What is Apidexin?
We previously reviewed Apidexin as a product made up of 8 patented and powerful ingredients, and that formula took diet pills to a new level. However, the recent reformulation of Apidexin is worth taking note of, and despite what we have seen with other diet pills that seem to reformulate their products every year or even once a month, Apidexin uses clinically proven ingredients and innovative technologies that makers were not privy to before.
Apidexin’s aim is NOT to replace an old and worn out formula that has lost favor with the average dieter, it is designed to incorporate new ingredients. However, new isn’t always good or effective, which is why it is important that we look at every aspect of Apidexin’s new blend.
Apidexin Ingredients
Apidexin has an impressive list of ingredients including:
Irvingia Gabonensis - An impressively effective appetite suppressant, irvingia gabonensis is a popular weight loss addition in any diet pill. By delaying gastric emptying, irvingia gabonensis prolongs feelings of fullness and decreases caloric intake. In fact, test subjects taking this extract lost more than 28 pounds in 10 weeks, according to one study.
Razberi-K - Razberi-K is a relatively new addition to the weight loss world. A form of raspberry ketone, Razberi-K triggers greater reaction in the central nervous system to boost metabolism and burn fat. Although it hasn’t yet been tested in humans, a 2005 study involving mice showed significant improvements in fat mass with raspberry ketone.
Coleus Forskohlii - An herbal extract, coleus forskohlii contains the weight loss compound forskolin. Forskolin improves body composition by both increasing lean muscle mass and decreasing fat mass [3]. It also lowers blood pressure, something many overweight and obese people struggle with.
Chromax - Chromax is a patented form of chromium picolinate, a trace mineral found in the body. Chromium moderates blood sugar levels, which some say reduces hunger cravings. This seems to be true, as studies on chromium show that users eat 365 fewer calories a day when supplementing with chromium.
Lipolide-SC - Lipolide-SC is based on salvia sclarea, or clary sage. This herbal extract increases cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) levels in the body, which improves metabolism and breaks down fat. The best part is that it does so without stimulating the central nervous system.
Thermodiamine - Thermodiamine is a fat burner derived from the Asian evodia fruit. Though it’s most commonly used to treat digestive concerns like diarrhea and nausea, evodia also increases energy and caloric expenditure. These benefits were proven most memorably in a 2001 study that saw obese mice reduce subcutaneous fat levels after consuming evodia.
Caffeine Anhydrous - If you’ve been browsing diet pills for a while, you know caffeine is included in nearly every option. That’s because it’s an effective stimulant that raises metabolism and burns fat. Caffeine also promotes energy, and was shown to increase workout time by an average of 15 minutes.
Wakame Seaweed - Wakame seaweed contains the active compound fucoxanthin. Fucoxanthin is considered a stimulant as it raises the body’s core temperature to burn fat and boost metabolism. These effects were demonstrated in a 2005 rat study. White adipose levels in rats fed fucoxanthin were much lower at the end of the study than in rats in the control group.
Guggul EZ 100 - Guggul EZ 100 is based on guggulsterones, made from the sap of the Indian mukul tree. They treat high cholesterol and thyroid concerns. If a malfunctioning thyroid is keeping you from losing weight, Guggul EZ 100 is the ingredient for you.
Vitamin B12 - Vitamin B12 regulates function in the brain, nerves, and blood cells. It also increases energy. And because B12 is needed to properly metabolize fat and protein, it supports weight loss and muscle gain as well.
Bioperine - A black pepper extract, Bioperine doesn’t do much to stimulate weight loss on its own, but it does improve the effectiveness of all other Apidexin ingredients. That’s because Bioperine enhances absorption, which allows these ingredients to get to work faster.
Apidexin Highlights
- Clinically proven and stimulant free fat burners

Apidexin Conclusion
Is Apidexin?s new formula an upgrade or a replacement for an ineffective blend that consumers now hate? We?ve seen the reviews on both formulas. The original Apidexin was extremely popular and we still see consumers raving about it. However, the new Apidexin has eliminated a lot of the stimulants, addressing even more safety concerns for some dieters, and it has some of the most innovative new approaches to healthy weight loss that were not recognized even 5 years ago.

The soutbeach diet book supercharged is basically the same as the first one. Basically eat lots of veggies, nuts, lean proteins, lots of water, and low glycemic index fruits and grains.
My Apidexin order also came with the detox pill called detoxufree-72. Its a 72 hour detox pill.
In my first 3 days of Apidexin, detoxufree, and southbeach I lost 11 POUNDS!!
In my first week I lost 15 POUNDS!
Today is day 31 and I am down a total of 21 POUNDS!!
Apidexin + detoxufree + SouthBeach WORKS PEOPLE!!
I thought at best I would lose 5lbs with 1 whole entire bottle and I would have been stoked off that.
So far so Great! Apidexin has exceeded my expectations.
I'm done with the detox and 1 bottle of apidexin. so far i have lost 9 pounds with zero changes to my diet and only did cardio 1 time.
This is incredible that a diet pill ACTUALLY WORKS?!?!?!?
Any0one have any tips for a good diet or exercise routine??? I have some motivation now to do something finally!
Its working better than Ephedra!!
This is really great. I like it better than my ephedra product that I lost 45 pounds with. It feels exactly the same with regard to appetite suppression, but no jitters! Wonderful product! I don't know if I've lost weight (been about 4 days) but my gut is not hanging over my pants like it was last weak and my legs look thinner and my hips have shrunk. woohoo!
This stuff is great have taken it for one week now with the detox pills and already lost 6 pounds only 7 days wow!!!!!!
I am interested in knowing how much (on average) does one lose...I swim regularly and also walk and try and exercise regularly too....so will this help.
Thanks would appreciate any help you can offer.....(NEVER EVER ORDERED anything like this online)
Thanks guys...
All the best to everyone.
Tanta
I lost 7 pounds in my first 3 days with apidexin and the detoxufree72 they gave me.
In the next 27 days I lost ONLY 4 more pounds!! Not too good.
Then I took detoxufree72 again and lost 6 pounds in 3 days. I am not half way throught my second bottle and have lost 7 MORE POUNDS since my second detoxyfree. So a total of 24 pounds in 55 days!
I fell like my muscles have gotten bigger too. This is working. DO NOT BUY APIDEXIN WITHOUT DETOXUFREE 72... It works great together.!
Annd drink a bunch of water... the best and cheapest appetite suppressant.
Thanks to everyone who made this product, they changed my life
I feel like i did NOT get my moneys worth from bottle #1. So far into bottle #2 I'm getting the results that I had originally anticipated.
I have 1.5 bottles left. I was hoping to lose 30lbs from 3 bottles. Probably won't happen. I'll be happy with -20lbs though.
I have been using apidexin for 2 weeks, just going on my third. I have lost 15lbs. I am so syked that I am getting ready to order my second bottle bottle because my shipping got lost the first time and I had to wait forever to receive my order. Other than that, the product has given me no side effects whatsoever, and it is only taken twice a day and it is only one pill. I haven't tried this product with a detox yet, but I think I might based on all the reviews. I have about 20 more pounds to lose and I think that Apidexin will be my coach along the way.
In one word...YES...it works. But there are some drawbacks...
So I started taking Apidexin. The first thing I noticed was that it had no desire to eat at all. The second thing I noticed was the "jitters". I think this could be due to taking Apidexin along with medication for ADHD (which are amphetamines). Nonetheless, it supressed my appetite and gave me results. I have not been religious on taking it at all, in fact, I NEVER take it twice a day like it recommends. Once per day seems to have sufficed for me, and I have probably lost about 7 pounds in about a month. Keep in mind, this 7 pounds is taking half the recommended dose, and basically NOT exercising at all. I would definitely give this a try!!
BUT-took the advice in this forum to only take half a pill, and it has worked. I still supresses my hunger. I don't eat like crazy in the evenings like I thought I would. I eat dinner-(whatever I want)before 6pm or at the hour of 6 and
While I don't know how much weight I have lost- I couldn't get into my size 8 pants- barely into my size 10- comfortably in my 12s..... I am happy to report I just got into my size 8- a little snug, but compared to a week ago- I'm impressed.
It did take a while for the pills to reach england but it was definatly worth the wait.
We ordered 3 mths of pills each with 3 months of detox each.
It is working for us, we recomend it.
Today is my fourth day using Apidexin and I love it already. When I first got the product, I took it with the Detoxufree72 for the three days. Within the first three days, I lost 2lbs. Keep in mind this was without exercising and while eating crazy. I had ice cream, cookies, greasy foods and beer. Tomorrow I start eating properly and I am confident that I will lose even more.
I ordered Apidexin and DetoxUFreee72 a few weeks ago and got it Monday, I started the pills on tuesday, 1am (I work graveyard shift) as soon I started I felt HIgh and nausea, but nothing I couldnt handle. I slept a total of 2 hours, couldnt sleep more and felt the nausea still but I dont feel sick and not realy hungry. I take the pills as indicated in bottles, 30-40 mins before my Breakfast which is at 1am heheheh and then i wait around 3:45am and do a little workout session of 15 mins (basic stuff) after that the nausea gets better, and then around 7am i take the other dose of the pills and then i eat my lunch. Yes I know is not really a normal schedule but thats my life.
Anyway, the thing is that today is my second day and samething, but just for the fun of it i went check the scale and Holly... I have lose 4.5lbs overnight, how come? I have no idea... I forgot to mention , almost immediatelly i feel my body warming up like if i was doing exercises, and when i actually do my little workout session i start to sweat almost immediately.
What can I say: SO far so good! a bit hard on the nausea and getting High, but the pounds are off... Im 5' and weight 145.5lbs now 141lbs (around 64kg)... used to be between 93-98lbs top but got sick and gain lots of weight, I got up to almost 80Kilos (around 176lbs), so you can imagine, not very pretty, nor healthy.
Ill keep you updated, good luck everyone.
Girl, Losing it!
BETTER THEN ANYTHING ELSE.
Im a slim guy but i wanted to get down to 6% bodyfat from 12% and this definently helped alot!
Rachel W
I actually received my order in only 3 days; that already is impressive!
Has anyone else had any "weird headaches" while taking this?
Not sure if it's less to do with the pills and maybe more to do with Spring?!
Other than that, nothing out of the ordinary.
I weigh myself on Mondays (just my preference), but now I want to see if by the (3) days on Detoxufree, if I will lose a couple of pounds!
I'll keep ya posted!
B-)
I am now going to use the Apedexin as an Ephedrine substitute in an ECY (Ephedra, Caffeine, Yohime) stack so it will be a ACY stack. I will see if the caffeine and Yohimbe can boost the effectiveness of this product.
I started the Detox last Saturday and took it for 3 days before starting the Apidexin. I lost 3lbs in the first 3 days and it\'s now been 7 days and I\'ve lost 6lbs. and my clothes are starting to get loose on me. I take medication for hypothyroid and its been very hard for me to lose weight. No side effects at all and plenty of energy. I go for lohg walks about 3 times a week, but I eat whatever I want. i do need to drink more water, though. I\'m looking to lose 80 lbs. so we\'ll see how it goes. SO FAR SO GOOD! This stuff is great and I\'m recommending it to several people I work with.
I LOST 18LB IN FOUR WEEKS AND DIDNT CHANGE ANY DIET OR EXERCISE THAT I DO NORMALLY....AND IM THE BIGGEST COUCH SLOB EVER!:-D
I need to lose 100-120 pounds and I'm going to stick with this. I oreder the 3 bottles for 3 detox free. I plan on taking all three bottles to see what happens. Everyone should give Apidexin a chance. I tried Lipofuze and had NO results of any kind. I'll keep everyone posted!
If you need to loose weight this is the product for you. Good Luck all!
Very good diet pill, I was skeptical at first but it definitely works! I'm so happy with it!
But I do feel a bit sick, but I don\'t care because I\'m loosing heaps of weight.
Save your money, and just eat sensibly.
Oh my Gosh I finished the 72 hour Detoxufree72 and continuing to take the Apidexin twice a day. I haven't actually been on a scale yet. But I have a cousin whom I visited 7 days ago and then again 2 days ago and she commented on how lean my stomach looked in only 4 days. I have lost at least 2 inches off my waist and I've only been taking Apidexin for like 5 days now! This product really works. I just have to remember to eat because I'm not really hungry after taking the pill and drinking a glass of water. I use to eat like a pig too because I was always hungry. I will definitely keep taking Apidexin and working out to give ya'll an update after the first month. (I bought 4 bottles at once!) Apidexin is the real deal ya'll. Get some ASAP!
Hopefully i do not feel any negetive effects When I dance later in the day (which i think is the best workout anybody could possibly do.) Wish me luck!
I tried apidexin for about 2 weeks and i haven't lost anything. It did stop food cravings for me, but it also made me very sick, so i stopped taking them. It was not worth the money for me.
I am 157lbs and 5'7, lets see what these magic pills can do!!!!!!
I was so excited to take this product after all of the great reviews but am so far really disappointed. The issue isn't side effects but the fact that it does not suppress my appetite at all! I feel like I'm the only person this didn't work for. Has anyone else experienced this after first starting? Does it build up over time? I'll still take it for a couple of weeks to see if I lose any weight but I'm hungry and bummed!
#110-Laurie
Usually when I drive to work in the morning I'm so tired I'm almost falling asleep. Today, I was so awake and in such a good mood! It's like it's a happy pill! I didn't get sick to my stomach or get a headache or muscle ache or anything. I ate only half of my bowl of cereal. I got to work and my boss got muffins so i had one of those. I felt full for a while but around lunch time I was so hungry! I ate a bagel sandwich which did fill me up. I had a mid-afternoon snack, one mini muffin.
I also drank a lot of water today. I normally have about 3 cans of regular cola a day and no water at all. Today, all I had was 3 full bottles of water.
I didn't really notice any curb of hunger (actually, if anything, i felt more hungry today).
I'm just really glad that i didn't experience any negative side effects.
Tomorrow I am going to try 2 pills and see how that goes. Hopefully that will get the hunger cravings undercontrol! =)
I will keep posting my results.
i have been using Apidexin for a day and a half and i have lost about 2 pounds... i haven't felt jittery or ANYTHING! it really seems like a great product! i haven't exercised at all either! i plan on startin detoxufree tomorrow so i will update you with that!
but for one day i think 2 pounds is a GREAT result!
i would def. buy this product
I've been taking apidexin for 8 days and have lost 6 pounds with a sensible diet and no exercise. My goal is to lose 20 more lbs. Will keep you updated

omg!!ok so before i got on these gifts from GOD pills i was like a size 18 in my wedding dress so i thought i'd get a size 16 so i can lose some weight and fit it (plus i love this dress!)so i started all kinds of diets ridicules ones too! and then in just like maybe a month ago or a little more i ordered apidexin by its self and when i went for my fitting the size 16 is too big!!!!so i had it altered to a size 14 and now i re-ordered the apidexin with the detoxufree72 and been on it for the last 3days....but my wedding is in less than a week and i went to try on my dress and now its still too big OMG!!!right? so what the heck do i do now???? well i love the product but hate the fact that i cant use my dress lol ;-)
SooOOo...I tried this diet pill out.. thinking I can shed a few pounds before my wedding but that was not the case. I am using the product for 2 weeks now and have not seen any real results. This product did made me feel sick the first couple of days of taking the pill... thank goodness for the money back... cause I'm sure not satisfied with the product.
Today starts the second week of taking Apidexin; I lost 3 to 4 pounds but I'm honest with myself to acknowledge that was water weight. I'm 41 years of age standing 6'2" @ 248 pounds up from 190 this time last year. At my smallest I weighed 158 pounds while I was 8 months pregnant...21 years ago....lol. My goal is simple size 10-12 and I will be satisfied. My husband loves me know matter what size I happen to be... I believe this product to be an aide to weight control not a do it all. People take some control in your weight management; keep a notebook of your progress and you will do better in the longrun.
Happy weight control to you all.
I started taking Apidexin on 10/22/09. It has only been 4 days and I have already lost 6 pounds. I could not be happier with this product. I read several reviews claiming that the pills made them sick, I has no problems with it. The first three days I used Apidexin along with the Detoux 72 and love both! Will keep you posted on my progress.
Just seeing if this post works. I just placed my order. Wondering if all of these "amazing" reviews are real. Will check back in with results - if any
My goal is 120lbs.
Starting Stats: I'm 5'7" 24 years old, 135lbs. Measurements 26.5" waist, 39" Hips (yeah big butt), 23" thighs.
I played golf today, and I felt a little seedy after taking it (maybe because I didn't drink enough fluids). I had a reasonable sized lunch too. I started feeling weak like I had lost a lot of energy so I had some quick sugar to pick me up. Must be the fat getting stripped off. I'll keep posting across the next week or so as I think that is the time frame I need as I only need to loose 1.5kgs.
On another note, I just got my apidexin today. I took one kind of late at 2:45 PM. I will start fresh again tomorrow. I work out regularly and eat pretty healty...but I am trying to lost the last 5-7 lbs and just cannot. So, let's see how well Apidexin works. I will be writing in again!
I just took my first pill about thirty minutes ago, and now I have a birst of energy!!! I feel good, and I think I might have to use the rest room!!!! Everybody knows how good that feels when you drop off like 20lbs in the bathroom!! I think this product just might work. I will be sure to keep you posted! thanks.
Just wanted to share my experience with Apidexin thus far. I started tking the detox and recommend pills 2 days ago. I was very pleased to find out that I had no experieced any side effects. I curently weigh 174lb and lost 1 1/2 after the first 2 days. Im not looking for this to be a miricale pill but It looks like it might help get over the issue Ive had for a while which has been no matter how much exercise and eating healthy I do I wasnt able to loose any weight. Anyway, Im anxious to continue to see if this stuff really works. I will still eat healthy and exercise as I dont think you can just sit on your butt waiting for the pounds to melt away. Today is day 3 last day of the detox. I will keep you posted with my progress.
first few days had a horribe dry mouth and could barely swallow ..so lots of water.. that then settled..
the detox days were a little heavier in the loo runs, but thats all...
well now its day 14, and not lost a pound .... not at all what i expected.. not an ounce difference on the scales.
at one point i thought i had gained it.. so .. dont knw what to make of this yet.. will give it till the end of the 30 days to see what effect this has .. do feel less hungry but no weight shift... watch this space....:-o
Crazy Stuff.
Thanks,
MeMe
I was doubtful at first, but I have used it for only 1.5 weeks and when my long-distance boyfriend came to visit me, he asked me if I had lost weight, because it looked like I did! He could tell. I could tell, too... some of my clothes fitted much better on me.
NO JITTERY feeling. The first day, only, and after that, I hardly noticed anything in the way the pill made me feel. Other pills have made me feel jittery, but this one does not do anything like that. No nausea, not jitters - awesome!
When I stepped on the scale, it said I have lost only like two pounds, but on my 5'2" frame, that loss sure shows! I am very happy with this product. It does reduce body fat and water weight.
I feel great and am continuing to take it! :)
I've now been on Apidexin for 6 days. The first couple of days I could not sleep at all, but I am fine now, I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the Detox pills. Anyway I started at 293lbs, 6 days later I am at 286.8lbs. Overall I'm pleased with this products 6.2lbs in 6 days, with exercise and eating right.
Remember, results vary from person to person! There are some that posted that they saw results quickly, but over time fat lose tapered off. My response to that is; Your body has built a tollerance to the Apidexin. You should cycle off of it for two-three weeks and then start it back up. During this time you may want to do a detox.
Others have posted that they lost weight without a change in diet or without excersice. Maybe, a little, but I call B.S. on that! There is no magical diet pill that, magically melts stubburn fat away! Especially in the obese! Possible results for an active, healthy person could be acheived, but without a proper diet and excersise, good health is impossible to achieve! Apidexin works as it should, but you have to do your part to reap the benifits of this great product!
I use it! I like it! I work hard at eating healthy and workout 5 days a week! I love the fact that the product is natural. It doesn't contain a bunch of ephedrine/synaphrine or caffine!(Like most diet pills)
Recommendations:
For the obese= Begin taking Apidexin as directed. Drink copus amounts of water. Cut back on high fat foods. Don't just count calories, count FAT calories and try to stay below 20 grams of fat per day. If you can excersise, do it! If you can't, find something to do to burn calories. Walk, do body wieght work outs (squats, push-ups, sit-ups, yoga or pilates) The objective is to burn more calories than what you consume!
For the healthy/athletic- Stay on your diet, but reduce the fats. Avoid sugar like the plague! Do an extra day of cardio or switch your training to add more cardio. Drink water, but don't gorge yourself! You do not need a gallon and a half a day. Apidexin can make you retain water. Not good for those of us wanting to get ripped up. Take it as directed for 1 month and cycle off for two weeks, then start it back up!
Just my two cents! Thanks!
Marie
I started out at 188 then lost 14 pds in 6 weeks by myself. With 2-3 hours at the gym everyday and staying under 1100 calories a day. I didnt feel like it was coming off as fast as Id like so I started Apidexin and lost 7 pds in 5 days.
After I bought the product I was still reading reviews and noticed other websites with horrible reviews over this product.
I took other reviews advice and took Apidexin with tylenol or advil to avoid headaches and nausea, it seems to work cause I feel no side effects everyone else talk about. AND! I see people writing that they cant sleep. This I dont understand. It clearly says on the bottle
AND! So many people say they hate this product cause they cant sleep??? It clearly says take before lunch on the bottle. Lunch does not mean 4-6 oclock. I take the second pill around 1 oclock and I have no problems sleeping.
Im satisfied with this product. Ive noticed it kills my appetite. I lost 14 pds in 6 weeks by myself and noticed my weight loss was slowing down so I ordered Apidexin.
I kept doing the same things Ive been doing for 7 weeks. I received it 5 days ago and Ive lost 7 pds since. With under 1100 calories and 2-3 hours of working out(1 hr of cardio), 7 days a week.
I read reviews of people saying they did nothing, changed nothing and lost 10-15 pds in a month. But one review said she stuck to a strict diet and atleast 2 hrs of excercise a day she lost 27 pds. Thats my goal... And with 7 pds in 5 days Im hoping its realistic. Ill write back at the end of the month so we'll see...
My brother: He is overweight by 40 lbs, should be about 190. He is 230 lbs, no workout regiment at all. In one week he has lost 8lbs, and loves it.
My sister: Severly overweight due to stress. She should not be more than 150, weighs somewhere near 250 does not exercise, does not go out at all, very sensitive about her weight.. In one week she has lost 5lbs.
Me: I workout often and play sports. I weigh 180, and havent seen any difference yet. I am hoping to lose the belly fat within a month.
Sideeffects:
From Detox, none --and it does not make you pooh randomly, you just take the pills and carryon with your day. None of us were strapped to the toilet or anything close to it.
Apidexin: First few dayz made you feel lightheaded, this was mainly due to not eating properly. This product actually suppressess apetite, so you have to ensure that you eat wether you feel like it or not. Today is day 8 and no sideeffects. We all take the first pill arounnd 8am and the second about 12pm. Typically before your meals by 30 minutes. This ensures you will eat something and have strength.
Will update on end of week 3.
Hope this helps anyone that is considering to purchase Apidexin.
I have been taking it for a week and havent noticed any weight loss. I do like the energy i get from taking it and i don't get the jitters like i do when i drink coffee.
also, i have been eating 3/4 less than i normally do.
i still have 30lbs to lose. wish me luck!
I have been using apidexin for a week now and I have lost 5 pounds which is great! I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of a good diet i could follow while taking these pills. I am 165, have a pretty nice build, but I also have the dreaded tire around my stomach. What diet would be best for me? Thanks!
would like to hear comments on the gastric problem I mentioned earlier and what to do to avoid it. I will keep you guys posted on how I'm doing! So far I like the fat loss and the fact that my six pack is starting to show now! I can still pinch about an inch or so on my waist but hopefully that will go away soon!
Love this stuff! I've been taking it for 3 weeks. I take one pill at breakfast and one pill at lunch. I didn't feel more energetic but I did feel jittery and felt like there was a weight on my chest. I have been doing Weight Watchers and Apidexin together and it really seems to be working. I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. I only want to lose another 10 so I will see what happens when I go off the pill. Anyone tried that yet?
Keep in mind when you read these reviews that some people have tried different things before. The first reviewer may have been eating 3,000 calories a day then radically started to take the pill along with diet and exercise. Someone else, like me, may have already been exercising daily and consuming 1,200 calories per day. Their body may just be adjusting to major change or minor change. As for myself, I have tried weight watchers and similar pills, and have also been dieting and exercising for a while. Also, some people may have hundreds of pounds to lose and others a mere 30. How much they have to lose will affect how much they CAN lose with Apidexin. All people are different!!
I will update along the way=):-)
The first three days I was jittery and had insomnia. However, that went away and I just had a lot of energy, which was great. I would feel slight nausea about 30 minutes after taking the pill, but would feel fine as soon as I ate. The Apidexin decreased the portion sizes that I could eat because I would fill up quicker, which was also helpful. I am rarely ever hungry for dinner, so lunch tends to be my last meal of the day, with a snack when I get home from work about 10pm.
On top of continuing to use Nutrisystem as often as my schedule allows, I have also exercised every day. I started out weighing 158.8 pounds and weighed 154.2 on the 14th day. I believe that the only reason I have seen any weight loss at all is because my apetite has decreased so much that I am consuming maybe 800 calories a day. This product is not actually doing anything to my metabolism, just to my desire for food. I had hoped to see more drastic results. However, I do recognize that I look much skinnier, so I may in fact be building muscle in place of the fat which would make me lose weight slower. I also only have another 14 pound to get back to what I have weighed for the last 6 years, and only another 10 after that to get to my goal, so I don\'t have a lot of weight to lose as it is, which could also effect my rate of weight loss. All in all, I am pleased that the product has increased my rate of weight loss per week, but it has not done anything close to the 4-7 pounds a week that it said I would lose.
I would not recommend it to people who have not used a weight pill previouly.:-)
I have a high tolerance to almost all things.
I have always had issues with anxiety. Nothing there so far. The first two days I had a couple of hours of sweating after use but to be fair it's been very humid here where we are in a dry climate.
Today I notice that there is an oily substance when I use the restroom. I think it might be flushing my system?
I felt a little of the jitters, but not too bad. I mean, you WANT to feel energetic, right?
I don't have a scale, but I can tell somethings happened already. I am happy with the results so far. Let's just hope it stays steady.
One more thing.
When I feel hungry, I can't really eat much. Sort of like the description for a lap-band would do. I feel like gagging when I try to overeat. I just can't do it. I have a full feeling. And believe me, Ive tried many things to get this effect short of going to a Doctor...this one has the key so far.
Hoping tonight I can get some sleep. Have had a headache all day, but it might be to the low dose melatonin that I took to aide loss of sleep.
I have severe OCD problems, as well as anxiety problems. Simply said, this pill makes me happy.
Losing weight is just a plus. :-D
For me - Apidexin is a great kick start - if I can see some results quickly I know I'll continue and kick it into another gear. I'm down 5 pounds in a week and feel great. I take multi-vitamins and omega 3 supplements, too. I haven't had any of the side effects some people have claimed but like I said, nothing works for everyone. This works for me and has apparently worked for some others. It's worth a try and if it doesn't work, you can return it for your money back. Win win situation if you ask me! I hope those people who have had issues can find something that works for them! I'm sticking with Apidexin!
We started taking this before our wedding to shed some extra pounds. Jer is down 9 pounds after 2 weeks and I am down five. It should be mentioned that I didn't take it for a week because I got sick and it makes me a little jittery. I am very sensative to anything new I put in my body so I would not expect it to bother most people. My heart does not race or anything, it just makes me a little more hyper than I normally am. If this product continues to produce results similar to what is has for us, I will recommend it to my patients!
i have been on this product since Friday 27 aug 2010 so far so good. have lost a total of 4 lbs. no side effects what so ever. i drink 12 ounces of water with the cap and than wait approx 1 hour to eat. gives me energy without the jitters and crash. i started one cap for a couple of days to gage any swide effects i might have. didnt have any been on two a day for 2 days no problem at all. andi can still sleep at night. so far so good i am very very happy with the apedexin!!!! thank you
i've always been very skeptic of diet supplements/pills. i got my weight up to 261 and being that large just made me feel i had no energy or ambition to do anything. after 1 bottle within a month and a half. i dropped down to 241!! awsomest feeling ever after stepping on that scale knowing this investment was paying off. with not much change in my diet, i ate a proportionate amount of food instead of the WHOLE thing... instead of finding something to eat while i was bored i had the feeling of getting up and doing something (clean, walk), not a gym member i would usually walk around my house which usually came to about a mile 3 times a week. in all, good product!! definately would recommend for those ready to shed some unwanted pounds!:-)
I noticed you have to take a lot of water (as with any other diet pill) . you should remember to eat , just because you are not hungry does not mean you should not eat proper food and snacks .....
Also I notice you have to start with 1 pill before breakfast and then if the pill did not give you side effects go to the recommanded 2 pills a day....
I am 45 5'5 and 150lb. Need to get back to my 125lb.
I will go for 20min walks OR gym every other day to do light (very light) weight training. (I will leave more intense exercises to when I am at 125 and want to keep it at 125.)
I will monitor what I eat and take one multivitamin a day . Also I will try to cut red meat and sugar from my diet .
I WILL keep you all posted cause it was your reviews that gave me more information than I could find anywhere else. I thank all of you for putting the time in to inform others.
Wish me luck
I didn't take them yesterday as I had a big training session and was unsure about the side effects I've been reading about. I stuck to the dosage instructions today with both Apidexin and the Detoxufree72 pills. I'm happy to report absolutely no negative side effects.
I'm not sure if my energy levels changed at all because I've been in the gym most of the day. I did manage a lot more lifting today though and a lot longer on the Versa-climber. I didn't feel my heart beating faster than normal.
The only time I noticed it all day was on the walk back from the gym. I got really hot and started sweating. It felt good though, like I was burning a lot as I walked.
I read a lot of reviews where people were complaining about sky-high energy levels and "jitters". I really think that unless you're accompanying your diet with some pretty rigorous exercise you shouldn't be taking Apidexin. If I drank 3 Red Bulls and then sat around the house all day I'd be climbing up the walls. Same thing. Get up and get moving!
I wanted to write this review for like-minded people. I was worried after reading so many horror stories but honestly, there's nothing bad in these pills. As long as you're serious about changing your lifestyle (meaning EXERCISE AND HEALTHY EATING for the rest of your life) you might find that these will give you a kick start. For anyone looking at these as an easy way to lose weight without lifting a finger, I'd suggest you get real and stop thinking like a moron!
I'm a 21 year old male. 6ft dead and 210 lbs. Very active, a fair amount of muscle but need to shift excess body fat before Christmas.
I have been fighting the battle of the bulge for more than 14 years (since the birth of my last child) so am very anxious about seeing my progress with Apidexin. So far, so good and I will keep everyone posted.:-)
My only con is that although I don't feel as hungry during the day, around dinner time it feels like I'm starving bc I haven't really eaten throughout the day. Is anybody else experiencing this? Or does anyone have any suggestions on how to continue to deflate my hunger at dinner time so I don't binge?
:-D Thanks for any help!
I took my 3 detox + 1 Apidexin in the morning of Tuesday 9/14/2010. [(have to mention here that there was NO instruction in the box and I had to go online and see what other people had to say about dosage. Need to improvment on this aspect)]. As I understood, you have to take 3 detox and 1 Apidexin 30min before breakfast and also 30min before lunch, until your detox is finished (72hrs) and then go to 1 Apedexin before breakfast and 1 before lunch . That's what I did .
Happy to say : I had NO side effects what so ever . No headache, no high heart rate .... I had my breakfast 30 minutes after and took my bottle of water on the road . I drank 2L of water yesterday and ate normal.
I made frequent trips to bathroom because of the water I drank .Sorry to give details but I think it's necessary for all those who want to know exactly what happens after taking the pills. No diarrhea at all. 2 bowel movements yesterday , very normal.
As far as curbing appitate, I felt hungry. I had my 3 meals , and some almonds and raisins to munch on during the day. I had tea and some small sweet at 9 at night as well.
Well now for weight loss :-) I weighed myself in the morning of 9/14/2010 before taking the pills (yesterday ) I was 155.5 lb. This morning, Wed 9/15/2010, I was 153.2. I know that is lots of water and body flushing out and detoxing, but , it's not bad .
Energy level: no difference from my normal days.I hope today I feel more energy and get motivated to go and exercise. Slept well last night. (11pm in bed, got up 6:30am) no insomnia . My body is sensetive to caffeine but I felt nothing with this pill.
I checked for side effects today as well. It is 11:30 in the morning now and I feel great, but hungry. I tend to keep my little snacks since I don't want to have hunger headaches.
So far so good. I will keep you posted and report if anything goes wrong :-)
So far I am amazed!!! I started both the apedexin and the detox on 9/10/10, took my fat pictures and weighed in at my highest weight ever of
223lbs. After 7 days I am down to 215.4 lbs!!!7.6lbs. in 7 days ! I LOVE this pill.
I was a little jittery in the begining but it has worn off. I take the pill 10 min before my meals to decrease that feeling. I have cut back on my eating but nothing drastic. Of all the multiple things I\'ve tried this product is definetly worth every dime! I\'ll keep you posted. BOL to all!!!
Thanks
Khalid
I live on a college campus, and would have to walk across campus to reach restrooms. :} Is this something I shouldn't start until the weekend (if you take my meaning)? :) good luck everyone!!!!!
Thanks!!!
I suffer from anxiety and depression that I think stems from me being overweight. I was going to order xerdrine that I ordered about two years ago but it seems that apidexin has better reviews. Can anyone help. I need to lose weight fast, have joined the gym so will be getting exercise. Diet is ok spart from alcohol!
Please reply with any help or recommendations. Thanks. Also from uk so any good sites to buy pills from?
I'm not really feeling all jazzed like everyone else seems to on this stuff. I feel like I have a clearer mind, a little more energy, and am in a better mood...but I would've thought I'd feel the rush everyone else seems to practically get sick over? I will return in 2 weeks with an update...btw: Female, 5'7", 229lbs.
I started taking Apidexin and detoxufree72 yesterday and happy to say no side effects whatsoever. Ive been drinking lots of water and have changed to healthier eating plan, however I dont have the time to exercise.
I will keep everyone posted after 1st week.
GOOD LUCK TO ME AND ALL OTHER APIDEXIN USERS!!!
Monday 11/15 - weight 193.2 - took detox and apidexin. I took 2 apidexin cause the bottle said I could take 1-3. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking more than 1 - I felt tightness in my chest and it was not fun - even put my heart rate monitor on to make sure I was ok and the heart rate was at its normal resting rate.
The rest of the week went good. I was extra sure to drink lots of water. I went to Costco and bought bottled water in bulk and have it readily available - sorry, I am not good with the Britta and I do recycle.
Then yesterday, Sunday 11/21, I didn't take Apidexin because I wasn't on my regular schedule. I noticed that I tried to drink a soda and couldn't choke it down - my body is now craving water! That is the first.
I haven't had any headaches like a lot of people on here. I think the water has a lot to do with it. I've notice a huge increase in energy. I've been working out in the mornings about 6/6:30 for an hour and then after the workout, I take the Apidexin, get ready, then eat my breakfast. It really has surpressed my appetite, although at night (after dinner), sitting at home I tend to get the munchies - to kick that craving, I've been eating Jello, Quaker Rice Cakes and cold milk.
I feel like this product is helping me. I used to weigh 267 and got down to 193. I have been stuck at 193 for about 5-6 months and I have given up with the diet and exercise - Now, in the past two weeks I have refound myself and putting in 110% into my goal.
So, in short, today I weighed 188.6! 4.6 pounds in a week and I put the effort in it with the Apidexin
Now, I may be a different case, but I HAVE NOT FELT SICK AT ALL. Just drink a LOT of water. At least 20 oz. immediately after taking your dosage. Good luck!
Good Luck to all that has that is striving for a healthlier YOU!
My weight now 12/4/2010 is 263.00 lbs... I am 5'11. my goal is to be 190 by june of 2011 wish me luck!!
I'm 43 5'2.5" 167.5, have not done any real work out in over 1 yr. and have a terrible eating habits lately - fast food, sodas, drinking, smoking - don't know what my problem is - 5.5 yrs ago I was 132lbs I wore between 5/6 -7/8 - small petite - worked out 6 days a week and ate Diet-to-go (lived alone) now in a serious relationship and gained 35.5lbs - now in a 11/12 bordering on 13/14 - size large regular or XL petite.
I ordered Apidexin & DetoxuFree72 Tues., Dec. 7 and it arrived on Sat. Dec. 11. I started yesterday (Mon.). I don’t do well with caffeine, so I started with 1 Apidexin and 2 DetoxuFree yesterday for both breakfast and lunch. I will admit that my food selection yesterday was very poor and some what the norm for me lately. I had about 1.5 cups of popcorn, just after taking the pills because that was what was on my desk and about 16 oz of water. Then at lunch I took another 1 and 2 of the pills and had a single cheeseburger and a few fries from Wendy's. No side effects. My boyfriend and I went to a local bar to watch the games, ordered a 2.5lb. lobster - ate part of my salad (too much dressing), two bites of my potato and just the tale - I was too full to eat the huge claws and the body. I had large 2 Vodka/Cran/OJ drinks and a coffee(alcohol) drink. The only side effect I had was I couldn’t fall asleep until after 1am.
Tues. 12/14 -Woke up before my alarm this morning. Took the same dosage today before breakfast (1 Apidexin and 2 DetoxuFree72) had part of an egg/cheese sandwich from Subway and half 1 litter bottle of water, then took the other Apidexin and DetroxuFree72. Feel fine, a slight headache and actually considering I didn’t get my usual amount of sleep, I feel awake and energetic - I noticed every time my head starts to ache, I drink some water and it goes away. I admit I weighed myself this morning - not expecting to see any change, just strangely curious, but I lost .5lbs this morning - considering what I ate and no exercise.
I will fill you in next week.
I will be posting again soon...good luck to everyone that tries...
cindy and i'm 5ft 6ins tall - 215 lbs. today i
just purchased apidexin BECAUSE ALL THE COMMENTS ARE PRETTY IMPRESSIVE!. WILL KEEP YOU ALL POSTED.
I JUST STARTED TAKING APIDEXIN WITHOUT THE DETOUX AND TODAY(1/01/2011).... I WEIGHT 182 LBS & 5'5 AND I WANT TO LOSS 15LBS.... I WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK AND TELL YOU MORE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND HOW MUCH I HAVE LOST.... AFTER I TOOK THE PRODUCT I WAS FEELING VERY ENERGETIC AND WITH NO APPETITE...SO THATS A PLUS.... I HOPE IT WILL STAY LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME:)
Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
Lets be honest. The obvious reason why it "works better" with detox72 is because the bottle of detox 72 is a diuretic that makes you urinate like crazy, especially everytime you drink something. Therefore the first 3 days of weight loss that I experienced is all due to water weight. If I took the detox without replenishing myself and drink more fluids i would just be dehydrating my body. I made sure to drink plenty of water the first three days and after 5 days all together lost 2lbs. I still cannot say for sure that the weight loss is due to fat burn because i lost 3lbs and gained 1lb after getting off the detox because i stopped urinating everything that im drinking.
I exercise at least 3 times a week, eat a healthy minimum carb diet and am not looking for extreme weight loss. I am only trying to lose a maximum of 15lbs and then i will probably stop using the product. I am hopeful and will keep everyone updated.
I will keep you post next week with more results.
I am just trying to buy this product but can not order on line. Was wondering it there was any othr alternative by paying by cheque? For I do live in New zealand. Would you be kindley to send me an email.
yours thankfully
Jean
I wasn't going to review this product yet but I just wanted everyone to know what I'm experiencing and maybe you can relate! Well happy dieting everyone, heres to a new us!
I started Apendexin about six days ago and have lost about 5lbs. I have been working out for 5 of the 6 days, I do not kill myself at the gym but if I'm not hurting or sweating then I didn't work hard enough. My plan is to loose 30lbs and then some. My first day of taking this I felt that i had heart burn but was fine after that. I now take 2 pills about 30min before breakfast and lunch. I have more energy, I have no problem of sleeping but I wake up right at 8 hours of sleep feeling good. Before I could sleep any where from 4 to 12 hours and wake up tired. I want people to understand that I believe Apidexin will work for anyone but you need to work out and change you diet for the full effect. I will try to post my results every week for a month so you may know how it goes. Good luck to all
How does the Detoxufree72 affect you? There is nothing different about my "routine" so I was wondering if it just happens or it takes the entire 3 days to actually start to have an effect. Sounds like a stupid question to me, but worth asking.
Thanks! I'll be sure to update!
I had a bby one year ago and before I go pregnant I weiged 111 now I'm stuck at 135! Just trying to lose like 10 pounds! Hope it works!!
I've been taking Apidexin for a week. I started with the 72 hour detox, then moved to taking one pill before lunch and dinner. So far, I've lost a total of 8 pounds. I'm very happy with the results!
I am a 45yr. Old female. Have always had issues getting rid of belly fat. I workout regularly, almost daily....but still the roll remains. I weigh 114, and am 5'3, will this product help with the 5 or so pounds I want to lose? I have never taken diet bills, but have always watched my diet and exercised. I looked for an FDA approved diet pill so that is why I picked Apidexin.
Just so tired of not being able to tuck in my shirt, or wear a swimsuit....dang belly fat!!! Any advice, feedback? Thanks.
My name is Sharon I started Apidexin on Saturday 5/7/2011 at approx. 210 pounds. My goal is to lose at least 50 lbs. I am planning to start an exercise regimen and walking at least 1 hour 3 days a week. I am already expercing the frequent urination. I am praying for the best I will keep updating my results, oh and so far no side effects.
I've seen Apidexin on the internet for last few years. I've always thought about trying it, but back then I didnt have the money for it, then I lost a ton of weight and I was pretty happy at 225lbs, size 18 (in American Eagle Jeans).
When I was pregnant with my son, I pretty much lost weight off and on until the last month when I GAINED 70 POUNDS!
I started the HCG diet in February but we were moving and it's hard to stick to a diet when you're stressed out from packing stuff, anyways, lost 10lbs inbetween HCG rounds, 12.5 on my last hcg round, and this one's been a bust.
so i'm taking a break over summer by using Apidexin, because I don't want to stop losing, I have 130lbs left to lose before I get to my goal.
Like I said, I will update as I go.
Wondering if this site is real now since I tried posting the other day but it's not up. Maybe because of the holiday weekend, no one's working/checking to approve comments.
My goal is to lose at least 16lbs/month, hopefully the Apidexin helps/works, I will check back after I get it!
I did gain 1 pound yesterday, but I think that's because I had too many carbs the day before (I normally have a low carb diet pretty much.
The detoxufree72 is AWESOME, it doesn't do alot, but make you pee and have at least one BM, but it's not like OH CRAP I HAVE TO POO, NOW!!!! It's more of a morning thing or if you were plugged up to begin with then it works in about an hour rom taking it.
Both the Apidexin and Deoxtufree72 smell frickin awesome, like flowers and fruit, yum, and they don't leave a bad taste in your mouth or throat. The go down really easy too. The detoxufree is a rather large capsule but I still throw all the pills in my mouth at once and take a drink (3 detox 2 api) and it all just slides down, i think that's because of the veggie caps.
Anyways follow my blog to watch my progress, I LOVE APIDEXIN.
Oh, I almost forgot, it completely suppresses my appeitite to the point where I will forget to eat all day if it weren't for my son asking for his lunch and dinner lol.
Happy Dieting All!!!
I've actually been tired since starting the diet, but then again I haven't really eaten anything so that may cause the fatigue.
