Is Appuloss as bad as people say it is? Well, it's not considered a great diet pill, but it's certainly not down there with the worst, such as South Beach Acai. I give it a C. Allow me to explain:
The Appuloss website is anything but informative. It's obvious that it is focused on making a quick sale and not educating you about the product.
Now, that may just be marketing, but don't you want to know what you are taking in your body and how it works? So do I. I know this doesn't reflect whether the product good or bad, but it is definitely a red flag.
The formula contains some decent ingredients. It consists of three "proprietary complexes" and 150 mg of caffeine per two capsule serving. The primary fat burning complex contains both white and green tea, which are both tried and proven ingredients. However, two capsules contain a weak 50 mg. That is not enough to elicit noticeable results.
Appuloss also contains a PEA proprietary complex. PEA induces the production of neurotransmitters that alleviate depression and it also aids in weightloss. The problem is (yet again) that a only 50 mg were used. That's NOT ENOUGH to help you lose a substantial amount of weight. There is, however, plenty of caffeine. Caffeine is a great metabolism booster, but you may as well buy plain caffeine and save some money (although I DO NOT recommend doing this). There are other ingredients that I won't get into because they don't do much.
Appuloss has some potential, but it does not contain an effective amount of Green Tea and PEA. What does this mean? 2 things. First, many companies like to toss in small amounts of popular ingredients that have been "clinically studied". But what they FAIL to do is give you the dosage of that ingredient that was proven to be effective in those clinical studies. Second, and this ties back to the first, you are paying a premium for a sub-par diet pill.
What kind of weight loss can you expect from Appuloss?
If you buy it, expect to lose 2-3 pounds of mostly water weight--not fat. Appuloss also does not include any sort of money back or satisfaction guarantee.

I'v been taking it for 2 days (well, i'm on the third) and I lost about 3-4 lbs. I'm not saying it is all thanks to the pill alone because I've been REALLY watching what I'm eating (keeping it to 1200-1300 calories a day). I'm in a wedding in 4 days and I started taking the pills this week just to see if they'd help with my diet. They suppress my appetite to the point that I don't feel like eating junk food all the time. I think they work if you stick to a diet and help boost your weightloss. I'm heading to Vegas in a week and I hope to lose 5 more! So...I recommend them if you're willing to restrict your calories in conjunction with taking the pills!
I'll let you know how it turns out in a week or two.
I took one pill about 8 or 9 this morning and by 12 noon am all way HUNGRY but not today. So I am going to keep taking it and work out at night after work and see where it takes me. Wish me luck.
I wonder... if you took 3 pills, would that be too much caffeine (?) and would it help make those other ingredients more effective?
I was really puzzled by the heading of this page. Would you please explain why the heading states "is it as bad as people say", since I haven't found any reviews that indicate it is bad, actually based on the reviews the product seems to work well for those it works for, be kindof neutral for others and rarely have side effects.
I'm just asking because my friend has been 'raving' about this product and she started to look visibly thinner within days.
