It worked for me

Well all i have to say is that it worked for me Ive done it a couple of times and had great success, I do however, incorporate some consistat physical activity in my daily routine. I have lost a total of about 40 lbs and as long as i dont just sit on my a@@ I keep it off its when you are idol after losing the weight and go back to eating crap as a consistant form ofeedig yourself that it goes south. Yyou dont have to become a vegitarian, or anything just conscious of the amounts and frequency of your meals. I would recomend it to anyone, cant say itll work for you but it did for me.

I've Tried It

and it seems like it works. I paid a fair amount for unlimited access to the diet handbook (rules and extra), beyond calories (a diet different from diet generator), and diet generator (you choose up to 30 different foods and it arranges your selection into an 11 Day Menu. The idea is you follow it for 11 days, and then have 3 cheat days. You can choose to repeat as necessary. The best part is that I can switch between vegetarian and non-vegetarian diets. I have seen results.

This Diet Does Work

This diet did exactly what it said it would for me: in 11 days, I lost 9 lbs., and this was after I had already been dieting for a month & lost 10 lbs, so I know it wasn't water. Additionally, I had started doing Pilates 3 times a week around the same time, so I know I wasn't losing lean muscle. I turned a male friend of mine onto it, & he had the same results, 9 lbs in 11 days, but he's not exactly Mr.Physical Fitness, so he just went on the diet without changing his other habits. I am in my mid fifties, my friend is in his early 60's, so our metabolisms needed a boost, which I think this diet does in fact provide, & is one of it's stated benefits. The whole point, for me, was to really give my diet a serious bump & help me wean myself off the white flour & sugar, which it did, & also not to have to be thinking about food all the time by having the very simple meal plans already printed out. It's only for 11 days,you get to eat 4 times a day, it's all fresh, healthy food from the market that you select yourself as opposed to some of these packaged meal programs, & it absolutely reduced the belly fat that comes with middle age, which was my main area of concern. In all, I have lost 30 lbs. with this diet, used twice, & just generally watching what I eat without overindulging in the stuff I know is bad for me.
