How did these guys get my email address? I hate getting spam and my spam filter must not be working too well. I keep on getting emails about a new product called Green Tea Extreme. Now typically, when I am spammed, I delete the email without question, but for some reason I read through the email. My interest was piqued, to say the least.
I am familiar with green tea and all of its benefits, but what intrigued me most was the marketing of Green Tea Extreme. Now spamming is illegal, it doesn't mean that green tea is innefctive. But making misleading claims, like the ones on the Green Tea Extreme website, should draw some attention from the FDA and FTC.
Here are some misleading morsels of information on the site (written to make you believe they are about Green Tea Extreme):

Oprah Says:“I’m switching to Green Tea”
"America's #1 Selling Green Tea."
With all of the referenced to CNN, CBS, and Oprah, you would think that they gave their official endorsement to Green Tea Extreme, but that is not the case. Just deceptive marketing.
The endorsement was given to Green Tea.
Green Tea extreme contains a blend of green tea, guarana and citrus aurantium which according to the site is "The World's Most Powerful Weight-Loss Combination!" I find these comments laughable.
What bugs me is when a company expects you to buy their product and they don't even show you the supplement facts, or how much of each specific ingredient is in the product. There are also different qualities of Green Teas.
A quality green tea fat based fat burner will indicate just how much of the critical polyphenols, catechins and EGCG it contains. Green Tea Extreme fails to do so. What are they trying to hide? Just the quality of their product - a HUGE deal.
Another red flag that is raised with Green Tea Extreme is its extreme price of $40. Ouch!!
As a bonus, once you purchase Green Tea Extreme, you are enrolled in their Auto-Ship program. That's right - in all of the fine print, they let you know that you will be billed $40 + Shipping every 30 days!

i told them that since i was in my 30 day trial and have not yet expired my trial, i send it back but with ups tracking number cause im not an idiot which i send a product to someone then telling me we didnt get it. so after they got it, it took like 5 days then i got my money back, then one day i got emailed that i was going to be billed, i called them and say what is happening, after they explaied me that if i was charged they will credit to my banking account, what i did , is that since this was too far, i canceled my card and got a new one. i stoped this for once and for all, and if someone is reading this DONT BUY GREEN TEA EXTREME.
I was puzzled by all of the supposed endorsements that contained no link to the actual article. Heh, using an endorsement for green tea in general is rather lame. If they don't *show* the endorsement, don't believe it. This is especially true in the days of YouTube!
