Curvelle is not a good womens fat burner. I have still not yet found one.

Try Curvelle for Cheaper
I just bought a bottle of Curvelle yesterday for $10 at WalMart. It says not to take within 4 hours of sleeping so I took my first serving at 5:30. I usually am ready for bed at 9, but I couldn't fall asleep until 1am. I've taken my next two doses as directed today and I feel very "buzzed" or over-caffeined. I do feel quite full after small meals when I use Curvelle. I wouldn't recommend taking it before supper if you have any intentions of sleeping that night. On the plus side, I get to try it for very cheap. Like any weightloss "aid", I'm sure you need to follow a diet and/or exercise program to see results.

Best Fat Burner
The best fat burner is daily low-intensity cardio (45-60 mins @ heart rate of 120-150 bpm), lean protein, and complex carbs. Cutting down sugars, gluten, and fatty processed meats, along with excess sodium will help you drop weight faster than any pill you can pop. I've done it.
Notice that every diet pill says to combine with diet and exercise. If a pill could really make you lean, you wouldn't have to combine it with the ingredients that will make you lose weight: diet and exercise.
You can do it, and your health is worth it.
