Unfortunately there are so little of each ingredient, that I would be wasting my time in telling you what they do. I mean the only ingredient that is close to a decent serving is the Chromium, and you can get a pure Chromium pill for around $6.
One of the things that Nueslim-19 fails to tell you is that even though each bottle contains 30 pills, I imaging that you would need to take 3 pills 3 times daily which would make each bottle purchased a 3 day supply. For a month supply, you are looking at buying around 10 bottles, which would set you back around $100 . For that money, there are So Many other products that are 100 times more effective.
To make things short, please don't buy this product. Stay far, far away. There is a reason why the big players such as Hydroxycut, Phenterfein, Leptoprin, and Ephedrasil have been so extremely successful.
