Yohimbe: Though it is included in many fat burners, there is no data or research that shows that is effective at burning fat. Yohimbe is often used as a natural aphrodisiac and to treat impotence.
Hoodia Extract: Hoodia is extremely popular and extremely scrutinized. Many researchers say that over 75% of hoodia on the US market is fake. Real South African Hoodia is extremely rare and hard to get.
