Lipitrex contains green tea extract - a great addition to any weight loss supplement (and it's in 99% of weight loss supplements) the only problem is that Lipitrex contains a low quality green tea extract and it doesn't contain much of it at all (only 100mg) Lipitrex's weight loss formula also contains coleus forskohlii. Some extracts of coleus forskohlii have actually been patented for its ability to help you lose weight AND build lean muscle tissue. Lipitrex does not use the patented extract but nevertheless it's a good addition and used in a proper quantity. Lipitrex also contains two fatty acids:
1,500mg's of CLA. Studies have shown that when you take 4,500mg's of CLA it can decrease body fat in obese subjects. I have personally found CLA to be an effective weight loss ingredient but only when taken at 4,000-5,000mg's daily. Lipitrex weight loss supplement only contains 1,500mg's. Not enough to yield great results.
1,500mg's of PinnoThin -- a Korean pine nut oil. Pinno Thin has been shown to suppress a users appetite by triggering the release of a hormone called cholecystokinin. This hormone is released when a user consumes 3,000mg's. Lipitrex weight loss supplement only contains 1,500mg's.
Lipitrex contains Citrus Aurantium. What is beneficial in citrus aurantium is something called synephrine. Most citrus aurantium extracts are standardized for synephrine. Lipitrex does not contain a standardized extract so you won't get much weight loss benefits from the citrus aurantium in lipitrex.
Finally lipitrex contains guarana standardized for 44mg of caffeine. Most weight loss supplements contain 200-300mg of caffeine per dose. Lipitrex contains only 44mg's.
If you're sensitive to caffeine this is a good thing. But if you want great weight loss results from your diet supplement this is a very bad thing. Each 30 serving bottle of Lipitrex costs $74.99. In order to have any real good weight loss results from Lipitrex you would need to take 3 servings per day. So a 30 day supply would cost you $225.00 (plus s&h).
