So after doing a little sleuthing this is what I was able to find out. Phentremine Civ-xR is the EXACT SAME THING as Phentermine-X. While Phetremine-X sells for the extremely high amount of $50, Phentremine Civ-xR sells for $79.83! $79.83!!!!!!!!! $79.83 for a Hoodia Gordonii diet supplement. Yeah, I know - $79.83 for some Hoodia Gordonii is crazy! Phentremine Civ-xR also contains some citrus aurantium, caffeine and alpha lipoic acid. Still not justifying $79.83. At less then $5 to manufacture, that is almost a 3000% markup!

What is worse is that they FAIL to disclose the retail price on their website. Instead they offer the worst thing that has ever happened for diet pill consumers - the "Free Trial"!

Weight Loss Client

I have read all you aclaims but nothing I have taken in the past has even slightly givem me the feeling of not wanting to eat. I'm saying that I am hungry from daylight till dark. Sounds like what you need is a therapist, honey. Diet pills aren't supposed to change your life, just help you change your body when the diet and exersize aren't cutting it alone. Find a little inner strength to change your days (with say a hobby or club) if not your job, even. Once you find something you can be proud of, I'm sure your weight will stabalize and everything else will seem a little easier. I myself am stuck in a job I mostly like; the Army. But by the Army's standards, I'm 30lbs overweight. I know I'm heavy, but I work out, am physically fit and try to watch what I eat, but it's hard to be truly happy when your empolyer and superiors have to keep making weight an issue, thus I'm looking to diet pills for help.

I found this review helpful as I was looking into the product this author speaks out against, so I am thankful this article exists. I've tried some of the more marketed brands and never found much to rave about. I am going to try one of the reccomended brands and get back to you.

I agree that I diet pill won't change your life, but the challenging part is doing the exercising part. That's what any pill giving extra energy is for. Anyways, I got my free trail, without thinking really is why I decided to try the stuff out. I only just opened the bottle today and I received this stuff a month ago. Stupid me, I should have realized that I would be sent another bottle and be charged ridiculously. But I learned the hard way. What would be the best thing for me to do? I want to send it back and hopefully get a refund, but did that happen for any of you? If it says that I can send it back as long as i didn't open the bottle, I should be able to get a refund right? please let me know.

This is a very bad scam for the consumer. A good lesson however which teaches us all to read, read, and read again and remember you never get something for nothing. I hope to bring a class action suit against this company and get people like this to stop taking advantage of the innocent.

Thank you for giving an outsiders view on the above different diet pills. I am 5'4", still weigh over 350 even after recently losing 90 pounds since November. My biggest problem is I like to eat, so does my husband. He's the same size as me only 3" taller. My job keeps me sitting 9 hours a day and I do not get hardly any time at all to be active. It took 18 years for me to get this way and believe it or not, I just never took the time to notice how big we were getting because we were working all the time. I wasn't until I was on a riding cart and using a cane to move around that I took the time to notice what happened. I started with Herbalife. It's expensive so I had to stop. I am looking for a diet pill without the gimic and this has helped me to NOT make a stupid decision. Hopefully, the diet pill Zalestrim will work. I'm taking a chance and trying it. Thanks again.

JUST CANCELLED!!!

Okay so I just cancelled today, on the 15day of my trial period! I ordered it on 9/24 and the S/H didn't go thru my acct till 10/1! I received it before I had even got charded the s/h! Anyways, when I tried to call the 888#number I got the same thing, put on hold for a LOOOONNNG time and just hung up after 20min!!! I did this for several days and even tried the "online chat help" that they offer. I got an email saying that the "online help" email did not go thru or doesn't exsist!!! So I check my bank records and still only see my S/H fee, but notice a different 888# for the company (that they don't advertise on their website)! Yay, I got thru today right in time at the deadline to call in! So I hope I still don't get charged a week later (like A.Throw did above). I got the reps name and cancelation # and she said that BOTH of the Phentremine and Total Cleanse (that comes free with it) bottles are FREE to keep and I would not get charged at all to my acct for keeping as long as I did cancel before the ending of the 15trial. She said she also sent me an email confirmation to secure my worries. So I think the trick is to be firm with the rep when cancelling and don't hang up till you get their name and confirm cancelation#. I'll keep you updated if I do still get charged after I cancelled today!

hello....I was just reading up on the phentremine....now me i was just in need of something to curb my appetite....they are not trying to scam, i am sure....what it is, is...they prob sell alot of bottles at "free trial" but then people wanna cancel for reasons....reasons like, its not burning fat, or too expensive...they dont claim to be fat burners or cheap...i think as adults...you really need to read all fine print...plus i paid s/h with a gift card...so they can charge it up all they want...since there was only enough for s/h on it!!!! ha ha got them!!!
p.s. they suppress my appetite very well!!!!

Help - I'm Devastated

I'm retired. I was planning a long awaited vacation, when the advertising claims entised me to try it. With all the other distractions of Life, I didn't open the 2-wk trial pills. I got $167.44 + $5.95 S/H (I understand that part) + $70 (and counting) overdraft fees for a total of $249.39 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I have completely wiped out my only income of Social Security for this month (Nov 2008). Like-wise: endless calls/can't get through; finally told: No Refunds, No Returns accepted, was told no further shipments would be sent...What am I to do now - No rent money, no way to pay utility bill. I don't know what product you guys are talking about but the Phentremine (blue and white pills) that I purchased suppressed my appetite and so far, after only 10 days, I've lost a total of 8 pounds. It suppresses my appetite and I literally have to make myself eat.

My best girlfriend is who turned me on to the product - she lost so much weight in one week I wanted to know what se was doing.

FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T GET THEM OUT OF THEIR BANK ACCOUNT

To to your bank and tell them you want to CANCEL YOUR DEBIT CARD AND GET A NEW ONE. You will receive a new debit card number, and those thieves you're dealing with have no access to the new card.

Also, you can call your bank and file a fraud claim. Depending on your bank, banks usually automatically credit the amount taken out of your account by these thieves while they research it. You will be asked to supply certain information, but your bank will be on your side.

:-) I bought a bottle of this Phentremine on E Bay. I've taken ONE pill a day for a couple of days and it didn't seem to do much. Decreased my appetite a little, but not enough, then I started taking two. I took two before riding up to get a grilled chicken salad and a Diet Dr. Pepper (go me... soooo not like me) and by the time I got back home to eat it (about 30 minutes) I didn't want it. (I guess that's a good thing.) They seem to be working, I just needed a little extra dose for it to work. I LOVE IT! From the reviews here it seems everybody's having trouble with shipping/receiving their pills. A word of advice... Get them on E Bay! I got mine in 3 days. And they are fabulous!!!

Well, I too got the email advertising the free trial. I got a netspend card with only the amount for the shipping and handeling. I got my pills 3 days later. As soon as I got them in the mail, I called the number and cancelled it. I had no problems canceling this. They did give a confirmation number and sent an email also. As for how the pills worked... I LOVED them!!! I took only 1 pill a day. In the first week, I lost 8 pounds. In 4 months I was down 45 pounds. I didn't work out, I didn't watch what I was eating. I never felt sick. I never got the jitters. I was in a good mood and had tons of energy. Of course, after stopping them, the pounds are slowly creeping up again, but I think these pills really really work well!:-D

:-D I have read some people say this product is a scam but I haven't felt that way at all. I have tried every diet out there, even stumped my dietitian with no weight loss but this is my 8th day using this product & I've finally found something that works!
