Pinnothin TG - Pinnothin is korean pine nut oil. The jury is still out on Pinnothin as any sort of miracle appetite suppressant. In a recent study, the scientist concluded that in regards to Pinnothin "The results are pretty underwhelming - 2 g of Pinnothin taken 30 min before a buffet lunch reduced food intake by 9% - by weight in grams - and energy intake by 7%. The latter figure averaged to a whopping 50 calories."

CLA - There are a lot of questions surrounding CLA. Will it allow you to eat whatever you want and still lose weight? No. In fact a study done on CLA conlcuded that "Conjugated linoleic acid supplementation for 1 year does not prevent weight or body fat regain."

Citrus Aurantium PE - Bitter Orange is the main source of synephrine - the "chemical cousin" to ephedrine. Synephrine is a stimulant. There is no clinical proof that shows it is even comparable to ephedra or ephedrine. Like caffeine though, synephrine will give you energy and may suppress your short term appetite.

Slimaluma - This is a patented form of caralluma fimbriata. Slimaluma has been shown to reduce appetite.

Banaba Leaf - Traditionally, Banaba was used as a natural cure for diabetes in the Philippines.
