Hydroxycut Instant Drink Packets

;-) It actually tastes good. I did what the packet said mix and drink immediately. I was a little worried that it would be nastee. I had the lemon flavor packets. This was my first day so not sure if it will help or not.

I tried the Wild Berry drink mix packets! It really did taste great, the only thing was holy jitters and anxiety! I couldn't even do my workout as my heart was beating very fast, i normally run on the treadmil for 40 min and had to only walk for 20 lol. i was too scared to run! after an hour or 2 it wore off and i felt back to normal. I would recommend this if you are able to deal with the jitters, and feeling anxious and shaky. I wouldn't recommend this if you don't tolerate that kind of stuff very well..

I have the lemon. The first morning I tried it only only drank half it started I was very anxious to do something. So I didn't drink the recommended dose. I drunk the other half in the afternoon and it wasn't as bad. In the evening since I was working late that evening, I drunk the recommmended dose about 8 and I was up until 2am in the morning. It does wear off quickly if you only drink half. I am on day 2 and did the recommeded dose this morning and I am fine. If you are just starting off, just drink half.

:oops: When I took this product after a couple of days I started to get nose bleeds through out the day..and yea the jitters holy jesus I coudn't stop moving for the whole day after i took it...I say don't take unless your use to like jess said. I think i'll stick with good old hardwork.

>-( For the most part, I like this product. But I have been experiencing abdominal pains! Deep, stabbing, sharp pains. It's like the chemicals are eating away my stomach! I will drink one in the morning and it will hold my appetite well. I rarely drink two, and I NEVER drink the recommended three (I just don't need it and besides - I think I would experience headaches, nervousness, nausea, etc.). I may be having the pains because I am not eating ANYTHING until the afternoon. I will have to try making sure I add enough plain water along with some food. I hope I can address this side effect, because otherwise, it does a wonderful job of suppressing my appetite (an impossible task)! And (best of all) I have lost a few pounds taking this.

:-) Love the wild berry! Taste good, and gave me enough energy to the housework, work out and play with the kids. Love it. I also tried the shots which i replaced with the packets once a week for one dose. It helped get through the busy work day.

I bought the wild berry flavor. Im still having problem drinking the recommended dose because i cant get over the taste. It leave a nasty after taste in my mouth. Debating if i should start with the pills.:-o

today is my first day. i just finised drinking my first packet and i am a little jittery. at first when i took a few sips of the wild berry it was nausiating, but after i added more water and a few ice cubes it tasted much better. It does make you hyper and jittery. i would not recommend this to anyone who can't handle the jitters. consult your doctor first! :-D

I have been using the drink packets now for a week, 3 a day, and I absolutely love it!! The wild berry has a great taste, like fruit punch, but no sugar! I get a 16oz cold bottle of water, take thec cap off and pour the packet in, then shake it really good. As I drink it, I continue to put the top back on and shake it. My energy level is high and I am seeing results already from my exercise. Eating more healthy is helping too, I'm sure.

I love it. I have been on it now for 2 weeks starting on my third. I have lost 5 lbs. Was hoping to loose more but thats only because I am not exercising as much as I should. I can't take pills so I figured the mix would be good. The Wildberry is great tasting. I haven't had any after taste and I just drink the bottle in one gulp. Its not bad and really does get your motivated. My first week I did have the shakes so I would eat a stick of the low fat string cheese. Always make sure to eat something 30 min later after drinking the mix. It has cut my appetite down and I don't do the snacking like I use to in the evenings. I recommend this product and have to my friends who are now using the pills.;-)

I have the wild berry i do not love the taste but i cn drink it the first day i felt wierd and didnt like it but the second day wasent as bad i have to eat 30 min after in order to feel better.Im 5-10 I weighd 236 in sep 08 and lost weight by working out got down to 221 by dec. but then it stoped coming off i work out 6 days a week 1 hour of cardio and 20 min of weights and i only lost 1 lb in jan so i decided to try hydroxycut max. I have LOST 1 LB.In 3 days. My husband is comming home from iraq in april so i hope it keeps comming off i wighd myself today and way 219. I wish you all the luck dont give up. :-D;-):-)

wow.. it is fabolous .. im in colombia but my husband sent me and i have 2 weeks trying it and that juice of wildberry is godo taste ..mmmmm ad it has been godo for me... i love it and i recommned it but if the people talk bad of it , mayeb you need to go the doctor.. im lucky cuz i have had godo answer of hydroxycut. im honest.. thanks for that product... (^^)

I have been drinking the product 2 days, and I only drink 1 in the mornings! Not jittery, but I have awful gas, and some Diarrhea! I am returning product, becasue my stomach hurts.

Not recommended for those with sensitive stomachs

I just recently started taking hydroxycut instant drink packets, but I am already seeing results. I feel fuller faster, and hungry less often.
I took the pills before I started using the drink mix and during the nights or any time I would lie down I got stomach cramps. I also had a bit of dry mouth about an hour after use.
With the drink packets, I feel a little hyper and jittery, but its not to a point where I can't stand it. I experience no dry mouth or stomach pains, and am more pleased with this product as compared to the pills.
When I work out after using the product I am able to work out harder and longer due to the energy burst I recieve.
Also, my meals have been cut almost in half due to the appetite control the packet induces.
I would reccomend this product to anyone who wants to lose weight. It cost me about $20 dollars for a weeks worth and is definitely worth it!!

Today was my first day and I was skeptical about taking it because for some reason I didnt think it was very safe, but its actually not bad. I mean yeah it was my first day, but Im fine. fifteen minuets after taking it I felt a bit jittery like I needed to do something, but not bad. I have a pretty sensitve stomach but I didnt feel anything as the day went on. Since it was my first day I started off with only one packet 30 min before lunch and ate my meal and was fine..we'll see how the rest of the week goes!

:-[] I had previously tried the pills for a day...I felt light headedness for 3 days..I stopped using them the 1st day...I jus bought the packets couple days ago hoping they will b better then the pills!! Will keep ya posted....

I started the product today (to make sure I didn't have any allergic reactions to the product) it doesn't make me jittery like most people, but then again I drink ALOT of coffee. It doesn't move me about and does give me a sense of not wanting to eat much (which is good) So we'll see what happens after 3 weeks! I'll write another review at that time. :-D

Just started the packets today. I bought the wild berry. The flavor is wonderful and not as gross as expected. However, immediately following my first packet, I felt amazingly jittery/anxious. I did eat as recommended 30 min after and I got a little bit of nausea with it. After about an hour though, I felt 'way' better and not so anxious. I'm on my second packet now and plan to eat my lunch 30 min from now and then excercise... Will report results.

I just finished my first day and I love the wild Berry. I was a bit nervous, but I am a diet coke aholic to where I drank from 8-10 a day/ I only had two today with no headaches, jitters or anything. In fact, they taste so good, I never was craving a diet coke. Also, I have tried the Crystle Light and it was to sweet and I tried the Kellogg and it didn't do much, so I am hoping to see results as I have an active job being a preschool teacher and I work out pretty regulary. I also gave up fast food during the week. I am trying to loose 10 pounds before Spring Break and I have my 10 year reuion in Nov. The only thing I experienced was massavie bathroom breaks. Keep in mind I am use to drinking 10 diet cokes a day and instead I had 3 24 0z bottles of water!

I have used this for 3 months, have lost 22lbs. I forget to eat! Have also cut way back on beef and chicken, eat lots of vegetables, grains, fruit and work out 3x week. Before this product did the same food intake, lost 1 1b per week. After starting this product lost 2-3lbs per week. This product increased my energy, helped me to eat less, helped to break bad habits. I take two times a day. Worth the cost.

I am loving the Hydroxycut drink packets!!! :-D The taste is GREAT- and it is definately controlling my appetite! I have been on it for 5 weeks now and have lost 8lbs.! I am very happy with the results!!! I only need to lose 10lbs. so I am almost there!!!!! :D

I love how it gives me the energy to work, do housework, walk the dogs, etc.....!!!! I don't have the jittery effects, just great energy! Totally reccomend it to anyone trying to lose weight and needing more energy!

:-) I really enjoy the energy I get from this drink and I do notice that I do eat less because I usually want to eat all the time at work and at home, and when I am hungery I drink the drink( no more that twice a day at this time) and my hunger goes a way. I started by only drink 1/2 the pack at first for fear of jitters but I am now up you 2 packs a day and ready to move to 3 but I don't get home until after five so if I take the drink at 630 I will not be sleepy until 1130 12 so I don't take it after work. This stuff is like a good energy drink that heps you with weight loss. I have not really checked my weight its only been a week but I am feeling great. Hope this drink give the weight loss it promises.

today is my first day taking hydroxycut and i did ok i really didnt feel anything tho i didnt feel any energy with this pill the only thing i kinda felt gassy and had too use the restroom alot ;-)

I started yesterday with the wild berry and really like it. I only drink one pack a day and spread it out from 10 to 5:30. I know I couldn't handle three. Does anyone know if it will still curb my cravings. :-)

So far it hsa been about two weeks from starting the drink packets. I decided to do this for a couple of reasons. my frist reason is that I am in a basic nutrition class and we had to pick a diet to research, i decided I would try myself with it. I am 5'4'' and 130lbs So i am not too over weight, but I would like to get bakc down to 115-120lbs. The second reason I decided to start it was because a few weeks ago I was put in the hospital for pulmonary embolisms. So I cant work out as hard core as i used to for a few months. I am allowed to do light exerise when it comes to running and i can still lift weights, but not as much and as often. Therefore I decided to see if this would help me lose weight since I couldnt work out at normally as i used to.
Well let me just say it has been about two weeks now and it is working great. I had my doubts, but not anymore. although I havent really lost wieght.....i can see results. my stomach is way slimer and i feel great. more energy and self confidence. I have noe bad symptoms and I follow the directions completley. Also to let people know muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are working out like you are supposed to but you dont see a change on the scale dont freak out. i dont see a change, but i can when I look in the miror. I just think I am still working out, gaining muscle mass and losing weight if that makes since, therefore my weight doesnt really change, but I look and feel great. Thumbs up!!

I have been taking this product for one week now. It does not taste as bas as I thought it would and I have more energy and I am not eating as much! I like it so far but, i have been having a few stomach pains other than that I like it!

First of let me just say that I HATE taking pills. I don't take any medicine because of this. So, the drink packets were a Great alternative.

Taking it for 7 days... when I weighed myself before starting I was 5'11" @ 194.lb. At one week later I now weigh 192 with my heavy working boots on. No exercise at all... period. I do feel a bit dehydrated at times. My appetite, which I must say WAS nothing but candy and sodas. Now I don't want anything containing sugar. I can barely eat regular American meals. I shoot for Vegetables and light foods, I think in the last week I ate one PB&J... in place of a meal.

First Day Thought I had a Rocket strapped to my back. Next day, no real Rush like before, but I did feel some discomfort in my stomach, and I believe that was because I wasn't/hadn't eaten much. I take them 2 times a day, once when I wake up at 0700 and again later before i eat usually 1200. Sleeping has become affected by it, not sleeping till mid-night to 0100.

I know this Sounds completely Off, but, I feel More confident. I walk everywhere with more energy and purpose that i did before. And if feels Great When someone says "you Want something from the Vending Machine?" and my reply is, "no" not even a thought or doubt.

I have the Mixed berry and this was my first day of takin it, all i have to say is its AMAZING!! has a little bit of a wierd aftertaste though but if it works ill deal with it. lol.
It gives you energy to do your workout and i have not had any sideeffects.. just drink water...LOTS!!

I started using it at the beginning of this week and it has done good so far. It has supressed my appetite a lot; making me want to eat less, and less often. I can't eat more than two meals a day. I only take the drink mix a half hour before my last meal. About an hour or two later I either diarrhea, or poop a lot. It has slimmed down my hands though. Hope it keeps working!

I have lost 5 pounds useing this product it is wonderful it suppresses my desire to eat all the time like I have always had, i went from 115 to 130 when i moved and am trying to get back thanks to hydroxycut i am almost there. Side effects I have experienced are minor headaches about thirty minutes after consuming a bottle of the drink. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to loose weight and control thier hunger :-)

so i JUST started drinking the berry hydroxycut packets so i'm hoping for the best! i can never lose weight but it's probably cause im 18 year old girl and growing! and i work at a restuarant so food is always around me. i don't always eat bad and since lately i've been eating better i wanted to try the packets that have been in my dresser drawer for months! i was unsure about taking them because i've heard different comments from lots of people but i really wanna lose 10-15 pounds so i hope this works!! i wanna look good for summer:) wish me luck!

I am on my second week and I can truely say it works, as far as the jitters I've had none I guess it's because I workout within 15 minutes after drinking a bottle, I did not weigh myself prior to starting because I know that I was over weight, I know I've lost at least 10lbs. It has curb my apetite and boosted my energy. I have never had a weight problem, I have now worked for six months and as a result I've put on a few pounds and they had to go I highly recommend this product to anyone serious about loosing weight and wanting to live a healthy lifestyle.:-)

:-D I am so happy. I have been trying to find the motivation to lose weight for about a year now, and I was feeling very helpless. I tried the packets because I have heard some good reviews online, and I am so glad I did.

It's been 2 weeks now and I've lost about 5 lbs. Not a ton of weight, but WAY more than I ever could've imagined losing on my own. I'm training for a marathon, and the Hydroxycut packets have given me the energy to run miles every day. I actually look FORWARD to running now. I am addicted to endorphins, and I have the packets to thank. (Could be a placebo, but I am THRILLED nonetheless).

Cons: Tastes horrible. The first day I liked it, but it is hard to choke down now. Also, the first day I was jittery and the first week I had a hard time sleeping through the night, but that is behind me now, and I sleep normally.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this to anyone who needs help jump starting their weight loss. I am so happy. I just hope that when I stop taking it I can keep my motivation up. That will certainly be a challenge.

Anyone looking to lose weight should try a two day detox cardio 45 minutes a day and eat more protein and fish. Olive oil, dark chocolate, fish oil, and apple cider vinegar are natural ways to lose weight. Also drinking ce cold water helps you loae weight due to your body burning calories to get the water to ody temperature, dont drink diet drinks either they trick your body into thinking its sugar so it stores regular sugar when you do consume it. AMAZING!!! I would recommend this product to anyone and everyone looking to lose weight. I am 17 years old and have always struggled with a few extra pounds.. I'm technically not "overweight" by standards but I have a wide set frame that seems to collect fat in all the wrong places! I'm 5'4" 127lbs, and im looking to get between 105-110. I know it might seem scary low but I have been at that weight before and it makes me look just right, not too thin not too thick. ANYWAY- to the point>>> This is my second day using the packets and I feel amazing!!! For the past few months after gaining all my previously lost weight back to 127lbs, ive been constantly bingeing because I felt like no matter how full I was or what I ate, I was always hungry! Even to the point of puking I would just continue to eat! So my main struggle was always with cravings. Anyway, this product makes you feel like you don't even have to eat anymore! It's crazy.. from eating about 2000+ calories per day to getting full at an average of about 700 per day. I have also felt an increase of energy, approximately one hour after drinking the product I was able to feel a significant increase, similar to that of an adrenaline rush.. but that feeling wore off soon for me although the next day I was still able to feel some leftover energy which was great :) AND I've been only drinking one packet a day by the way, because I feel that any more than that would not be necessary... it's strong!
Hmmm what else, AH the weight loss! So far I have lost about 4 lbs, and although I've been eating a lot less AND doing cardio for 30 min at least 3 times a week, I think it's still mostly water weight. But I am still confident that by the end of the month, when I weigh myself next, my weight will be much lower! :) I hope I reach my goal soon. I think that anyone struggling with cravings in particular should try this product... it REALLY DOES WORK like it says it will. Also, I haven't experienced any negative side effects.. so I'm very satisfied :)

So far so good second day and I feel great. It does help me to work out longer and I do not feel jittery at all. I am only doing one packet a day to start, it says to take two but I am not sure if I need all that. As for the person who wrote the common side effects are death or liver damage. Those are very rare side effects if you go to the FDA's website only one person has died from the product and only 23 cases of it harming the liver, but those product that did that were recalled by hydroxycut so you cant even buy those anymore!

well i started taking hydroxy cut advance pills and once a day i have a wild berry instant drink .it has been 4 days and i don't feel a lot of difference.i have no jitters has everyone else described and i am falling asleep by 9 pm .no energy at all.i am following a diet and exercise plan .has any one else had this problem?i love the drinks they taste great.for first time i have no problem drinking water with the drink packet in

:-D Not sure how its working. it taste great does make me a bit jittery and hyper but its good because im a medical asst and need the energy.. i was laid off and on a medication that made me gain 18 pounds! i was 114 now about 130ish.. and it all went to my belly. I really want to loose some of it maybe 6 or 7 pounds. Hope it works

:-D I have been on this product for a week now! and I love it! it is so easy to use and convient for a mom on the go. Since I have had my daughter my metabolism has not been the same, one minute i am loosing weight the next minute i am gaining weight..... I have seen doctors on this issue and think it weird how my weight is jumping and sliding... So i tried this considering my wedding is 4 weeks away... in the last week on this product i have lost 3 pounds with out working out. i start to the gym on Monday of next week. No side effects that were not good!

I have been taking this product for three days (twice a day) and have experienced the following:

muscle/joint pain
extreme migraine-like headaches
stomach pain as mentioned above
flu-like apathy

If anyone else has experienced this please let me know. I had to discontinue using the product.

just started packets today and don't like the taste as leaves bitter taste in my mouth - but no effects yet. Wish me luck in losing some 25 lbs. as I may decide to do more exercise rather than drink this stuff. :-P

People are really really focused here on the side effects. Now the key thing to remember is that this product effects everyone differently. I don't like the jittery feelings or anxious feelings i get. But the fact is, I am so much happier with my lean body that i could care less about some short term effects. If you use these with a great diet and workout 3-4 days a week, you'l shed that flab right off. I love the effects, and I've only been using it for a couple weeks. I'm not going to go another cycle, you know why, CAUSE I DONT NEED TO!! This stuff is awesome, yeah its hardcore, BUT FOR A REASON. It works, hands down, its good stuff, I'm sure its horrible for your liver and insides but I'm young (21), I'll heal and be alright. I take one in the morning about an hour after breakfast to space out how my system digests it, sometimes i get a slight tummy ache, but drinking water always helps that. And on the few days i work out my Michael Geary's "The Truth About Six Pack Abs" workout, i drink one right before i head out to the gym. This stuff works, just remember, long term effects are outweighing the short term jitters in my book, deal with it, and love your lean body. It's hardcore for a reason :p

I took this last year and lost 25 lbs. Give yourself at least 2 months of taking this and exercising for great results. All I did was drink this 2-3 times a day and drink LOTS of water. You'll pee a lot but that's good. When I started, I was only running a mile, 3 times a week. I would increase my distance by a quarter mile every week and before long i was running 4 miles a day!! After seeing the weight shed off my body, I became more and more motivated to lose more! Don't give up on this product after a week or two. I'm telling you, you'll see the results start after a week or two, but give it a good 8 weeks at least to see GREAT results.

Well i haven't started the product yet but the great reviews coupled with my need for quick results has helped me choose to try this product, ASAP! ;)

I'm trying to lose 35 pounds by June (just in time for the summer)! I'm 5'1 and 150 pounds, i use to be 125 but gained weight over the last year but now i'm ready to lose it! :D I just started the packets today so I'll update in a week!

so im on day one :) im getting married in june and well i have heard such great reviews and wanted to try it out myself so far today has been great took 3 today one is the morning around 9, one in the afternoon around 12:30 and one around 4:30 to have my dinner before 6. i did infact have to pee like 5 times today but im pretty sure its cause of all my water intake lol the only question i have is "will it still work if i dont wait the 30min after i drink the bottle?" i mean i take what the box says but sometimes i cant wait the 30mins because of my school schedule and well since i dont want to skip a meal i just eat right after i drink it. "will it still work?" if someone could please let me know that would be really great thank you :) overall today was great had a good workout and drank three bottle servings and ate 3 small meals hope all this pays off :)

This is my third day, like it so far .no jitters, of fast heart rate. definetly helps with curbong my appetite which has become outrageous in the last three years !! only take two packets a day and drink lots of water. went thru a 24pk. in a day and half. will weigh myself in two weeks, only got on my bike twice though but i have stopped the snacking at night. might start taking the three packs next week. some diarrehea.will keep ya updated.

When I first opened the little packet I though, "Oh wow, it smells really good, I think I'll like it." WRONG. It tastes pretty bad. It's drinkable, but it tastes like powdery fruit punch. Now, if you like fruit punch you'll probably like it, but if you don't, I'd avoid this product, or at least the "Wild Berry" flavour I got. Also, it dyes my mouth red every single time!! It goes away after brushing my teeth, but it's still not very attractive. And it takes me like 15 minutes just to drink it so it's not very convenient. All that being said, I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks, with diet and exercise, so I don't know if the Hydroxycut is really helping or not, but it seems to be going well. I've had absolutely no side-effects, except for the horrible taste and bright red mouth. I'm almost done the box, so I've bought the pills this time because the drinks are really bad. I'd recommend Hydroxycut Advanced, but NOT the drink packets.
