I thought that I was getting a free trial for $5.95, but in fact if you don't return it in 14 days from the day they send it, you get billed $69.95. The 14 days does not even cover the 30 risk trial that they advertise. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT DUE TO THEIR POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are scam artist!!!!

I use very good skin products on my skin but I saw Dermapril add and decided to give it a try. I received the product approximately 4 days after I ordered the free trial.
I started using it immediately and I actually liked the product very much. It has a nice mild smell and feels wonderful on my skin. I did see results within a week and was going to purchase this item. I read these poor reviews about getting into auto withdrawl every month and decided to cancel my free trial. I called customer service and asked them about returning the free trial sample. I was told to send back the tube, and the tube could be empty, gave me a return # and told me to send it back before the 30 days were up or I would be charged for the tube of Dermapril. I sent back the tube empty and without any problems at all I was only charged the $1.50 shipping fee on my credit card as they told me a I would be charged. I am still using this product for I put the cream in another container and I really do love it. The product does do what it claims it will do. I am 60 years old and have very few lines on my face and it has tightened the skin under my chin a little bit. Does anyone know of another web site I can buy this on that does not take auto withdrawls from you credit card.
Not sure what phone # all of the people that wrote the reviews called for I only called once and received a customer service rep. immediately and they really were very pleasant to deal with. I am very sad that I cannot get this product without auto withdrawl.

I say try it for yourself and be your own judge. I have had a fantastic experience since using dermapril. My skin is tighter and smoother. Even my laugh lines, which were very defined, have faded away dramatically. I am very happy I decided to go with Dermapril. It cost me nothing to try it. Give it a shot. I think you'll be happy you did!!

A co-worker had the same experience as many others with regard to cancelling her auto-ship program with Dermapril. She gave me one of her unopened vials of the product and I really liked it. Bearing in mind her experiences, and the experiences that so many others have posted, I went outside of the Dermapril website to see if I could purchase it elsewhere. I found a beauty vendor on ebay who sells the product for about a dollar less than the auto-ship price and you get free shipping. Just Google \"Dermapril + Ebay\" and you should get linked.

Just wanted to clear the air a little about Dermapril. I got the free trial in January and have stuck with it all year. I've noticed great results, actually, and it's cheaper than a lot of the other products I've tried. I'm 53, believe me, at this point I have tried a bunch
The trial is really a great offer if you read the terms and conditions. You have two weeks to try the product. If you don't like it just call them during that two weeks and they'll cancel you. Then send back the jar. It's really not a huge hassel. The terms are on the first page of the site and if you know this much going in you should be fine if you do cancel.

Talk about deceptive practices? Look no further...
I ordered a free trial just before I went on vacation. What a mistake. When I returned, I found the bottle in my mail box and that my card has been charged the full price of $85. "My mistake" I said to myself; "forgot to cancel before the expiration period." One month later I got another bottle in the mail and my card has been chrged another $85. Called the 800 number and the sales rep "was very sorry but sent items are not returnable and non refundable."
Buyer beware.

I don't know yet how it works, but I went on their website and after reading the conditions, decided not to buy from them. However, I went to eBay and bought it for about $50, free shipping and no auto-ship! You don't have to buy it from Dermapril's website. I believe Amazon.com sells it too!

This product is a skam! I ordered it for the free trial, tried it, did nothing for me, called to cancel order and shipped back product. Not only did they NOT cancel my order, they took $79.95 out of bank account! I called them again and they refused to credit my account. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
