I took Seathin for about 4-5 months and definitely saw a difference in my waist. I lost about 10 pounds, but I was also doing 2 15-minute cardio sessions per day (6 days a week) in addition to 2 gym visits/week. I only slightly changed my diet, but not by much. There is a statement on the bottle that says you may not see results until after 6 weeks of taking the product -- this was TRUE. But after that, I started losing. Just couldn't afford to keep taking it or I would have.
