Relacore PM

I have been using Relacore PM for a little while now, and I have noticed some weight loss, and some of the bloating from my stomach has gone down, its not an amazing change, but it does help a little. I dont think I would buy it again just because it was advertised to be WAY better than it is, and its more expensive than some other things that Ive used that did work even better! So I guess I would say that its mediocre at best.

i STARTED USING THE RELACORE PM ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE HAD NOTICABLE REDUCTION IN THE WAIST AREA. i AM VERY HAPPY AT THIS RATE I WILL BE SUPER FINE FOR SUMMER. AS LONG AS I TAKE AS DIRECTED IT WORKS.:-D

:-D I have been taking Relacore PM for 11 days now. Cant say I've lost any weight. But I will say I sleep alot better. I used to take Tylenol Pm to sleep and other weight loss pills to loose weight. Relacore does both it helps me not to eat late at night. I love it! And for those of you who aren't water drinkers I tell you what, Water has never taste so good. It's to soon to see any results. So I will leave another review in a few months.

:-)I have been using Relacore PM for three weeks now and have lost 9 pounds. The results are amazing espeically in my tummy area. I also work out and drink 8 glasses of water a day. I get alot better sleep as well. I'm a believer and will keep using it :)

I used it for about a year and lost 25 pounds. Plain and simple. I don't work out.

This probably more a question for users. I used the old regular Relacore (they discontinued it) two and a half years ago with amazing results. It was a calming compound, made me think clearer, lifted depression and I also lost a lot of weight, somewhere around 30 pounds (I never weighed myself, but came down from size 12/14 to 8, (I even had size 6 and 4 outfits, jeans and dresses that fit). I didn't need to lose any more weight, but wanted to still keep the other benefits and keep using Relacore, but they discontinued it! I tried the Relacore Xtra, but it never had quite the same effects. I ended up having to go on antidepressants because Relacore Xtra wasn't helping, went manic on them (I don't recommend psych meds, but that's just my humble oppinion), went manic on antidepressants, was put on Lithium (what a nigthmare) and gained 50+ pounds on it, became a solid size 16. Now the drug nightmare is over, I found a micronutrient treatment, called Empower Plus from true Hope and the calming effects and mood lifting/ energizing effects are similar to the old Relacore. I have lost some weight, too. I am now a solid size 14, but would like to lose more (I have a decent diet and I exercise, just need that extra boost that Relacore gave me two years ago). I don't want to buy Relacore Xtra since it didn't work. but I want to try Relacore PM, does anyone else find Relacore Xtra not as effective as the old Relacore? Also do you find Relacore PM more effective than Relacore Xtra?

My son and I had been taking Relacore for a few years. It helped with our anxiety disorder; although, when they took the DHEA out of it, it hasn't worked as well. Both of us have gained between 5 to 10 pounds in a little over 2 months; I believe this is because our energy levels are lower. It still helps with anxiety, but not as well; I seem to get anxious more easily lately. I am not sure what else they took out or reconfigured when they changed their ingredients, but I think the DHEA should be put back in. I don't think we will continue to use Relacore; I can't logically use a product that doesn't do what I need it to do. Maybe, they will realize their mistake and change back to their original formula.

I use Relacore AM Xtra Strenght and PM. They help me to keep the anxiety down, I have more energy during the day, I sleep better, they reduce PMS symptoms, my abdominal area looks flatter and, lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks...My goal is to reach my confortable- healthy weight 125 lbs. I really recommend both products!
