Sooo…first they tell you that there are no side effects from their product and then they tell you that they just barely had to change the formula due to side effects. This kind of thing is confusing and you should be very wary about buying pills from a company that has to change formulas due to serious side effects. That kind of thing bugs me and I don’t think this company is to be trusted. Even the packaging for Lida DiaDiahua Slimming Capsules is shady. It has a naked woman standing behind a very sheer piece of newspaper. I would not want to get a box like that in the mail because it almost looks like you are ordering some sort of weird porno through the mail.

Lida daidaihua slimming capsules
I weighed 227 pounds a friend told me she was taking the capsules so I thought I would try. I am at 197 and I mean this stuff did the trick. I am really thirsty and cannot go long without water and it does cause constipation. No jitters nothing else. I have been on it for about three months. I noticed I am not loosing any more weight however I have not gained any back. I dont really know.

I was introduced to lida by a friend who dropped 15lbs. I have gained over 40lbs due to stress and other reasons. So, I researched lida and ordered me a box. I started slow, and then increased to taking a pill every morning. I have dropped the weight and am happy again. It is true that the pill makes you more thirsty then usual. Some people have experienced constipation as well, but that is easily fixed. Just add more and more greens full of fiber to your diet.
Even though it says that there is no need to exercise, but I did, which I think helped as well.

I have lost almost 60 lbs. using this pill. I wanted something that would just be a little help and this was it. I feel like it helped me learn to eat smaller quantities. I haven't taken them for over a month and have still maintained.
I also excercised which helped- but i still attribute most of my weightloss to this pill!

I started using a new product called Simply slim last year and without changing my 'sweet tooth' diet and without exercising lost 10kg in 2 months, the pill was manufactured in South Africa,but due to unauthorised ingredients 'causing some people 'side effects' was taken off the market and replaced with a less effective product 9same name)..after hearing and reading about Lida I realised that the first batch of Simply slim was the same as Lida, even the box resembled Lida packaging..so, I ordered a box from China and have only been on the pill for 5 days and have lost 1kg, reminding you, that I have not changed my normal diet or exercised..in fact, I have had some form of sweets or cake every single day.I am not overweight due to overeating, I just have a very overpowering 'sweet tooth'. What gets me about people complaining about 'side effects' is that they don't read or comply with the 'warnings'on the package like 'do not use in cases of high blood pressure, heart problems etc. It's these people that cause the products to be taken off the market and the rest have to suffer. I have 3 boxes and will see at the end of 3mnths where I stand on the scale..positively looking forward to my goal weight.

I started on Lida febuary this year and have gone from 93.5kg to 87.3kg today i have gone down one dress size .
my husband started the same time as me and he was 121.5kg and today 114.5kg my daughter has also lost 4kg in 4weeks . yes there is the dry mouth but all you have to do is keep up your water my daughter and i had sleepless nights the first 2 weeks but in saying this was not tired , i have so much more energy ,i have noticed that i no longer have the want for sweet foods and take away really tastes bad . I now have some friends trying these and they also after trying every diet and shake on the market are finally haveing success , with no side effects at all , not even the sleepless nights that i had . we use the ones in the bottle . just have to make sure it doesnt have Sibutramine in it .
