if anyone is interested in a good "eating" plan, here it is...
3protiens, 3fruits,3vegetables, 2starches, 2 fats, and 2 dairy products a day. in between if your feeling hungry, protien bars or low calorie snacks are the best.
keep in mind that low fat, sodium, calorie, carbs, and alcohol is the best way to stay on track with your diet plan, and please, if it only a walk around the block once or twice...exercise!
3 weeks into Leptitrex and I have lost 6 of the 20 pounds and I have also increased my strength and endurance at the gym. I bought 4 bottles anticipating it would take all 4 to reach my goal (thats *HOPING* it would work). I'm on pace to lose the 20 pounds with 3 bottles. Hopefully I can do it. I finished my leptotrex bottle last week. The bottle is HUGE. If you don't swollow capsules well don't take this product. I have no problem but was thinking sometimes that anyone iwth any sort of pill swollowing problem would hate this product.
I ended up losing 9 pounds with 1 bottle. Which I find very very impressive since I only had 21 pounds to lose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and these last pounds have been more stubborn than my 2-year old son.

i didnt lost alot of weight..with a bottle i just lost 2 lbs..disappointing if just see this 'number' fact but..i can feel the muscle specially in the hard area in my stomach specially...i can feel the muscle n see the fat is disappearing..!!even after drink it u can feel like kinda burning warm sensation in ur sensation but not to fear its all good..its workin..
