Lorcaserin is an anti-obesity drug, available only with a prescription. In a recent press release, I found the following information:

By far the most common side effect was headache, experienced by slightly under 1/3rd of trial participants. Other common side effects include dizziness and nausea".
That is from wikipedia, so I really don't know what to think.
Lorcaserin is scheduled to launch in 2010, so hold on to your hats. I am sure there is going to be a HUGE marketing campaign.
