The old Lean System 7 formula used to contain Ephedra and tell you exactly how much of each ingredient they used. They recently changed their formula and now don't disclose the exact quantity of each ingredient. Lean System Seven now uses a "proprietary blend" which leads me to believe that they are trying to hide something.
The old Lean System 7 formula was a great fat burner. You could literally feel it working with every dose. I recently bought a bottle of the new Leans System 7 formula and I can't even begin to tell you how inferior it is to the old formula. The new Lean System 7 is now nothing more than an overpriced caffeine pill.
Lean System 7 contains a lot of caffeine in the form guarana, green tea, and yerba mate (all good weight loss ingredients). But I wouldn't pay more than $5-$10 for a caffeine pill. Lean System 7 costs $45 for a 30 day supply. Lean System 7 does contain one extremely potent fat burner called 7-Keto dhea. Studies on this ingredient when taken in doses of 100mg twice daily have shown that it can reduce bodyweight by 4.4% in 8 weeks when combined with exercise. The placebo group lost only 0.51% bodyweight.
Remember that these results are when 7-Keto dhea is taken at 200mg's/day. Lean System 7's proprietary blend which has the ingredients listed in order of greatest quantity to least has 7-Keto dhea listed second to the bottom next to Bioperine. Bioperine is commonly used in dosages of 2.5-5mg. So all we know is that Lean System Seven contains more than 2.5 mg's of 7-keto dhea. The old formula used to tell us EXACTLY how much 7-Keto was being used. We recommend Hooderma with 7-Keto for supplementation.
The new LeanSystem 7 formula does not tell us and probably for a good reason. It doesn't contain much of the good ingredients that it used to. The proof is in the results we've achieved with the new formula. Which are pretty much non existent. |

My girlfriend also tried Curvelle, by isatori the same guys who make lean system 7. She also had no results. It just made her crampy. What a total waste of money. iSatori used to be a good company, but from what I have read on multiple diet sites, their products have really gone downhill.
