Alli Diet Pill

Alli - The Alli Marketing Hype Machine?

leptitrexLooking for an alternative to Alli? We recommend Leptitrex, the #1 rated diet pill by consumers and experts. It contains the strongest appetite suppressants and clinically proven ingredients that promote fast fat loss results.
Buy Direct Our Review

You may have heard the rumors that the FDA has decided to allow GlaxoSmithKline's weight-loss drug, "Alli" to be sold OTC (over the counter—without a prescription). After reviewing a study which revealed that Alli is capable of helping people lose 1 pound per month (woop dee doo), the drug is now legal.

How does the Alli Diet Pill Work?

Just as Xenical, Alli contains a drug called “Orlistat.” In really simple terms, orlistat absorbs the fat from foods you eat every day, from fast food to ice cream. There are two ironies with such a wonder drug:

1- If you already eat healthy, Alli will block your healthy fats such as omega-fatty-acids and Vitamin D.
2- If you don’t eat healthy, you’ll pop a steak and feel just fine because you swallowed some Alli .

This is a pill for the desperate who want now what they should have to work for.

As our readers know by now, when reviewing a diet pill, we always stress that the vast chunk of any weight loss plan is a healthy diet and exercise. This pill takes away from a healthy diet, and promotes unhealthy eating habits.

Alli Weight Loss Pill Side Effects

The most common side effect is unexpected, sudden, and explosive diarrhea. Literally pooping your pants. So while you’re at the drug store picking up your Alli, you may want to be like the Astronaut Lisa Nowak and buy yourself some diapers. Alli users are having to carry an extra pair of pants wherever they go - seriously!

If you’re looking for a healthy diet pill, and a perfect supplement to a healthy lifestyle, we strongly recommend lipovox 10 super-foods.

Alli Consumer Reviews

"I took it about 2 weeks ago and thought on the entire situation before I decided to comment and concluded that this wasn't for me. I have always managed to carry that extra 20 pounds or so around even though my doctor says that he just doesn't get why. I practically already live the "Alli diet plan". I eat healthy and I do cardio 4/5 times a week and weights/yoga 3/4 times a week. I was hoping that maybe this would aid giving me through that extra step. I had the same problem as another reviewer with "leakage" (as Alli calls it). It was only the second day of taking it. I'm sure glad it was a day off. I spent all day in the bathroom and felt miserable. And unlike what they say, I wasn't going out and munching on hamburgers and fries but eating grilled chicken or fish with veggies! So like others have said... if you already feel that you know how to eat properly, this pill is not for you and can only make life more embarrassing!"

"Seriously, this didn't work. I got so tired of ruining my underpants and rushing everywhere because I had to hit the bathroom whenever I was standing for a while that I had to stop taking this stuff. It's easier to just avoid fatty foods. It's a ridiculous product."
-- debbie, Centerville, OH

"I gave it 3 stars, because its works well, but as soon as you stop taking this pill, you will gain everything back.... so i dont know about you but i dont think i want to take this for the rest of my life...... stick to a healthy diet, and regular excersise..."
-- roma on September 23, 2007

Our Recommendation

Two Alli alternatives are Leptitrex and Anoretix. Leptitrex is a 'Superfoods' diet pill that helps you lose weight in a safe and effective way. Anoretix is the only diet pill that contains 9 clinically tested and proven weight loss ingredients. Both of these are terrific, backed by a manufacturers guarantee and won't cause the 'messy' side effects that Alli will.

Lipovox - was the accidental byproduct of a college student while watching an episode of “OPRAH”. The show was on “How to Look 10 Years Younder in 10 Days”. In an effort to rid herself of her crow's feet the inventor followed a strict diet of eating 10 “Super Foods” prescribed by world famous Dermatologist Dr. Perricone. The inventor was shocked to find that she didn't lose her crow's feet but had a positive sede effect of Losing 11 pounds in Only 10 days! And her Acne virtually vanished to boot. Struggling to eat the 10 Super Foods daily (most healthy foods are expensive and not too tasty she says) shed decided to supplement the Super Foods with Super Concentrated Extracts and her results were IDENTICAL to eating the whole foods.

Lipovox is now the supplement of choice by the "who's-who" list of celebrities, athletes, and the super rich. DietPillValueGuide has searched and found places where Lipovox can be purchased by Everyone at a very affordable price. Plus Lipovox contains 3 Top Secret Nutraceauticals recommended by Dr. Perricone that magnify your results. The best online price is $29.99.

Phenterfein - Phenterfein was one of only 2 diet pills we reviewed that scored a 100% on Weight Loss Power. Phenterfein has a very interesting effect on users. It increases your Resting Metabolic Rate (the rate at which you burn fat) so much that you can literally feel your body begin to warm up. That is followed by a huge surge in creative energy that seems to make you even feel more social. The closest thing I could compare the mood enhancement properties to is after you have drunk a Red Bull and a couple of Martini's. You feel that good. Some people say its because Phenterfein contains the weight loss drug phentermine.

We have not tested Phenterfein for Phentermine but do not believe it contains it in it formula because you don't feel one bit nervous or jittery like phentermine can make you feel. Phenterfein's weight loss power is unparalleled. A 30 day supply retails for $149.00. The cheapest online price is $74.99.

Alli effects
You really need to wear dark pants with alli. It made me have the "squirts" like crazy. No weight loss. $60 not well spent for me. I even had trouble sleeping at night because my stomach would rumble and the gas would keep me up. Stay away from this one.

Worst Diet Pill EVER!
I took Alli for 1 month and actually gained weight. I wish I would have read this Alli review before I bought it. It made me crampy, gave me really bad and extreme gas. It got to the point where I was paranoid to leave my apartment. It is not worth it.
#2 - Jennie - 01/28/2008 - 22:24
Alli Review
I have been overweight my whole life. I saw all of these commercials for Alli. So I picked some up when I was at the walmart. i paid $60 for the starter kit, which is more then what i would be willing to pay, but i was hopeful. i started taking it and noticed some results. i lost 1 pound the first week and another pound the second week. the third and fourth weeks i didn't lose anything. alli gave me really bad gas, and everything that has been said about the side effects are 100% true. i think i am going to just stick to fat burners.
#3 - krissy-b-1977 - 01/29/2008 - 11:29
Good reviews
The reviews I read seem very advisable. I was planning on buying alli, but the reviews changed my mind and decided to exercise!!!!
#4 - Isabel - 01/29/2008 - 11:49
what is wrong with us
I mean how can we including myself even consider taking anything that blocks fat. I should just make myself find a differnt way to deal with stress than by eating comfort food. That is the real way to block fat from being digested. How lazy can you get?
#5 - leahcar - 01/29/2008 - 13:57
im glad i looked into this before buying
sometimes diet and exercise isnt enouph and you need that extra help, but i am glad i had red these reviews because i really dont think i want to have stomach pain or s$!% my pants to loose weight,so thanks for posting your comment,i think i'll just try something else, you should always read up on a product before buying it.
#6 - shaunna - 01/30/2008 - 07:23

#8 - sandy - 01/30/2008 - 22:13
works great behavior modification
It really does work it keeps you accountable and aware of what you eat. I have been on it for three weeks with no treatment effects. Lost 5 pounds in 9 Months and have not started the exercise part of it yet. Will start that tomorrow.
#9 - arleen - 01/31/2008 - 10:07
Boss
After thinking about buying this product, my girlfriend advised me to buy brown pants after she heard all the poop stories. I already have enough problems with my butt that I don't need a drug that will make it feel like a loaded .45 everywhere I go! No more Jack in the Box for me!
#10 - Ray - 01/31/2008 - 22:29
Don't do it!
I took this pill for 2 days. I already eat healthy and thought this might help get 10 lbs off. I was miserable with terrible gas, bloating and some cramping. Then the leakage came. All I did was run to the bathroom to wipe, wipe and wipe again...I was now extremely sore. It took two days after taking the last pill to return to normalcy. I truly don't understand how they can market this pill, it's awful.
#11 - Lee Ann - 01/31/2008 - 23:23
So far so good!
I have been taking Alli now for a week and I have not had any "treatment effects" as they warn you of. I have stuck to the diet plan (well except for one day) just as they suggest, following exactly of what they tell you to do and have been able to avoid the treatment effects. I did have one episode of cramping and lose stools....but that was my own fault for cheating and eating a fatty meal! So I have to say that I highly reccomend this diet. I have lost 3 pounds my first week.Give it a try....just don't cheat and avoid fatty foods!
#12 - Katie - 02/01/2008 - 12:09
Alli is no fun
I took Alli for a little over 2 months. I am a very healthy eater and exerciser. I exercise and weight train 4-5 days a week. I too carry about an extra 20 lbs with me. In the first week of taking this i lost about 6 pounds, after that, I gained it all back and a little more while still working out and eating healthy. I had oily gas and cramps, and underwear was ruined (even when I ate salad sometimes!). I HATE this pill. I thought it would finally be something that could help me and yet again I was let down. I don't recomend it.
#13 - Katie - 02/01/2008 - 13:35
TWO Thumbs UP!!
I have been taking it for almost a month. I have not had any treatment affects. I stick to the calorie and fat intake allowable and am satisfied. I do not go hungry and don\'t feel to be deprived of craving as long as you read all of the labels at the grocery store. Go for 0 fat and low calorie. I have also brisk walked for about 20 minutes 5 times a week. I have already lost weight. 2 pounds for me is a great accomplishment. I have tried diets and other pill that claim to help. I have even done Wu-Yi tea. This is the only thing that has ever even come close to giving me hope. I say to each there own and try it and see. It won\'t work for everyone the same. Nothing does, that makes us human.
#14 - Rachel - 02/03/2008 - 10:55

ALLI DIET PILL
Well I tried it for the last few days. I bought the kit at Cosco and i paid 70.00 for 150 pills. Let me say that I am more bloated and now I am constipated where I cannot go to the bathroom, I fee that I gained weight instead of losing weight. I have started weight watchers point program and thought i could add alli in my diet, I am eating healthy and stared exercising but to all means, this pill is a farce, do not get it
#17 - MARLA - 02/04/2008 - 20:37

CUSV
I was very interested in this product. I went to Wal-mart & bought some overnight pads (due to the warning) and decided to try it the next day. I have not had any of the problems that most have had though. I have had friends that have tried it though and have had the issues that others had. I think with me I tend to use it as a scare tactic rather than a fat blocker. I use it in combo with a good diet plan and take it before my meals so that way I won't get those bad reactions. I am too scared to crap every where so if I take it b/4 the meal I know that I will eat healthy rather than eating bad for me fattening food. That has been my "trick" with alli so far.....and so far no bad mishaps to report:) As for the weight loss, I have been taking Alli for 1 month and lost no weight:(
#20 - Lacey - 02/07/2008 - 22:03

Didn't Mind It At All
This product wasn't bad in the way everyone says that your going to need diapers. At leaste it didn't for me. I will say that the bathroom experiences were new ones. I didn't gain or loose any weight with the product. But, for me the price for it was/is too high. Still looking for something just to help me cut my cravings for food.
#22 - Christina - 02/09/2008 - 20:56
ALLI is not that bad
well I think it works very good but the side effects is a major problem Im in the bathroom like crazy my sexual desire is not there any more because Im afriad I might have an accident but I\'am loosing so I guess I have to suffer the side effects untill I reach my weight goal with this weightlost pill you have very bad gas it feels like something is trying to push through your stomach it\'s really not a good feeling but you can\'t knock something off tell you try it.
#23 - larhonda stevens - 02/09/2008 - 21:05
I have been on the Alli plan for over two weeks now and have lost a total of 1 pound. I have had wonderful success. I registered online and follow the recommended diet and exercise plan. I have not had any treatment effects at all, probably due to the fact that I did read all the material, registered online, filled out the questionaire profile and follow its recommendation to a T. If you are a responsible person with self dicipline and self control this is a wonderful plan to use in weight loss. I recommend it totally. It is a plan I can live with the rest of my life. Once I reach my goal weight, I feel comfortable that I can quit taking the pills and maintain my weight without a doubt!
#24 - Melissa M - 02/10/2008 - 18:04
Alli Works?
I picked up some Alli at Costco and thought I would try it. I am tired of being fat. I must admit all the side effects are true. You will crap a lot and you have to watch what you eat while taking it. I only lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks? You have to work out and eat healthier. If you eat a large pizza and ice cream you can plan on sh*&&^^!! all over and not losing weight. Use some common sense.
#25 - Drew - 02/11/2008 - 13:35
Alli customer loss
I took this for about 3 weeks and didn't notice any change, except at night when I tried to sleep. I felt very gasic (if that is a word) most of the night. I thought because it was FDA apporved, I would lose weight in a safe way; maybe so for others, but I did not. I was not impressed, and returned the stuff back to the National Wholesale Warehouse I bought it from.
#26 - Joe - 02/12/2008 - 23:25
Alli diet pill
I was thinking about using the alii diet pill... but after reading this I will not be using this pill. I would like to thank you all for the informartion. I have three kids and I had three c-sections so my belly is where I am having the most trouble. I have been dieting since new years and I have lost 12 lbs but I have not lost anything since like mid January. I do a step arobic routine 2-3 times a week and I do weight training 2-3 times a week. Any advice would be great. Thanks again.
#27 - Julie - 02/15/2008 - 14:03
I've been using ALLI for approximately 5 weeks now and the only time I had a little problem was after I'd eaten something I shouldn't have eaten - a 5-cheese pizza. I'm diabetic and Alli was recommended by my doctor and I love it. I stay away from meat for the most part, and eat lots of beans, tofu, pasta and brown rice plus lots of steamed veggies and salads.

I had purchased the product and after reading information included with the product, I was scared to death to even try it. However, my blood sugar was getting to be a mess and I figured I had to get it under control. So, I jumped right in and haven't had a problem - and, am losing weight.
#28 - Jan - 02/15/2008 - 16:06
DO NOT TAKE THIS PILL
I took it for 5 days and was vigilent with my fat intake-making sure no more than 10 grams or so per meal, and took my multi vitamin every night. I actually got constipated because I think I lowered my fat too much. On the 6th day, in the middle of the night, I got up to use the bathroom - #1, and fainted. My husband heard me fall and tried to revive me, it was difficult. As he was trying to load me into the car, I fainted again. At the hospital the doctor told me they are going to be pulling this product. My electrolytes were out of whack and I was severely dehydrated, also had very low blood pressure. No weight lost either. Boy do I want my $$ back.
#29 - Kelly - 02/17/2008 - 13:05
beware
i would not recommend, instead of feeling terrible about being the weight that i was, i was contiantly worried about the \"leakage\"

I was on the prescription version of Alli, Xenical, which is even stronger. The side effects are truly horrible and not worth it. I have two young children still in diapers and I had more "accidents" than they did! Even if you are lucky enough to make it to the toilet, the residue left behind is embarassing if you are not at home. So don't just bring an extra pair of pants, but also a toilet brush and some clorox. As mentioned, it also blocks healthy fats. This pill is a cruel joke for people who are already unhappy with what is going on with their bodies!

Thanks For The Reviews!
Hi everyone, I just wanted to thank you all for the reviews. I thought about purchasing Alli to help take off a few more pounds (approx. 10lbs) or so, but after reading the reviews, I decided not to. Honestly, I weighted 170lbs Oct 1, 2007, with a very healthy diet and exercise plan, I now weight 150lbs. Perhaps it was only about 5lbs. per month, but I was did it the healthy way, diet and exercise. I controlled my calorie intake to a reasonable number, approx. 1500-1600 per day, and slowly but surely I dropped the 20lbs and have found it very easy to keep it off. I've learned how to eat and control my portions and I think that's made all the difference to lose the weight and keep it off. My advise, diet and exercise will do the trick. I do cardio about 4-5 times per week about 30-45mins each time. Hope this helps. Thanks everyone!

Alli gave me what I never had...Heartburn
I'm trying to lose weight for my sister's wedding and I saw all these comercials about Alli so I bought the starter kit when it was on sale at Target $40. The first week it was cleaning out my system. The spotting side effects had stoped and I thought cool I've finally found something to help me keep off the weight, yeah until the 4th week into taking Alli I noticed I was having troble sleeping due to an uncomfortable feeling I had in my upper tummy. It wasn't until today that I looked up my symptoms and It's heartburn. :( Alli is not worth it!

Alli Isnt THAT BAD!
Well, I needed to add a positive experience on Alli to this site. I do not take the ALLI pill three times a day. I only take it with a dinner that I know has a little more fat than Id like. I eat healthy most of the day to aid in weight loss. I do NOT get "bad gas or cramps" I dont have to "rush to the bathroom" and I cirtantly did not ruin any panties. YES, when I take it I literally leave orange oil in the toilet, which is weird, yes. I hate to be blunt, but if you have to fart, go to the bathroom so you dont ruin your underware. Id have to say that some people may be using Alli as a bandaid when they eat a bad meal, you will get bad effects by doing so. Eat a healthy meal and you will be fine.

Alli is working great
I have had a lot of trouble losing this last 10 lbs. I am very active and eat relatively healthy. I have taken Alli for 3 weeks and lost 4 lbs and no side effects for the most part. I splurged one weekend and had pizza and it did cause the side effects that the package label warns you about. I don't have trouble sleeping and I take multi-vitamins while taking Alli. I used to take Stacker 3, Hydroxycut and Lipodrine. All of these contained Ephedra and I lost weight super fast. I am losing weight slower with Alli, but feel it's a healthier way to go.

Alli Diet Pill
I beg to differ ladies about the alli pill I have not experienced any exploding side effects. My mother and aunt are also on alli, my aunt has lost 10pounds in a month my mom and I just started and lost 2pounds in one week. The pill teaches you how to eat right and if your experiencing such explosive side effects your eating food you shouldn't. I recommend you get online, register with the alli personal plan so you will know exactly what to eat and what reacts badly to the plan. The alli Diet pill isn't for lazy, or unrestricted people. Alli is the real deal holy field. Only if you stick with it and control your terrible eating habits.\

Your Truly,
The Thinning Black Woman

Dispatcher
After reading these reviews, the majority is the bowel movements and leakage. that sounds too scary or should i say unpleasant. i guess the best method is to watch what you eat, eat a good breakfast for the morning, mild lunch and lite dinner and if hungry eat healthy snacks and drink lots of water... the best way to lose weight is also called, "Push Away." After you eat, walk away from the table... Thanks everyone for the review, now i am going to see if i can get my money back and just stick to eating healthy.

Alli review
I have taken Alli for 5 months and have lost 5 lbs. It has worked for me just fine. I find I have loose bowls in the morning and am fine all day. I have not had to wear panty liners and have done well traveling or were ever I am. I like the slow loss as I think I will keep it off. I have cut down on the amount I eat but still eat what I want. I love the pill. I Would just like to find it less expensive.

YEAH, Alli will leave stains in your underspants and all that but there is a solution for everything, \"just wear a pantiliner\" . That is what I do. Alli works for me.

Alli Review
I have been taking Alli for 2 months now and I have lost 22 pounds. I admit that the few times that I did eat something that I shouldn't have I did mess up my pants, but the 22 pound loss is worth a messed up pair of pants. I now know what to eat and what not to eat so that I dont have this problem any more.
#50 - Amanda - 03/01/2008 - 13:58
YES it works!! If you use it correctly...
Alli gives you 2 options.

Option 1- Eat small meals throughout the day make sure they have LESS than 15g of fat per meal. Take Alli with 2 of your main meals. Exercise 20-45 minutes a day..brisk walking/slow jogging is #1 in fat burning!! YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT!

Option 2- Eat whatever you want..pop the alli pill so you feel like you are doing something to help yourself.. dont exercise..have greasy stools. lose maybe a pound or two if your lucky. Blame alli for you not losing weight.

IF YOU ARE NOT LOSING WEIGHT THEN YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG..people should really stop blaming this "magic pill". its a booster..a helping hand..thats all. You have to diet and you have to exercise. excuses, excuses.

I met my fiance and gained 10 pounds quickly. I was 5'4 138 pounds. I dieted, took alli, and exercised lightly and lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks. It does work. i didnt have greasy stools cause i ate properly and didnt lieeee about it to make myself feel better.

You should try it.
#51 - Erin - 03/01/2008 - 23:04
thank you alli
Like several others I have been taking alli for about a month and half. I too thought long and hard about taking yet another diet pill. I ate very low fat for a week before starting to take alli.(like recomended) I have followed the directions on the bottle and have had great results. i have lost a total of 32 pounds. Now that i am pretty used to eating properly i wondered if i still need to take the alli pill. For me I think it keeps me honest. I know that if I eat "junk" while taking this pill I will have side effects and it helps me to stay on track and eat properly. thank you alli

alli - still hopeful
I've been taking alli for two weeks now and I've noticed that my jeans are a little more comfortable. It is true the gas is at times unbarable but I have not experienced a situation with accidental "leakage".
I am slightly overweight and I try to eat well but sometimes I want to have ice cream and burgers. My body is just the type that anything I eat goes right to my butt, and with allie I feel like I get a little more forgiveness from my body for the extras.
My hope is that I can get my body weight down and establish new eating habbits while taking allie. I'm only taking it now with meals that I know I'll regret and I have to say at this point I am very hopeful.
Did I mention that it has killed my appetite.

Alli Review
So far, I've been taking Alli for three weeks, and yes it gives me gas and makes me have to go to the bathroom. But for me, it is not that bad. Those are the side effect of the drug cleaning your system. I don't mess my clothes. The solution for the oily spotting is panty liners(women). I went from a size 13 to a 10 within the past month. Then yesterday, I noticed that my new size 10 pants(I bought within the last few weeks and only wore twice) are too big for me now. I do some cardio and sit-ups and I'm still working on my eating habits. Eating healthy and exercising is hard for me. I'm that person who(before I had my first child) never had to exercise and ate what I wanted and still looked good. After having my first child, I lost my figure and it wasn't easy for me to look good anymore without having to actually "work" for it. So, dropping 3-4 inches off my waist line is a "great" change for me. I haven't wore under a size 10 since before I first got pregnant, which was seven years ago. So maybe this drug isn't for everyone.

ALLI - TALK ABOUT SCARY?!
OK.. I just bought the alli diet pill, and everyone at work has told me,.....
You'll poop in your pants! ok, the first day i took alli, i was in the bathroom 3-4x and it was like I had nothing else that would come out!
Alli gave me cramps, and IS THIS STUFF guaranteed!?? Or money back???
Oh great! I just spent about 50 bucks on this and I am literally scared poopless! geeze, I wish I could've read the reviews first too. Darn.. guess I'll try the "Lipovox" so they say its better?? hmmm I'll have to check it out!

Retired, but wanting to still look good!
I wonder if Alli is effective in helping to keep cholestrol under control with all that fat being expelled from the body. Any research on this, or just your thoughts would be interesting?!?!

Alli Don't Work
I have tried alli twice now. the first time using it was horrible. With the runny stools that is. Didn't lose weight. Just had runny stools to where I had to make sure I stayed close to a bathroom. I tried it a second time and was more careful of what I ate. The fat content. The stool thing was better but... still didn't lose weight. Actually... I believe I gained weight. Not worth the cost!

Alli has more side effects than you know
I took alli for two weeks, did everything they said about the calories and fat intake and I actually lost about 8lbs. BUT! I I also had lose bowels that were oily and very bad gas. I also started having heart palpitations. One night I thought I was going to have a stroke or heart attack. Since that night I stoped taking the pills and my chest still feels funny like I'm going to have a panic attack or something. I thought these pills were just supposed to work in your stomach not give you heart problems. So to all thinking of taking them please be CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
#58 - Big-C - 03/04/2008 - 17:27
Worked for me!
The key thing with Alli is that you have to watch your fat grams. I was accustomed to a low-fat diet before taking Alli and so this was not a concern for me. Never had a problem with over-loose bowel movements or anything and I lost 50% more weight per week than I had without Alli.

Of course I was, as I said, on a low-fat diet (30 gms of fat a day maximum) and was exercising 3 - 4 days a week at Curves. However, I averaged 3 pounds a week weight loss while on the product.

You just HAVE to watch what you eat or it won't work.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY
I started to take this pill, took it for four days with my already nutritious meals. I ended up with a three day clusture migraine, diarrhea, and severe vomiting, not to mention the horrid oily gas discharge. I thought I was dying. The worst sixty dollars I ever spent and the biggest scare of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not taken the pill now for five days and I am still sicker than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do Not buy this pill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alli pill
I listened and just read all the reviews, but honestly I got just the opposite results. I started taking Alli on my weekend off due to reports of sudden bowel movements. I took pills for 2 days , I never went to the bathroom once. It actually took me 3 days before I had a bowel movement. I was so constipated. I re-read the instructions again, not difficult to follow, but again same results. Wondering if this has happened to any one else? Now that I stopped taking the pills I'm back to normal.
#61 - Ellen S - 03/05/2008 - 11:53
Alli thumbs up!!!!
I personaly love Alli it has worked for me and I only took it for 2 months and lost a total of 13 lb. and it is now easier for me to continue to loose weight on my own because I now know what a healthy meal is. I think it educates you on how to eat because if you follow the calorie and fat intake and exersize on a daily basis wile taking the pill you know if you are eating healthy. If you consume more fat grams you will get the side effects however you will now the next time you eat the same way or similar you are consuming more fat grams than you are suppose to and in a non healthy way. Like any other diet pill this is just a jump start and some motivation along with some education on how to eat healthy and you should not expect for the pill to do miracles. Also I think that they exagerate when they say you will poop and need to wear black pants...unless you take the pill and think it is ok to eat like a pig because you will not gain weight, but it is not even like that.....

alli warning - take along an extra pair of draws!!!
I\'ve been taking Alli for 1 month and my last. If you think its a poot...its not!!! It\'s a heap of stanking grease in your pantys. Pissess me off. and it stinks. and it takes a good washing to get off. and it\'s not worth $60. I haven\'t lost a thing but plenty of good pants and panties. it gets all over your butt cheeks and between your crack and stinks. I don\'t know a soul who can eat 15 grams of fat per m
