommend pills 2 days ago. I was very pleased to find out that I had no experieced any side effects. I curently weigh 174lb and lost 1 1/2 after the first 2 days. Im not looking for this to be a miricale pill but It looks like it might help get over the issue Ive had for a while which has been no matter how much exercise and eating healthy I do I wasnt able to loose any weight. Anyway, Im anxious to continue to see if this stuff really works. I will still eat healthy and exercise as I dont think you can just sit on your butt waiting for the pounds to melt away. Today is day 3 last day of the detox. I will keep you posted with my progress.

Apidexin and detoxufree72
hey all, I am doing the detox and apidexin bought 4 bottles of each. with 100% money back guarentee, figured why not.. Anyway I am about 7 days in to it now, watching my food intake, and taking pills, is helping, I am not loosing masive weight, but I was 190 and today 184.7 and I been doing work outs on the Wii Fit. Staying Chicken and turkey for the most part low calorie frozen foods, ect.. recommend starting the program on a weekend, The first day I was a little amped, after that not bad at all, (Inital shock) but apidexin does curb the apetite. Oh an I quit pop, I love dr. pepper.. Just recieved my shipment today, going to start the Apidexin and DETOXUFREE 72 tomorrow. Will post back with results. I am excited to find out if I can achieve the results that so many others have here. I have taken phentermine in the past which was great at first but then after the fist month I became imune to the effects and the weight came back. Starting weight 165.
#172 - Huggy's Mom - 01/29/2010 - 21:55
Well. its been 2 weeks since i ve started this product, took the detox72 for 3 days too...

first few days had a horribe dry mouth and could barely swallow ..so lots of water.. that then settled..

the detox days were a little heavier in the loo runs, but thats all...

well now its day 14, and not lost a pound .... not at all what i expected.. not an ounce difference on the scales.

at one point i thought i had gained it.. so .. dont knw what to make of this yet.. will give it till the end of the 30 days to see what effect this has .. do feel less hungry but no weight shift... watch this space....:-o
#173 - sak - 01/30/2010 - 17:35

Crazy Stuff.
#177 - adrian - 02/10/2010 - 06:32
Well< iread all of the reviews and they sound really good! Needless to ay i am very skeptical about all diet pills because they never work for me but I never stick with them either. I am 5'9 and weigh 261lbs. I just had a baby wich caused me to gain excess weight. My goal weight is 175lbs. I ordered 2 bottles of apidexin and 1 bottle of the 72 hour detox so my order should be coming any day now.I am very excited as I have tried WW and so many other things. So, i am hoping by eatin right and excercising I will lose all of my weight! Once I start I will do another blog and let everyone know how it's working for me.
#178 - MeMe - 02/11/2010 - 10:28
I work out quite a bit, 5-6 days a week for 45-90 minutes a day. I'm a runner and usually do 3 6mile runs with intervals, a 10-12 mile long run and a couple days of cross-training either on the eliptical or a workout video. I also do some light strength training. Even when training for a marathon doing 60+ mile a week, i haven't been able to lose a pound. I am 5'3 and weigh about 130. I would like to lose about 10 lbs. It seems like most people with positive reviews are those who don't exercise and need to lose a lot of weight. Has anyone who is very active already pretty fit had much success?? I need help!!
#179 - gina - 02/12/2010 - 16:33
omg works so great B-)
#180 - joe - 02/14/2010 - 11:08
This weight loss pill really does work!

I was doubtful at first, but I have used it for only 1.5 weeks and when my long-distance boyfriend came to visit me, he asked me if I had lost weight, because it looked like I did! He could tell. I could tell, too... some of my clothes fitted much better on me.

NO JITTERY feeling. The first day, only, and after that, I hardly noticed anything in the way the pill made me feel. Other pills have made me feel jittery, but this one does not do anything like that. No nausea, not jitters - awesome!

When I stepped on the scale, it said I have lost only like two pounds, but on my 5'2" frame, that loss sure shows! I am very happy with this product. It does reduce body fat and water weight.

I feel great and am continuing to take it! :)
#181 - Danielle - 02/15/2010 - 18:36
to #167- yes you can take adipexin with antidepressants. However, a doc. friend told me to not take more than one. Especially if the meds (ritalin) are used as a stimulant for ADD or ADHD. This is just to be cautious. I take Welbutrin and have been fine on the adipexin. My brother takes it with both of the meds u are referring to.

Hey there,

I've now been on Apidexin for 6 days. The first couple of days I could not sleep at all, but I am fine now, I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the Detox pills. Anyway I started at 293lbs, 6 days later I am at 286.8lbs. Overall I'm pleased with this products 6.2lbs in 6 days, with exercise and eating right.

Just recieved my order of the apidexin w/detoxufree today, just took the pills and so far I feel great, havent had any side effects, Im hoping that this pill really works, Since Im looking to lose at least 20lbs, Im 5'3 and 189 lbs...I will keep you posted on my weight loss results..I think Im going to combine Dr. Ians Fat Smash Diet with the pills, which helps you shed 15 lbs in 3 weeks
#186 - Felicia - 02/22/2010 - 12:57
Are you supposed to take this with the detox pills or take the detox pills before you take this? Does it supress your appetite or do you still eat and lose weight? I bought this but haven't seen much change in my appetite I've only had it for a couple days. Thanks for any advice in advance.
#187 - TriedEverything - 02/23/2010 - 13:58
I have been using this product for 4 days and lost 1.5lbs so far. I workout 5-6 days per wk as well as run. I'm anxious to see what will happen within the next 26 days. I do get occasional headaches, but im also overloaded with courses so that may be an alternate variable.

I just received my order in the mail. I ordered it off of Amazon.com. $48 for 1 bottle of detoxufree &apedexin. I have never taken diet pills, but the endless cycle of eating right & going to the gym then falling off the wagon...isn't working. I just need a jumpstart again with REAL results. I have been reading reviews and researched it heavily before i purchased it. I have only taken 1 apidexin and 1 dose of the detoxufree. i felt a little energized in the first 45minutes i took it, but other than that, no side effects. I made myself an egg white ommlette with veggies for breakfast with it. I'm hoping this modified diet and apidexin i will lose enough weight for my vacation in may! i'll report back with results!! :-D

Apidexin....I want to know...
After reading critic's and customer's reviews, I'm very interested in taking Apidexim, but I have some questions that I'd like answered before I take the plunge. With the 72-hour detox, does it keep u in the bathroom for 3 days, and do you have sudden urges? I suppose it's ok if that happen; I really just want to know what to expect and be able to know when to start taking it when my schedule allows. I've never done a "detox" system, so I'm curious. Also, I've taken Phentermine, aka Adipex (notice the similarity between names?), and it worked great, but I had mood swings and it seemed all of my emotions were heightened. Also when I stopped taking Phentermine, I experienced withdrawals. I had no energy and all I wanted to do is sleep. Has anyone stopped taking it and experienced the same symptoms? I'm a 28 year old female, about 5'4" and 181 lbs. I'd like to lose about 25 or 30 lbs, probably until I reach that weight, and then I'll want to lose more. I've already lost 15 lbs over the last couple of months with diet and hardly any exercise (I've started to work out more in the last week), but I'd like a little push in right direction, so I'm hoping this will help. Any answers or advice or encouraging words?

Apidexin and detoxufree.....
To bringingsexyback, When I took the 3-day detox pills, I got flu like symtoms. I drank plenty of water but was still very dehydrated and only went pee and was actually constipated. I could actually feel toxins in my body being released, and I got a alot of mucus in my chest. But it only lasted for 4 days. I weighed myself 4 days after starting apidexin and detoxufree and I lost 3 lbs. I have'nt weighed myself since then and am afraid because i've bee eating alot lately. I don't feel like my appetite has decreased and I've been a little depressed and moody. But I also have bipolar too. I do feel smaller though.

Hi all. Mine should be here in a few days. I ordered it and it is coming with Detox stuff. I am bookmarking this site so I can come back and update you all, and my stuff stays current. I will likely do a low carb (not atkins, just controlled) diet. I will also attempt to exercise. Excited and optimistic.
#196 - Shelly - 03/21/2010 - 22:00
Believe me ... this product works.. i only take 1 pill a day and my friends always ask me .. how did you do it!!? results : after two months ... i lost 18 pounds! and just taking 1 per day and almost without changing my diet.. it took me like 4 days to get used to Apidexin (kind of little trembly ) , but after that .. no problem!
#197 - Dr.White - 03/22/2010 - 17:18
Well several sites with different reviews on apidexin that i have read. This one has mainly good reviews and others mostly bad reviews. I received My order in a very timely manner which was nice as i was excited for it to arrive. I ordered 3 month supply of apidexin and detox for myself and my gal. Seems as if this site is fake with all the good reviews. lets see if this posts and i will definately follow up after taking product for one week.
#198 - Aabrams - 03/22/2010 - 19:52
Apidexin appears to work well! It should, it contains all the ingredients one would need to stimulate weight lose or fat burning! The ingredients are proven which allows them to give the gauranty!
Remember, results vary from person to person! There are some that posted that they saw results quickly, but over time fat lose tapered off. My response to that is; Your body has built a tollerance to the Apidexin. You should cycle off of it for two-three weeks and then start it back up. During this time you may want to do a detox.

Others have posted that they lost weight without a change in diet or without excersice. Maybe, a little, but I call B.S. on that! There is no magical diet pill that, magically melts stubburn fat away! Especially in the obese! Possible results for an active, healthy person could be acheived, but without a proper diet and excersise, good health is impossible to achieve! Apidexin works as it should, but you have to do your part to reap the benifits of this great product!

I use it! I like it! I work hard at eating healthy and workout 5 days a week! I love the fact that the product is natural. It doesn't contain a bunch of ephedrine/synaphrine or caffine!(Like most diet pills)

For the obese= Begin taking Apidexin as directed. Drink copus amounts of water. Cut back on high fat foods. Don't just count calories, count FAT calories and try to stay below 20 grams of fat per day. If you can excersise, do it! If you can't, find something to do to burn calories. Walk, do body wieght work outs (squats, push-ups, sit-ups, yoga or pilates) The objective is to burn more calories than what you consume!

For the healthy/athletic- Stay on your diet, but reduce the fats. Avoid sugar like the plague! Do an extra day of cardio or switch your training to add more cardio. Drink water, but don't gorge yourself! You do not need a gallon and a half a day. Apidexin can make you retain water. Not good for those of us wanting to get ripped up. Take it as directed for 1 month and cycle off for two weeks, then start it back up!
Just my two cents! Thanks!
#199 - Craig - 03/23/2010 - 15:25
just bought a bottle. i'm not fat/overweight (5'2" and 110 lbs), and i eat healthy and run about 4.4 miles usually five times a week, and at least three times. i look very lean overall but i have lots of fat in my abdominal area and thighs (so basically areas that are covered by most clothes). i don't care about losing weight necessarily, but losing fat (which apidexin proudly claims to do)before summer to show off my bikini body and to have some definition on my abs. hope this works!

Apidexin...The best I've tried so far
I have been overweight since high school and after my daughter my weight got out of control. I have tried every over the counter pill and diets, well you name it I've tried it. I have been on Apidexin for going on three days now and have already lost 2 lbs I know it doesnt sound like a lot but for my body thats major. I tried Lipovox for a mnth and didnt lose anything. I havent had any bad side effects it's been awesome. I can already feel it working so for any of you out there who have weight issues I recommend this product.
#201 - Rene - 04/03/2010 - 13:08

Well today is day two. Yesterday I felt really nausious and lightheated. But had a lot of energy! I slept pretty awful last night though. Today I'm going to try taking just one and eating a bit more. Hopefully this stuff works!!
#203 - Lisa - 04/06/2010 - 07:15
:-) I started them today, and I'm a TINY bit jittery- but I can deal with that! It's still a diet pill, there will always be some kind of side effect (it's been minimal so far though). I'm trying to drink a lot of water as someone else suggested. I have about 20 to 30 lbs I'd like to lose. I'm gonna start the detox in a few days if these go well. I'll try to keep updating.
#204 - Marie - 04/06/2010 - 12:49

Apidexin & Detoxufree
I use to take Phentermine and lost 35 pounds in 2 months from my doctor. I've decided to try Apidexin and Detoxufree for a quick fix. Nothing happened and I've been taking this for 30 day. I've noticed if I forget to take it I will have a migrain headache. This pill did not give me energy and I toss and turn at night trying to get to sleep. The detoxufree does not make you go to the bathroom, I'm not sure where that one came from! I get up every morning at 5:30am and exercise and eat the things from the Biggest Loser Cookbook. The truth is it's not working for me. Good luck to everyone else! Don't spend to much, because it's not a miracle pill!
#206 - Truth - 04/07/2010 - 11:38
Apidexin absolutely work! The I am on my fourth bottle. The only worry I have is I recently found out I was Vitamin D deficient and my bones and body feels frail...I am not sure if it was due to these pills, but I was feeling find before. The company claims they are all natural ingrediates, but I truly wonder if there are other side affects to consider long-term.:-[]

#209 - happy - 04/08/2010 - 23:11
Hi I started taking Apidexin 5 days ago and Ive lost 7 pounds.

I started out at 188 then lost 14 pds in 6 weeks by myself. With 2-3 hours at the gym everyday and staying under 1100 calories a day. I didnt feel like it was coming off as fast as Id like so I started Apidexin and lost 7 pds in 5 days.

After I bought the product I was still reading reviews and noticed other websites with horrible reviews over this product.

I took other reviews advice and took Apidexin with tylenol or advil to avoid headaches and nausea, it seems to work cause I feel no side effects everyone else talk about. AND! I see people writing that they cant sleep. This I dont understand. It clearly says on the bottle
#210 - Lauren - 04/12/2010 - 14:04
Id reccommend taking tylenol or advil with it. I read that from another review and I dont get any headaches or nausea, so that might be why.

AND! So many people say they hate this product cause they cant sleep??? It clearly says take before lunch on the bottle. Lunch does not mean 4-6 oclock. I take the second pill around 1 oclock and I have no problems sleeping.

Im satisfied with this product. Ive noticed it kills my appetite. I lost 14 pds in 6 weeks by myself and noticed my weight loss was slowing down so I ordered Apidexin.

I kept doing the same things Ive been doing for 7 weeks. I received it 5 days ago and Ive lost 7 pds since. With under 1100 calories and 2-3 hours of working out(1 hr of cardio), 7 days a week.

I read reviews of people saying they did nothing, changed nothing and lost 10-15 pds in a month. But one review said she stuck to a strict diet and atleast 2 hrs of excercise a day she lost 27 pds. Thats my goal... And with 7 pds in 5 days Im hoping its realistic. Ill write back at the end of the month so we'll see...

#214 - priya - 04/15/2010 - 10:43
I would not recommend this to anyone. The first week I lost 2 lbs but after that nothing, and I was watching my diet and exercising. Very disappointed.
#215 - Barbara - 04/16/2010 - 12:35
I started taking apidexin 4 days ago. i have been doing 30 mins of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training every day since then. I have also been eating better and barely at all due to the appetite suppresant. I have more energy but I have not lost one single poung. I took the detoxufree72 for the first three days too. What am I doing wrong? I'm also not losing inches and gaining muscle because all of my clothes fit exactly the same? I'm kind of skeptical because i notice people saying they saw results in just one week without diet or excersise. I'll keep you posted
#216 - gabi - 04/20/2010 - 12:27
I ordered apidexin from their website and got the free detox. I gave one bottle of apidexin and detox to my brother and one to my sister.
My brother: He is overweight by 40 lbs, should be about 190. He is 230 lbs, no workout regiment at all. In one week he has lost 8lbs, and loves it.

My sister: Severly overweight due to stress. She should not be more than 150, weighs somewhere near 250 does not exercise, does not go out at all, very sensitive about her weight.. In one week she has lost 5lbs.

Me: I workout often and play sports. I weigh 180, and havent seen any difference yet. I am hoping to lose the belly fat within a month.

From Detox, none --and it does not make you pooh randomly, you just take the pills and carryon with your day. None of us were strapped to the toilet or anything close to it.

Apidexin: First few dayz made you feel lightheaded, this was mainly due to not eating properly. This product actually suppressess apetite, so you have to ensure that you eat wether you feel like it or not. Today is day 8 and no sideeffects. We all take the first pill arounnd 8am and the second about 12pm. Typically before your meals by 30 minutes. This ensures you will eat something and have strength.
Will update on end of week 3.

Hope this helps anyone that is considering to purchase Apidexin.

Apidexin & Detoxufree
:-) I received my product this morning so I took it with lunch and then again before dinner. I have experienced nausea like others posting reviews, but my hunger has definitely been supressed, I think because of the nausea. I drank about 100 oz's of water today and there was a three hour span where I had to go to the bathroom every five minutes, which won't fly well at work. I have definitely felt more energy, and I'm hoping to see some good results at the end of the month. I will post again!
#223 - Jocelyn - 05/20/2010 - 03:58
is this stuff good?
#224 - Brandon - 05/21/2010 - 21:22
So I actually bought this product last year at this time to help me lose the baby weight I ganed with my first child...then I found out I was pregnant with my second child, so I put it in the cupboard and am just now ready to use it again. I have been taking it since Monday (today is thrusday) and totally forgot about the detox pill that I got with it. I have lost 2lbs since Monday and have felt a TON of energy, but also sleeplessness. I've not been exercising but have felt REALLY hungry and found if I don't eat then I feel sick to my stomach. I'm going to see where it goes and hope the weight keeps coming off. Maybe I'll keep posting on here to show my progress and that may just help to keep me motivated. :-)
#225 - TMW - 05/27/2010 - 15:39
Ok.. been using this product for 8 days now. I weight 167 lbs and my weight has fluctuated by only 1 lbs. I am taking double to dose ( 4 pills a day). At first I had the jitters but now my body has adjusted. I workout 5 days a week. I will give this product until the end of the bottle which will only be about 7 or 8 days more for me. I will let you all know where I stand at the end. I have one bottle left that will be sent back if it does not work.

#228 - ZANY - 06/04/2010 - 19:48
Hey everyone,

I have been using apidexin for a week now and I have lost 5 pounds which is great! I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of a good diet i could follow while taking these pills. I am 165, have a pretty nice build, but I also have the dreaded tire around my stomach. What diet would be best for me? Thanks!
#229 - Christian - 06/07/2010 - 13:13
I've been taking Apidexin for about 5 days now. The first day I lost 2 and 1/2 lbs. The next day I gained a pound and now on day 5 I've lost a total of 4 lbs. The first day I took it I was a little jumpy. After first day no jitters anymore. I took one at lunch and one at supper. For the most part I have been watching my diet. I haven't worked out, but I walk everyday for about 45 minutes. I also drink lots of water. I decided to up the number of tablets to two to see if I would loose weight faster. I took two 30 minutes before lunch and I was a little jumpy. I ate a big lunch. This afternoon I had diarrhea really bad. I haven't even taken the Detox stuff yet. Perhaps I shouldn't take more than two pills at a time? Are you supposed to have gastric affects with taking this product? I am pleased with the weight loss, but not so crazy about the diarrhea. I will keep taking the pills as directed and hopefully I will continue to loose the weight. I was already on a strict diet and have lost almost 30 lbs. I'm 43 (male) 5'8" 166 lbs now- was at 195 lbs. Started diet in mid February of this year- It is now June 7. Losing 4 lbs in a week is good because with just regular exercise and diet alone on an average I lost 1 to 2 lbs. a week and some weeks didn't lose any weight. I want to get down to about 150 lbs. which is what I weighed in high school/ first year of college.

would like to hear comments on the gastric problem I mentioned earlier and what to do to avoid it. I will keep you guys posted on how I'm doing! So far I like the fat loss and the fact that my six pack is starting to show now! I can still pinch about an inch or so on my waist but hopefully that will go away soon!
#230 - Vincent - 06/07/2010 - 18:40
;-)Cant wait to try it. Everything seems great just wondering if as soon as you stop taking it does the weight come back? Let me know, Thanks:-)
#231 - Michael - 06/10/2010 - 16:10
I have been using Apidexin for 30 days now and have lost a totaly of 15 pounds. I really think that this pill helps but I am also not taking in no more that 70 carbs per day and eating no more that 1500 calories. Apidexin gives a great boost to weight loss efforts but you still need to put in some yourself. It is hard reading all of these reviews where people just think that a pill will make them lose weight without doing anything. I am very happy with this product and will continue to take it. I know it is boosting my metabolism as I can feel the energy.
#232 - Aja - 06/14/2010 - 00:36
this pill is really good. i was surprised actually when i saw my boyfriend at the weekend he was like wow u look great! im not that big but i just wanted to lose a few pounds before my wedding and i would agree this is the way. i lost about 7 pounds which means im down to my high schoolsize and im so happy! woohoo! must add, this pill surpressed by appetite...and no jitters!!!!
#233 - J - 06/15/2010 - 13:19

Love this stuff! I've been taking it for 3 weeks. I take one pill at breakfast and one pill at lunch. I didn't feel more energetic but I did feel jittery and felt like there was a weight on my chest. I have been doing Weight Watchers and Apidexin together and it really seems to be working. I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. I only want to lose another 10 so I will see what happens when I go off the pill. Anyone tried that yet?
#234 - Sheree - 06/18/2010 - 21:29
:-D so far so good I just finished my bottle of detox and have been on my first day with the Apidexin and have lost a total of 4lbs. This being my first day with the Apidenxn pill I have found I feel slightly nauseated and have a very dry throat, however, its something I can deal with as long as the pounds are shedding off. Lets hope it keeps working! I'm 5'5" and weighed in at 174 lbs and now after just 4 day I am 170 lbs. My goal weight it 130-140 lbs. Lets hope it can get me there without making me too misrable
#235 - Stacha Marie - 06/21/2010 - 23:55
Took my first pill an hour ago and I feel good. It woke me up and I don't feel at all nauseous. I was expecting a headache---maybe that will come later. I have about 20 lbs to lose. The past month I have lost 7 lbs with diet and exercise so we'll see how I do with Apidexin.

Keep in mind when you read these reviews that some people have tried different things before. The first reviewer may have been eating 3,000 calories a day then radically started to take the pill along with diet and exercise. Someone else, like me, may have already been exercising daily and consuming 1,200 calories per day. Their body may just be adjusting to major change or minor change. As for myself, I have tried weight watchers and similar pills, and have also been dieting and exercising for a while. Also, some people may have hundreds of pounds to lose and others a mere 30. How much they have to lose will affect how much they CAN lose with Apidexin. All people are different!!

I will update along the way=):-)
#236 - Patty - 06/25/2010 - 06:57
So I just finished my first bottle of apidexin and I have a total of 13 pounds. I feel great and people have noticed a difference in my body. I don't notice it, but I just started P90X abs which will hopefully help. I have one bottle left!!!
#237 - Christian - 06/29/2010 - 03:33
I have been taking Apidexin for two weeks and am not pleased with my results. I have been using Nutrisystem to lose weight since March 1st, and at the end of June decided to add Apidexin to speed my weight loss (I only lost 10 pounds in 3 months on Nutrisystem, and psychologically was having trouble sticking with it and decided that adding a weight loss supplement would help me stick to it and lose weight.)

The first three days I was jittery and had insomnia. However, that went away and I just had a lot of energy, which was great. I would feel slight nausea about 30 minutes after taking the pill, but would feel fine as soon as I ate. The Apidexin decreased the portion sizes that I could eat because I would fill up quicker, which was also helpful. I am rarely ever hungry for dinner, so lunch tends to be my last meal of the day, with a snack when I get home from work about 10pm.

On top of continuing to use Nutrisystem as often as my schedule allows, I have also exercised every day. I started out weighing 158.8 pounds and weighed 154.2 on the 14th day. I believe that the only reason I have seen any weight loss at all is because my apetite has decreased so much that I am consuming maybe 800 calories a day. This product is not actually doing anything to my metabolism, just to my desire for food. I had hoped to see more drastic results. However, I do recognize that I look much skinnier, so I may in fact be building muscle in place of the fat which would make me lose weight slower. I also only have another 14 pound to get back to what I have weighed for the last 6 years, and only another 10 after that to get to my goal, so I don\'t have a lot of weight to lose as it is, which could also effect my rate of weight loss. All in all, I am pleased that the product has increased my rate of weight loss per week, but it has not done anything close to the 4-7 pounds a week that it said I would lose.

worrid about trying it
#246 - me - 07/09/2010 - 06:36
Hello.. Iam really excited about this product I ordered from Ebay. My package should be in the mail today and I will repost in about 1 week with results.. B-)
#247 - Kendra M - 07/16/2010 - 15:17
Awesome! If you are not seeing results its because you are not using it properly. It should be used with a set diet and a set excerise routine. i have been using it and at night i use Enerfit for workouts. I have seen visible results in a week. It helps immensely with curbing appetite.

I would not recommend it to people who have not used a weight pill previouly.:-)
#248 - Matt - 07/16/2010 - 18:13
I agree with the anxiety thing, I feel very strange about eating anything, almost as if i were anorexic. I wanted to control my eating but i don't know if its abit extreme.:-o

Apidexin with Detox
:-D I have been taking the detox and the pills for three days now. At this point all swelling I have been experiencing due to obesity has just about gone away. It might be the diuretic in the detox pills and the fact I've cut out sodas altogether. But I am now experiencing headaches from lack of caffeine maybe? And a little difficulty staying asleep at night.
I have a high tolerance to almost all things.

I have always had issues with anxiety. Nothing there so far. The first two days I had a couple of hours of sweating after use but to be fair it's been very humid here where we are in a dry climate.
Today I notice that there is an oily substance when I use the restroom. I think it might be flushing my system?

I felt a little of the jitters, but not too bad. I mean, you WANT to feel energetic, right?

I don't have a scale, but I can tell somethings happened already. I am happy with the results so far. Let's just hope it stays steady.

One more thing.
When I feel hungry, I can't really eat much. Sort of like the description for a lap-band would do. I feel like gagging when I try to overeat. I just can't do it. I have a full feeling. And believe me, Ive tried many things to get this effect short of going to a Doctor...this one has the key so far.
Hoping tonight I can get some sleep. Have had a headache all day, but it might be to the low dose melatonin that I took to aide loss of sleep.
#250 - Julia - 07/17/2010 - 22:29
The best part for me is the mood change I have had.

I have severe OCD problems, as well as anxiety problems. Simply said, this pill makes me happy.

Losing weight is just a plus. :-D
#251 - Emily - 07/22/2010 - 10:31
Nothing works for everyone but Apidexin works for me. However - it works best when I am conscious of what I eat and try to exercise some during the week. I have a lot to lose - 60 pounds - and a lot of the negative reviews I read are from people with little to lose or those who are already in good shape and working out more than I do.

For me - Apidexin is a great kick start - if I can see some results quickly I know I'll continue and kick it into another gear. I'm down 5 pounds in a week and feel great. I take multi-vitamins and omega 3 supplements, too. I haven't had any of the side effects some people have claimed but like I said, nothing works for everyone. This works for me and has apparently worked for some others. It's worth a try and if it doesn't work, you can return it for your money back. Win win situation if you ask me! I hope those people who have had issues can find something that works for them! I'm sticking with Apidexin!
#252 - Melinda - 07/25/2010 - 10:05
Wow this is my first time useing this product and all i can say is that i feel great and loads of energy:-D just waiting too way myself in for the first time.
#253 - Thomas - 07/27/2010 - 21:21
We started taking this before our wedding to shed some extra pounds. Jer is down 9 pounds after 2 weeks and I am down five. It should be mentioned that I didn't take it for a week because I got sick and it makes me a little jittery. I am very sensative to anything new I put in my body so I would not expect it to bother most people. My heart does not race or anything, it just makes me a little more hyper than I normally am. If this product continues to produce results similar to what is has for us, I will recommend it to my patients!
#254 - Amy & Jeremy - 07/29/2010 - 22:30
Today is day 2 of me taking this product and I have no side effects besides a loss of appetite. All i ate yesterday was an egg and two sandwiches. By dinner time, I had NO appetite and ONLY ate half of my dinner which was a small portion anyway. This stuff really seems to work. I am trying to lose 20-30lbs so we will see.

#257 - Atlanta - 08/07/2010 - 02:51
I started takin Apidexin during my sophomore year of college desperate to lose the freshman 20 I gained. I\'m happy to say with one bottle I lost the extra 20 lbs,and got back to my natural weight, but the second bottle did nothing for me. It\'s good if you put on some extra pounds from a baby, college etc. but If you are just unhappy with your natural weight, I wouldnt buy it.
#258 - Kaitlyn - 08/11/2010 - 17:20
Im curious if the reason for amazing weight loss for some people is due to being more overweight than others. I am 27, weighing in @ 135. I have gained 25 pounds in 10 months through emotional eating. I personally just want to fit back into my size 3 jeans. I am now a size 9. I just hope this isnt too long or too painful!
#259 - Evangeline - 08/16/2010 - 13:38

Everyone out there that is skeptical about taking this diet pill listen up.For years I used to take diet pills that contained ephedra.Gave me huge results but gave me huge side effects.Heart problems, acne, anxiety, anger. So glad they took it off the market. So for many years I was scared to take anything dietpill related thinking everything had side effects. After reading all of the reviews I decided to go with apidexin.Absolutely the best thing I have ever taken!!!No anxiety, heartproblems or anything.I've now been on them for about 6 months and lost tons of weight. Also I'm a salesperson in Las Vegas and my sales have skyrocketed due to the huge amount of energy it gives me.Just want to say thank you for everything. These pills have even improved my marriage!I know it sounds weird but true;-)Anyways God bless you and thank you:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D

#262 - mel - 08/23/2010 - 11:11
I am on day 5 of taking these pills and have lost 3 pounds so far. They definitely take your appetite way down, but not completely away. I do notice it makes me a little sick to my stomach after about 30 min. but that doesn't last long at all. Other people mentioned it gives them energy. It definitely does not give me any energy, so sometimes its a struggle but no different than it would be without the pills.
#263 - Elizabeth - 08/23/2010 - 15:56

Apidexin & Detoxufree72
Just purchased 2 bottles of the Apidexin + Detox yesterday and should be recieving them this weekend. I'm very anxious seeing the mixed reviews and am praying that I didn't just fall for a good sales pitch! I'm 33, female, and at 5' 6" and 214 I have quite a bit of weight to lose. I'll be happy if it curbs my appetite and gives me extra energy! I know how to eat right and exercise to lose weight but just need that extra something to help keep me on track. I'll update with my results!
#271 - Julia G - 09/08/2010 - 16:36
i've always been very skeptic of diet supplements/pills. i got my weight up to 261 and being that large just made me feel i had no energy or ambition to do anything. after 1 bottle within a month and a half. i dropped down to 241!! awsomest feeling ever after stepping on that scale knowing this investment was paying off. with not much change in my diet, i ate a proportionate amount of food instead of the WHOLE thing... instead of finding something to eat while i was bored i had the feeling of getting up and doing something (clean, walk), not a gym member i would usually walk around my house which usually came to about a mile 3 times a week. in all, good product!! definately would recommend for those ready to shed some unwanted pounds!:-)
#272 - erica - 09/09/2010 - 01:27
Hi everyone :) after 4 weeks of reading about Apidexin and Decaslim, reading everyone's and I mean everyone's review, I decided to buy Apidexin because of ForsLean, one of the ingredients. I called customer service first to ask them how much caffeine I could expect in each of the pills and they told me about one cup of coffee (black) . I think I can handle that (we'll see). The most important thing for me is SIDE EFFECTS (headaches, high heart rate...).
I noticed you have to take a lot of water (as with any other diet pill) . you should remember to eat , just because you are not hungry does not mean you should not eat proper food and snacks .....

Also I notice you have to start with 1 pill before breakfast and then if the pill did not give you side effects go to the recommanded 2 pills a day....

I am 45 5'5 and 150lb. Need to get back to my 125lb.
I will go for 20min walks OR gym every other day to do light (very light) weight training. (I will leave more intense exercises to when I am at 125 and want to keep it at 125.)

I will monitor what I eat and take one multivitamin a day . Also I will try to cut red meat and sugar from my diet .

I WILL keep you all posted cause it was your reviews that gave me more information than I could find anywhere else. I thank all of you for putting the time in to inform others.

Wish me luck
#273 - Sade - 09/09/2010 - 12:21
I placed my order on Monday and received the pills on Wednesday. Top marks for shipping.

I didn't take them yesterday as I had a big training session and was unsure about the side effects I've been reading about. I stuck to the dosage instructions today with both Apidexin and the Detoxufree72 pills. I'm happy to report absolutely no negative side effects.

I'm not sure if my energy levels changed at all because I've been in the gym most of the day. I did manage a lot more lifting today though and a lot longer on the Versa-climber. I didn't feel my heart beating faster than normal.

The only time I noticed it all day was on the walk back from the gym. I got really hot and started sweating. It felt good though, like I was burning a lot as I walked.

I read a lot of reviews where people were complaining about sky-high energy levels and "jitters". I really think that unless you're accompanying your diet with some pretty rigorous exercise you shouldn't be taking Apidexin. If I drank 3 Red Bulls and then sat around the house all day I'd be climbing up the walls. Same thing. Get up and get moving!

I wanted to write this review for like-minded people. I was worried after reading so many horror stories but honestly, there's nothing bad in these pills. As long as you're serious about changing your lifestyle (meaning EXERCISE AND HEALTHY EATING for the rest of your life) you might find that these will give you a kick start. For anyone looking at these as an easy way to lose weight without lifting a finger, I'd suggest you get real and stop thinking like a moron!

I'm a 21 year old male. 6ft dead and 210 lbs. Very active, a fair amount of muscle but need to shift excess body fat before Christmas.

:-D I suffer from anxiety obsessive disorder, and have always avoided taking anti depressants.....my anxiety would be followed by extreme depression which led me to spend weeks on the couch....i have taken apidexin for 4 days now at the same time as my detox....OH MY GOODNESS....I have cleaned my house from top to bottom inside out and upside down in those four days. The first day i had an eerie affect as if i was stoned, it scared me a bit...but super super relaxed, the second day i was a MAJOR ball of energy and still am....I literally havn't stopped, and dont feel like I want to....I have to stop and eat because i dont get as hungry....Im also a heavy smoker and have noticed due to lack of stress now I havnt hardly smoked aswell. If I lose weight aswell well thats just a bonus.....im in the best frame of mind i have been in for lot of years. Ill be back in a month and let you know how the weights going....started at 79kgs, and now 77.kg after 4days....roughy 4 pounds i think that it. I LOVE IT !!!!!! Thankyou for giving my life back :))))))

Just started (day three. Down 2.3 lbs and counting. I will keep you posted. No horrible side effects. I drink plenty of water and am eating 1400-1500 cal per day (40% carbs; 40% protein; 20% fat). I will start some kind of exercise program within the next day or so and will continue to drink my water!
I have been fighting the battle of the bulge for more than 14 years (since the birth of my last child) so am very anxious about seeing my progress with Apidexin. So far, so good and I will keep everyone posted.:-)
#277 - The Phoenix - 09/12/2010 - 10:44
So, I've just started taking Apidexin about three days ago(did not get the detoxufree stuff) But I can already feel my energy increasing and feeling less groggy throughout the day. I haven't weighed myself yet but will begin doing it weekly tomorrow morning.
My only con is that although I don't feel as hungry during the day, around dinner time it feels like I'm starving bc I haven't really eaten throughout the day. Is anybody else experiencing this? Or does anyone have any suggestions on how to continue to deflate my hunger at dinner time so I don't binge?

:-D Thanks for any help!
#278 - Bianca - 09/12/2010 - 12:03
Hi It's Sade again. As my 1st post said I ordered 2 bottles of Apidexin (and 1 72hr detox) on Thursday 9/9/2010 and received it on Monday 9/13/2010 in the afternoon.

I took my 3 detox + 1 Apidexin in the morning of Tuesday 9/14/2010. [(have to mention here that there was NO instruction in the box and I had to go online and see what other people had to say about dosage. Need to improvment on this aspect)]. As I understood, you have to take 3 detox and 1 Apidexin 30min before breakfast and also 30min before lunch, until your detox is finished (72hrs) and then go to 1 Apedexin before breakfast and 1 before lunch . That's what I did .

Happy to say : I had NO side effects what so ever . No headache, no high heart rate .... I had my breakfast 30 minutes after and took my bottle of water on the road . I drank 2L of water yesterday and ate normal.

I made frequent trips to bathroom because of the water I drank .Sorry to give details but I think it's necessary for all those who want to know exactly what happens after taking the pills. No diarrhea at all. 2 bowel movements yesterday , very normal.

As far as curbing appitate, I felt hungry. I had my 3 meals , and some almonds and raisins to munch on during the day. I had tea and some small sweet at 9 at night as well.

Well now for weight loss :-) I weighed myself in the morning of 9/14/2010 before taking the pills (yesterday ) I was 155.5 lb. This morning, Wed 9/15/2010, I was 153.2. I know that is lots of water and body flushing out and detoxing, but , it's not bad .

Energy level: no difference from my normal days.I hope today I feel more energy and get motivated to go and exercise. Slept well last night. (11pm in bed, got up 6:30am) no insomnia . My body is sensetive to caffeine but I felt nothing with this pill.

I checked for side effects today as well. It is 11:30 in the morning now and I feel great, but hungry. I tend to keep my little snacks since I don't want to have hunger headaches.

So far so good. I will keep you posted and report if anything goes wrong :-)

:-D. I quit smoking 3 years ago and have gained 35 lbs. It\'s enough to make me regret stopping. I feel better but the weight makes me depressed.
So far I am amazed!!! I started both the apedexin and the detox on 9/10/10, took my fat pictures and weighed in at my highest weight ever of
223lbs. After 7 days I am down to 215.4 lbs!!!7.6lbs. in 7 days ! I LOVE this pill.
I was a little jittery in the begining but it has worn off. I take the pill 10 min before my meals to decrease that feeling. I have cut back on my eating but nothing drastic. Of all the multiple things I\'ve tried this product is definetly worth every dime! I\'ll keep you posted. BOL to all!!!

I tried this a few months ago for about a week then got a virus and had to take antibiotics. Since I couldn't put in all my efforts and didn't want to waste the pills, I stopped taking the Apidexin. I feel better now so I started taking it again. I do not have major weight to lose though. I've already lost 80 and I have the last 10 pounds to go. I am 5 foot 8 inches and 152 pounds. Has anyone had experience with this pill and trying to lose just the last few pounds? Seems like everyone needed to lose a substantial amount of weight. I don't know if it will work so great for me at this point.

I imagine it is a fairly safe product as well because my bos who is also a good friend of mine has been prescribed adipexin by a doctor so that he can loose weight. He was very big about 4 months ago and he tells me he has lost around 70 pounds since he has been taking adpixen. I not sure if he is exaggerating, but I can see that he has lost serious weight in the last few weeks.

hello.........i just got my package today and i was wondering if u can take the detoxufree72 by itself .thanks
#302 - tiff - 10/18/2010 - 17:23
I got the package yesterday, and against my better judgement took a pill at 6:30pm, along with the dose of DetoxuFREE72, 1 hr before dinner.......I felt a little more productive, and I slept absolutely fine at 11:00pm. This morning I took one before work with 16oz of water, and no breakfast (I was in a hurry)...then, since I hadn't really felt much, I took 2 Apidexin before a bowl of soup for lunch. I think it is curbing my appetite a little, because normally I would have soup and a sandwich, and probably some crackers.

I'm not really feeling all jazzed like everyone else seems to on this stuff. I feel like I have a clearer mind, a little more energy, and am in a better mood...but I would've thought I'd feel the rush everyone else seems to practically get sick over? I will return in 2 weeks with an update...btw: Female, 5'7", 229lbs.

Has anyone gained their lost weight back? Or do you have to keep taking this product to keep weight down?

I've been taking apidexin for 2 days now and I've already lost 4 1/2 pounds!!! I drink a lot of water, watch my calories, and run 2 miles a day. I've been doing that for a while without the pills and never lost that much weight that quickly. Very pleased

I started taking Apidexin and detoxufree72 yesterday and happy to say no side effects whatsoever. Ive been drinking lots of water and have changed to healthier eating plan, however I dont have the time to exercise.
I will keep everyone posted after 1st week.

#310 - heidi - 11/05/2010 - 13:46
So i've been on the Apidexin for two days now... THIS IS A REAL PERSON!!! TRYING THIS ACTUAL PRODUCT, i promise you that. Ive been taking it right when i wake up, and i feel a burst of energy coming onn, i do eat after 30 min. to 60 min after, and i must say I am not as hungry as i think i am... In my mind, i feel hungry but once i eat, i feel full really fast. (sucks spending money on something u wont eat as much) BUT thers left overs for later ;] haha... anywho... the only thing is that yeah, i get an upset stomache after awhile and... my body is tired but i still wanting to go out and do something... i did puke a little todayy but i think thats my fault because i ate, and laid down after awhile and didnt let my system digest my food... oops! but just been burping a lot and i havent weighed myself, but i do feel a little thinner ;] last time i weighdd myself it was 168, and i will weigh myself after this week and see if there are any results. i will be back to post it up :]

I'm a 65 year old woman and trying to lose about 10 pounds. I've been on these pills for about 2 1/2 weeks and have only lost 2 pounds, but I did lose 2 inches from my waist. I'm actually a little disappointed that I'm not losing more. It seems like I lost the initial 2 pounds and now I'm at a plateau. I'm not sure if these pills are working for me at this point. I will continue the pills for a few more weeks and see if I can lose any more. Even if I only lose one pound a week, I would be happy. We'll see what happens in the next few weeks. I work out 5 days a week, but I know my metabolism is really slow at this age. Bummer!!!!
#313 - Maxilena - 11/09/2010 - 19:23
Got my order yesterday. This is just my second day using the supplement. No huge, miraculous weight loss yet, but do feel energized and this does curve my appetite. It is also causing me to drink a whole lot more water, which is good thing!!! I was concerned about side effects, and I am very sensitive to those, but nothing really awful....no headache....no nausea...no jitters. We'll see if I wasted my money or not in about a week.....
#314 - Kelly - 11/10/2010 - 11:05
Apidexin and Detoxufree72
Started apidexin and the detox yesterday. I went from 162.5 to 160.0 lbs in one day! After the second half of the dose before lunch i felt okay for about four hours and then i got abnormally jittery. I put on more comfy clothes hoping most of the jitters were because i was cold. I didn't fall asleep intill 6am! Not only because i couldnt sleep, but i was afraid i wouldnt wake up. (i am a complete drama queen, im only 16 and i made sure my heart beat was okay with my parents pressure cuff and i was fine, it was rapidly beating, but not in a dangerous manner.)I took deep breathes got more water and had a snack and it helped a lot. I have been eating normal, but i guess not enough according to my body, since the snack helped. I woke up at 10am and wasnt tired even though i had only 4 hours of sleep. I was going to let myself sleep all day because i had off anyway, but my body was up and running, which it never does. (i love to sleep, and i never wake up refreshed. i always need more sleep.) I just took my morning dose of apidexin and detoxufree72 and ate an apple with a small amount of peanut butter. I noticed looking at food wasnt as desirable as it usually is for me. (i use it as a comfort food.) I had to almost force myself to eat, but once i did i felt very full and a lot less jittery. I am not taking another apidexin today before lunch, ill try taking two next week once i get used to one pill. I am still going to take the detox lunch dose, but i honestly dont think its doing anything because all i am doing is peeing a lot! And that is mostly because i have been drinking a lot more water lately. I havent been number 2ing (lol) since almost a day ago. I dont usually go every day anyway but i was hoping this would get rid of all the nasty stuff in my system. I gained weight from depression and eating for comfort, my normal body type was slim and petite all my life up in till last year. I gained a wopping 35 lbs in one year! I am only 5'3 so i cant pull this off, i look like an oompa loompa. Plus i dont feel healthy, but ive noticed with in the first day (not sure if im just being really positive) my fat feels more lean then usual. I put on a pair of jeans and didnt have a muffin top. Like i said, water weight maybe? But i feel tighter around my stomach. (this is with working out and eating normal portions of healthy food.) If taking one apidexin a day doesnt make me sick like yesterday im pretty happy with it, not just for losing weight, but for feeling healthier, looking at food better, and WANTING to work out! Its like a motivation sidekick. The reason it works is because it makes you work with it. For the people it didnt work for, i think they werent possibly using it with a healthy exercise and diet program? There is no magic pill that tones you and makes you lose weight alone. You need to work with it. This pill isnt MAGICAL, but it sure comes close for me. Will keep everyone posted!

I was contemplating posting my results after one week. Most reviewers seem to post after a couple of days but then never post again. Well, its been offically 1 week and here is what has happened with me:

Monday 11/15 - weight 193.2 - took detox and apidexin. I took 2 apidexin cause the bottle said I could take 1-3. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking more than 1 - I felt tightness in my chest and it was not fun - even put my heart rate monitor on to make sure I was ok and the heart rate was at its normal resting rate.

The rest of the week went good. I was extra sure to drink lots of water. I went to Costco and bought bottled water in bulk and have it readily available - sorry, I am not good with the Britta and I do recycle.

Then yesterday, Sunday 11/21, I didn't take Apidexin because I wasn't on my regular schedule. I noticed that I tried to drink a soda and couldn't choke it down - my body is now craving water! That is the first.

I haven't had any headaches like a lot of people on here. I think the water has a lot to do with it. I've notice a huge increase in energy. I've been working out in the mornings about 6/6:30 for an hour and then after the workout, I take the Apidexin, get ready, then eat my breakfast. It really has surpressed my appetite, although at night (after dinner), sitting at home I tend to get the munchies - to kick that craving, I've been eating Jello, Quaker Rice Cakes and cold milk.

I feel like this product is helping me. I used to weigh 267 and got down to 193. I have been stuck at 193 for about 5-6 months and I have given up with the diet and exercise - Now, in the past two weeks I have refound myself and putting in 110% into my goal.

So, in short, today I weighed 188.6! 4.6 pounds in a week and I put the effort in it with the Apidexin
#320 - SJZ - 11/22/2010 - 10:37
Just ordered a (2)bottles + the detox today. I am 5'1 and weigh 162. I've had 3 kids and can't seem to get the baby weight off. In fact, I'm over 40lbs!!!I've tried diet programs and get bored with the same old food plus they really didn't help much. I'm hoping Apidexin helps. I'll keep you posted as I go along
#321 - Michelle - 11/23/2010 - 01:36
waiting for mine to arrive patiently. skeptic as well...excited to try, but probably will fail like all the other pills? I didnt order the detox with the bottle, will that affect my lbs lost? I see a lot off people on this that says, they'll get back after a few wks, and they never do. hmm, maybe because it left them disappointed? I'm just worried I'm all hyped up to try it, and yet does nothing. I had my first baby 9mo ago, and am sick of not losing my 30lbs left (gained 60 :( ...). Im hopeful it works nd I can be a hottie again :p
#322 - Kelly - 11/23/2010 - 06:23
So this is my second week taking product...I would have to say I am very happy with the product...I have not had one side effect yet...But one thing that is wierd is i am losing weight, but I dont see it on the scale...my jeans are falling off...and i am not lying...I can now fit in a size 11...I am so happy..I will try to weigh myself again on Monday to see what it reads... I will keep you updated in the next two weeks..
#323 - Toya - 11/26/2010 - 20:38
I have been on Apidexin for a few days and have no idea how much weight I've lost. I also did the Detox. It has definitely suppressed my hunger and I trust that it will help me to meet my goal of a 20 lb. loss within the next couple of months.

Now, I may be a different case, but I HAVE NOT FELT SICK AT ALL. Just drink a LOT of water. At least 20 oz. immediately after taking your dosage. Good luck!
#324 - ShaJose - 12/01/2010 - 20:00

In that sense I love this stuff. Of course I weighed myself last night and I weigh 148.2, and I hope to get back to my size before I had my daughter which was 118! A little over 20 lbs or so. I really hope this works, because I am horrible when it comes to Exercising! So i hope i am fortunate as most of these others are! Keep ya posted, today is tuesday I will be back on next tuesday to share my 1 week experiences!!!!!!

Hi all,

I'm 43 5'2.5" 167.5, have not done any real work out in over 1 yr. and have a terrible eating habits lately - fast food, sodas, drinking, smoking - don't know what my problem is - 5.5 yrs ago I was 132lbs I wore between 5/6 -7/8 - small petite - worked out 6 days a week and ate Diet-to-go (lived alone) now in a serious relationship and gained 35.5lbs - now in a 11/12 bordering on 13/14 - size large regular or XL petite.

I ordered Apidexin & DetoxuFree72 Tues., Dec. 7 and it arrived on Sat. Dec. 11. I started yesterday (Mon.). I don’t do well with caffeine, so I started with 1 Apidexin and 2 DetoxuFree yesterday for both breakfast and lunch. I will admit that my food selection yesterday was very poor and some what the norm for me lately. I had about 1.5 cups of popcorn, just after taking the pills because that was what was on my desk and about 16 oz of water. Then at lunch I took another 1 and 2 of the pills and had a single cheeseburger and a few fries from Wendy's. No side effects. My boyfriend and I went to a local bar to watch the games, ordered a 2.5lb. lobster - ate part of my salad (too much dressing), two bites of my potato and just the tale - I was too full to eat the huge claws and the body. I had large 2 Vodka/Cran/OJ drinks and a coffee(alcohol) drink. The only side effect I had was I couldn’t fall asleep until after 1am.

Tues. 12/14 -Woke up before my alarm this morning. Took the same dosage today before breakfast (1 Apidexin and 2 DetoxuFree72) had part of an egg/cheese sandwich from Subway and half 1 litter bottle of water, then took the other Apidexin and DetroxuFree72. Feel fine, a slight headache and actually considering I didn’t get my usual amount of sleep, I feel awake and energetic - I noticed every time my head starts to ache, I drink some water and it goes away. I admit I weighed myself this morning - not expecting to see any change, just strangely curious, but I lost .5lbs this morning - considering what I ate and no exercise.

I will fill you in next week.
#327 - Something40 - 12/14/2010 - 12:40
Iwould like to read some long-term results, more like a few months and explain side effects, and how are people doing/feeling when they go off the apidexin?

I just received my pills today from ebay and I am excited about getting started....I'm a little nervous but I will keep you posted on my progress.
#329 - Gina - 12/16/2010 - 21:54
I really want to try this product. I have tried literally almost EVERYTHING to keep my weight down but I keep jumping back to the 160lb no matter what I do. I have tried HCG, stacks, every GNC products, Vitamin world, etc. I am active and work out out with weights 3-5 days a week. I have a very curvy 5'3 frame. I hope this helps me with my 25 lb goal. I am ordering from e-bay and hopefully I don't get immune to the product too quick as that is what normally happens when I take some new diet supplements. I only need to lose 20-25 lbs and would even be happy with 15lbs. I hope this works for me! I will keep you posted as soon as I receive the products. Best of luck to everyone and please continue to post experiences. That is the only way we will know the truth about the prodcuts...through everyones personal experience with the product. I am excited and I hope it works for me...
I will be posting again soon...good luck to everyone that tries...

HI SOMETHING 40! Your profile is similar to mine, so looking forward to reading your follow up posting. I've never tried a diet pill before and I started kickboxing twice a week about a month and a half ago, but I'm 39 yrs old, new baby and carrying an extra 20 lbs after the pregnancy that just won't go down even when I'm eating salads/lean meats every day AND now exercising. My metabolism needs a boost to get over the hump. Looking forward to seeing what happens next with your experience.
#335 - kjc - 12/31/2010 - 12:30
I have read all of these reviews and decided to give this a try. I had a baby a few months ago and gained 50 lbs with my pregnancy. I started at 170 and ended at 220. I have lost 20 lbs on my own with excercise but the rest seems to be at a stand still...I want to lose another 30-45 lbs...I am 5'6" and want to be at a healthy weight range. I will post my updates every week...I will be working out 5 to 6 times a week.

I've been on Apidexin for almost 2 weeks and have lost 3 pounds. I have also been exercising and eating less. so i dont know if its the pills or my change in diet/exercise thats making me lose the weight. Although it might just be because im not overweight. I'm 5'4 and 123 pounds. Just looking to lose about 10-15 pounds. So far the pill hasnt really had any side effects. It makes me a little dizzy if I take it and dont eat. It does give me alot of energy. The dosage says to take 1-3 capsules before breakfast and lunch. However, I have only been taking 1 capsule before breakfast/lunch. I dont know if I should up my dosage to 2??? Any suggestions???
#341 - Kalee - 01/10/2011 - 13:46
I received my product in less than five days. I decided to start out with just one pill per day. I weighed myself before I took the pill and I was 202....after the pill and my workout I was down to 200.5lbs. Normally I gain weight right after a workout...i did get a slight headache...i am gling to try taking the pill with an excedrin tomorrow...i plan on weighing back in at the end of the week and will then post once a week for after results...i also had a burst of energy 30 minutes after the pill...i took it with a16 oz bottle of water and then layed down for 30 minutes and ate after that...so far so good...oh and I did not purchase the detox and have been to the bathroom 3x already...thinking that my body is trying to get used to it..be back next week....got a goal to reach!

Started Apidexin on January 7, 2011 along with the 72 hour detoxufree, spent that weekend bowling, drinking, and not eating the greatest. But when I weighed my self one week later I was down 3 pounds. I started working out September 1, 2010 stopped drinking soda September 15, 2010 and have made good food options (fruit and vegetables) since. I have only been able to lose 1 pound per week, so having added the Apidexin and got a 3 pound weight lose in one week I am excited with the results. I have not noticed any side effects other than if you take them after 6pm going to sleep is more difficult. I only take one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon with good results. I also weigh 236 and am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I started my weight lose journey at 259, I hope to be 225 by March 1, 2011 when I head for Vegas. I will keep you updated with the diet pill results.

I've lost about 25lbs in 1 month on this pill. I've also calorie cut to about 1500-2000/day. I workout in the mornings and am pleased with the results I've gotten. The lack of appetite from this pill has helped me cut down my portions and hopefully I can keep this up once I'm off. There is a slight jittery feeling, but nothing like the ephedra pills from 5+ yrs ago.
#352 - Shawn - 01/23/2011 - 15:59
Yes, I have used Apidexin. However, we must realize that what we loosed in the first week is all excess water weight. If you want maximum results, do resort to eating a healthy nutritional meal, and exercise at least 1 hour, including cardio and sit ups. The first two weeks I lost about 14 lbs, afterwards it became a little harder. I guess it was my body getting used to the pills. So, I had to push up my cardio work out to the max. In a month I ended up loosing 28 lbs.

I just finished the bottle of detoxufree which comes in a three day supply along with the apidexin 1 tablet 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch and already i have lost 3 kgs!!! i feel thinner and look thinner and everyone has noticed it worked so fast! hopefully i will continue to lose some more! only side effects im having are, constant hunger pains just before i take the lunch time pill and before dinner i also have trouble falling asleep which is frustrating but worth it! i have also been eating healthy natural foods and not a lot of it i try to stick to three meals a day and snack on fruit, i also try to excersise for half an hour everyday on the tred.

#357 - Zaida - 01/29/2011 - 20:53
I started taking apidexin with detox72 wed and it is now sunday.

Lets be honest. The obvious reason why it "works better" with detox72 is because the bottle of detox 72 is a diuretic that makes you urinate like crazy, especially everytime you drink something. Therefore the first 3 days of weight loss that I experienced is all due to water weight. If I took the detox without replenishing myself and drink more fluids i would just be dehydrating my body. I made sure to drink plenty of water the first three days and after 5 days all together lost 2lbs. I still cannot say for sure that the weight loss is due to fat burn because i lost 3lbs and gained 1lb after getting off the detox because i stopped urinating everything that im drinking.

I exercise at least 3 times a week, eat a healthy minimum carb diet and am not looking for extreme weight loss. I am only trying to lose a maximum of 15lbs and then i will probably stop using the product. I am hopeful and will keep everyone updated.

Hi, I just order on Monday and I can't wait to see how well they work. I lost a total of 70pds an I'm kinda stuck right now, so I'm really hoping that this will help me lose the rest of my weight about 50pds.
#361 - Donna - 02/01/2011 - 14:24
I order and got it pretty fast in 2days. Ive been on apidexin for 4 days now and have lost 9pds its crazy i am so happy. I'm eating right but not exercise as much as i should be. I had lost over 70pds and was stuck at one weight for a very long time. So this is awesome my weight is dropping again. 40 more pounds to my goal. Hopeful by summer maybe sooner. :)
#362 - Donna - 02/04/2011 - 14:15
I ordered adipexin while taking the detox pills i had some headaches. I think it was due to the change in my diet more than anything, they eased up once i drank a little bit of caffine. I finished the detox pills yesterday and started the adipexin today. I have lot 1 pound already. we will see how things go! i have changed my diet and started exercising once a day.
#363 - Misty - 02/06/2011 - 21:55

I bought this a couple months back after having read plenty of good reviews on it. I got a bottle with the DetoxuFree72 bottle as well. When I first started with the DetoxuFree72, it was too hard for me. It gave me the jitters and I wasn't looking for a detox diet. After the first day, i just went on to take the Apidexin. I haven't had the dramatic results as everyone else but I've got to say it works pretty good. Taking two pills a day made me too jittery so I cut it down to one. I also only take it two or three times a week when I do remember. I've lost about 10 pounds in a couple months which I'm pretty happy with. It really helps control my appetite. I take it with my breakfast and it helps me throughout the day. I don't notice that I'm hungry unless I start getting jittery. Overall I'd say give this product a try. It is different for everyone but I'm happy with my results. I'd suggest lowering your intake if you are jittery and I wouldn't recommend taking it after noon or you may have problems sleeping.
#365 - Kristi - 02/11/2011 - 00:18
So does this stuff really work?
#366 - Carla - 02/11/2011 - 09:54

I'm wondering where all the reviews are from the people who said they would keep us Posted? I see all the reviews from the first two weeks or so but where are all the long term Reviews? It makes me wonder if it only works for the first week or two. It sounds GREAT in the begining but what about through the long Haul?
#368 - sarah - 02/15/2011 - 14:32
Can\'t wait for my pill.

So just put in my order yesterday, waiting on the pills to get here. I will update when I get them.

Apedexin and 72 hr. detox
I just started taking the detox yesterday. I definitely recommend not taking it after noon or drinking too much coffee with it! I do feel a little "off" thats for sure, but that may be due to my extreme caffiene intake as well. I started taking one pill with the detox and it has definitely curbed my appetite.
I wasn't going to review this product yet but I just wanted everyone to know what I'm experiencing and maybe you can relate! Well happy dieting everyone, heres to a new us!
#372 - Geanine - 02/17/2011 - 19:10

#373 - kourt - 02/18/2011 - 01:24
I have taken the pill twice a day for a week now. Breakfast and lunch. I don't have any jitters or but I do feel more energized than normal. I normally don't eat through out the day and don't take anything with the pills but water. I have lost 8 lbs. in one week while changing nothing in exercize or diet. I don't even feel like I'm on a wieght loss pill and it works.
#374 - Cassie - 02/19/2011 - 17:01

I started taking these pills (along with the detox pills) last Saturday. After just two days of taking 2 Apidexin pills and 3 detox pills 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch, I lost 1.8 pounds! Unlike some, I did not experience any side effects. I am very curious to see how much more I have lost (if any) when I weigh myself again on Monday February 28th! I will keep everyone posted!
#376 - Ashley - 02/23/2011 - 20:49
with detoux I wonder if u keep taking it after 3 days what will happen/ will you lose weight a lot more? I would imagine if you do it would be very un healthy. anybody try that though?

Apidexin and Detoxfree
I am always wary of diet pills because I have had a bad experience in the past but I am at a point of total desperation I have gained 2stone in the last year and I am feeling really awful about my body and myself, from all of the above comments I have chosen to order the pills, there don't seem to be many negative reviews on the web and all the above seems pretty positive, I really was won over by people pointing out that they didn't get jitters or nausea as that was big problem with other pills I really hope they work for me, does anyone have any good tips or diet tricks to help me on my way to slimville??
#379 - ApidexinGG - 02/28/2011 - 09:40

I am Brian, I am 22, 6'5 280lbs. My family and I are going to be going to Hawaii in a few months and I want to be more fit for it.

I started Apendexin about six days ago and have lost about 5lbs. I have been working out for 5 of the 6 days, I do not kill myself at the gym but if I'm not hurting or sweating then I didn't work hard enough. My plan is to loose 30lbs and then some. My first day of taking this I felt that i had heart burn but was fine after that. I now take 2 pills about 30min before breakfast and lunch. I have more energy, I have no problem of sleeping but I wake up right at 8 hours of sleep feeling good. Before I could sleep any where from 4 to 12 hours and wake up tired. I want people to understand that I believe Apidexin will work for anyone but you need to work out and change you diet for the full effect. I will try to post my results every week for a month so you may know how it goes. Good luck to all
#381 - Brian 22 - 03/07/2011 - 04:01
Hi all, I just starting taking Apidexin this am. Wasn't sure how many pills to take so I took all 3. Feeling a little weird..but otherwise ok. I'm going to start tomorrow off with just 2 at breakfast and 2 with lunch. I am 5'6 and weigh 145. Just looking to lose 20lbs that I have put back on in the last year. I did also receive the 72hr detox and will try that on Friday since I will be off til Monday (just in case there are any side effects while taking both) I'm hoping that this pill works!! Will post in about a week either way.. Good luck to all in the battle of weight loss...
#382 - Lynn - 03/08/2011 - 13:38
Good luck Brian
#383 - Anna D - 03/10/2011 - 00:48
I just started taking Apidexin and the Detoxufree72 yesterday with no ill side-effects. After reading the reviews for almost a week, I had finally decided to give it a try. I'm 5'2 and 130 pounds and would like to lose 20 pounds. After taking the Apidexin and detox I instantly felt energized as well. I took the second dose after 2 pm and had no trouble sleeping. I also woke up this morning full of energy instead of feeling drowsy like usual. I'm pretty excited about this!

How does the Detoxufree72 affect you? There is nothing different about my "routine" so I was wondering if it just happens or it takes the entire 3 days to actually start to have an effect. Sounds like a stupid question to me, but worth asking.

Thanks! I'll be sure to update!

My last review hasn't been posted yet, but since I promised to update, I'm going to.

I've been taking Apidexin for a week. I started with the 72 hour detox, then moved to taking one pill before lunch and dinner. So far, I've lost a total of 8 pounds. I'm very happy with the results!
#388 - Lindsey - 03/14/2011 - 13:06
:)Im on day 10 an dhave already lost 7 lbs. It gives you alot of energy and a little nausea
#389 - danielle - 03/15/2011 - 19:05
I am back with my results. I have been taking apindexin for about 20 days. However I had issues with work changing my schedule and was unable to keep my rhythm of taking my pills. I have lost about 10 pounds which is still good for just 20 days. The first 5 or so will always be the easiest to lose. Good luck and I will keep you informed.
#390 - Brian22 - 03/19/2011 - 04:37
I recently ordered these pills and am excited to try them. But I would like ot hear from people who have been on it a while- 3 to 6 months. Also, I would like to hear from people who took it and then stopped it once reaching their goal. How is it maintaining the weight loss once going off of the pills?

#394 - Asia - 04/04/2011 - 23:36
I'm on day two and honestly I was hesitant about taking these pills because of reviews about causing headaches but I was very happy when I went thru my day with so much energy no side-effects whatsoever. It was also great at appetite suppression. So far I'm loving this and how alert it keeps me. I was 135lbs before having my son I am now at 155 and not expecting to get back to what I was just 10lbs and ill be happy I work out 3-5 days a week and have tried changing my diet and can never get below 150 let's see how this goes :)

#397 - kat - 04/11/2011 - 16:30
I have just completed a month of these pills. They were hard to take for the first week, i got nauseous, but not too bad to stop taking them. After the first week it was easy to take them. I lost 3lbs in week 1, 3lbs in week 2, 3lbs in week 3, and .5 lbs in week 4. Giving me a total of 9.5lbs lost in a month. I am male started at 220 lbs, and tried to keep under 2000 calorie diet and worked out 3-4 times a week. I can't honestly say the pills were the reason for the weight loss, it could have just been my diet and exercise. I am trying Noxycut next month to see if i get better results.

Question for users: I ordered Apidexin and the detox product. Haven't received them yet, but expect them today....
I am a 45yr. Old female. Have always had issues getting rid of belly fat. I workout regularly, almost daily....but still the roll remains. I weigh 114, and am 5'3, will this product help with the 5 or so pounds I want to lose? I have never taken diet bills, but have always watched my diet and exercised. I looked for an FDA approved diet pill so that is why I picked Apidexin.

Just so tired of not being able to tuck in my shirt, or wear a swimsuit....dang belly fat!!! Any advice, feedback? Thanks.

I was on thyroid meds because the dr said my thyroid was slow but they didn't do anything,I felt more and more tired and gained alot of weight...so I quit taking them and started taking vitamins...I feel so much better but still gaining weight and kind of tired.I started these pills 5/13/11 I am 5 3 and weigh about 160lbs.I think I have gained over 30lbs in a little over 6 months.I am also on nerve pills but I temporarily stopped taking those iuntil I find out if it is safe to take them both. I'll let you know how things go.

Fingers Crossed!
I am 2 days into the detoxfree 72 and the apidexin products. I went into this at 190lbs. with a goal to lose 60lbs. So far it is day two and I have been feeling great. Drinking all the water is keeping me from feeling hungry and I haven't felt sick at all. We'll see what the next week brings me and on from there.

I just started today 2 before breakfast and 2 b4 lunch and there was no side effect at all- and i feel it works. I've been on Phentermine for years, tried so many diet pills - but these one i can feel it works even it's just the first day- better that phentermine ... i keep posted ..
#404 - gie - 05/19/2011 - 21:23
I also just spent a good amount of time reading all of the posts. I want to go ahead and order but before I do, I need to find out what happens when you stop taking the pills? Does the weight come back? Has anyone suffered withdrawl symptoms? Or, are they habit forming? Hopefully I get none of the side effects that some people have gotten. Even though they don't seem severe enough to discontinue the pills. Can someone who has been on Apidexin longer than 3 months please post an update? I am 40 years old, 5'9, and 198 lbs. I desperately need help and answers! Thanks!

Can't wait
I'm waiting for my order... starting a nice diet w/ hubby this summer... wish us luck!
#406 - mita - 05/27/2011 - 04:45
Hey all, I'm about to order the Apidexin right now, and I will update when I get it and a week or more after I start it.
I've seen Apidexin on the internet for last few years. I've always thought about trying it, but back then I didnt have the money for it, then I lost a ton of weight and I was pretty happy at 225lbs, size 18 (in American Eagle Jeans).
When I was pregnant with my son, I pretty much lost weight off and on until the last month when I GAINED 70 POUNDS!
I started the HCG diet in February but we were moving and it's hard to stick to a diet when you're stressed out from packing stuff, anyways, lost 10lbs inbetween HCG rounds, 12.5 on my last hcg round, and this one's been a bust.
so i'm taking a break over summer by using Apidexin, because I don't want to stop losing, I have 130lbs left to lose before I get to my goal.
Like I said, I will update as I go.
#407 - Rilly - 05/28/2011 - 14:24
How long before meals should I take the pills? It didn't specify on the instructions and I cannot find it anywhere on-line.
#408 - Candy - 05/28/2011 - 21:23
Ordered my Apidexin Saturday night, CAN'T WAIT TO START!
Wondering if this site is real now since I tried posting the other day but it's not up. Maybe because of the holiday weekend, no one's working/checking to approve comments.
My goal is to lose at least 16lbs/month, hopefully the Apidexin helps/works, I will check back after I get it!
#409 - Rilly - 05/31/2011 - 01:40
Alright, today is my Apidexin day 5, and I am down 3.5lbs since yesterday!
I did gain 1 pound yesterday, but I think that's because I had too many carbs the day before (I normally have a low carb diet pretty much.
The detoxufree72 is AWESOME, it doesn't do alot, but make you pee and have at least one BM, but it's not like OH CRAP I HAVE TO POO, NOW!!!! It's more of a morning thing or if you were plugged up to begin with then it works in about an hour rom taking it.
Both the Apidexin and Deoxtufree72 smell frickin awesome, like flowers and fruit, yum, and they don't leave a bad taste in your mouth or throat. The go down really easy too. The detoxufree is a rather large capsule but I still throw all the pills in my mouth at once and take a drink (3 detox 2 api) and it all just slides down, i think that's because of the veggie caps.
Anyways follow my blog to watch my progress, I LOVE APIDEXIN.
Oh, I almost forgot, it completely suppresses my appeitite to the point where I will forget to eat all day if it weren't for my son asking for his lunch and dinner lol.
Happy Dieting All!!!

I'm on day 3 and have lost 2 lbs. However, I have not read very many reviews regarding the long term results of Adipexin.... Does it work in the long run or only in the beginning?
I've actually been tired since starting the diet, but then again I haven't really eaten anything so that may cause the fatigue.
#411 - Trisha - 06/09/2011 - 14:44

LOST 170lbs
August 2010 I started Adipexin. I weighed 341 lbs. Today I weigh 170 lbs and am keeping it off. I ate only 20 carbs a day and took adipexin daily. You have to change your eating habbits along with the pill.
#418 - Tammy C - 09/07/2011 - 09:41
how about drug interactions?
I have not read anything yet about whether or not Apidexin may or may not interfere with certain medications. Has there been a study on this?
