Unfortunately lipo 6x did not work for me, though I have heard many people been satisfied from it. I did have extra energy while taking this supplement, but the weight loss was not what I expected, also half of the pills turned brown or yellow (it was kind of grouse), I red that other people had teh same experience. Lipo-6x
I took Lipo-6x for only 3 days. I was consistant in extreme exercise for over a week, and I felt that it started to slim me down faster than what I was without supplements. But on my 3rd day of Lipo-6x I was in a hurry to be somewhere early in the morning, and was unable to eat breakfast (probably not a smart thing to do with diet pills). I came home a few hours later, close to lunch and made myself a sandwhich. Now, unless putting food in my stomach after so long of not eating caused me to become sick, then I think I had a bad reaction to the pill. I have skipped a meal before while on diet pills, not eating until my next meal, and I have never had that problem before.

Works great
I started taking these 3 weeks ago and have droped 6 lbs and was able to bring my body fat % down to 9.5% from 13%. I do have a very strenuous training schedule and eat a very strict diet. I found that these pills gave me extra energy and helped me acheive the results I had expected from them. I would recommend them.

I've been taking Lipo 6x for about 5 days now. I started off by taking one pill when I woke up, and one pill around 3p.m. So far I feel great. I was taking Zantrex a few months ago(I didn't expect them to work for weight-loss, nor did they. I was taking them for energy so I could workout longer) and had that jittery bouncing off the walls kind of energy with those, which I didn't like.
Lipo 6x gives me more energy that feels natural, not the spaz kind. It has been supressing my appetite extremely well, I haven't been hungry at all and am actually forcing myself to eat. I would like to stress one thing about these pills though, you NEED to be eating enough while your on them! If you don't you will get light-headed and possibly faint. I was busy and had to go shopping and didn't have time to eat the other day and I almost passed out at the store. After I ate I felt fine. I've lost three pounds so far, but I can't say if that it is from the pills because I haven't been on them long enough. I feel really good about Lipo 6x, I've read tons of reviews for it that were mostly positive and my brother said they worked really well for him.
Pros:supresses your hunger,gives you energy
Cons:can make you pass out if you don't eat with them
P.s- I'm only taking half of the recommended dose(4 pills per day). I will start taking the full dose next week.

I HAVE TAKEN LIPO6 FOR 2 MONTHS NOW, AND I HAVE LOST 12 POUNDS. THAT IS WITH A STRICT DIET, AND WORK N OUT 5 TO 6 DAYS A WEEK. THE ONLY THING THAT I DONT LIKE ABOUT IT IS IT MADE MY ACNE WORSE, AND I HAD A HEAVIER PERIOD, OTHER THAN THAT, BUT WHEN I CYCLED OF THE ACNE WENT AWAY. SO OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD RECOMMED THIS PRODUCT TO ANY ONE. PLEASE IF UR GONNA TAKE A FAT BURNER U MUST INCOPORATE SOME TYPE WORKOUT ROUTINE, AND CHANGE UR DIET.

i started taking Lipo6 last Sept. 30 2009 and my first two days i took two pills a day and was great i was so energetic … got intense work out. Then i took three pills for the next two days and then my fifth day i took 4 pills… then i noticed that i got headache but i dunno if this was the result of the pills. anybody could tell me… and i experiencing cold sweating.
