SensiClear Acne Treatment System Review

Same story different product? That is how I feel when I watch the SensiClear ads. There seems to be a pretty fine line between SensiClear and Proactiv. They both have gobs of "Celebrity" endorsements, a 3-step acne treatment kit, and an unlimited advertising budget.

It is true that celebrities sell product, but what it all comes down to is whether or not SensiClear works. Judging by the list of ingredients I don't see how it could be a good acne treatment kit. Many other sites are calling SensiClear a "cheap Proactiv clone", the "K-Mart version" of Proactiv solution.

It is crazy at how cheap this stuff is which makes you wonder.

A big concern of mine has always when companies charge you a really cheap price (for a crappy product), and automatically enroll you in their auto-ship programs. Companies make it EXTREMELY difficult for "Members" to get out of these programs. Some companies go as far as charging you a penalty for terminating your membership.

Well, just be warned that if you buy SensiClear, you are enrolled in their "Membership Program".

Why even bother? Look below at the top rated acne treatments.

bruunhause

Bruunhause™– Advanced Hydronium H3O Acne Gel. Bruunhause intensive acne solution was developed by a medicinal laboratory that researches & develops internal and topical acne cures. What makes Bruunhause so unique is that it uses a combination of Mother Nature's most powerful herbal acne treatments in the world's first H 3 O hydronium based solution. The end result is, in our oppinion, the most powerful topical acne treatment ever developed. Bruunhause was the only acne treatment to receive a 100/100 on acne fighting power. There are rumors that it may contain the prescription ingredient Adapalene (a topical retinoid approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 1996) which has one bad side effect of drying out the skin. We don't believe these rumors since Bruunhause works without drying out the users face one bit. We believe these rumors only surfaced because of the extreme effectiveness of Bruunhause. It is expected to be taken off the market so finding bottles in the U.S. is rare. --

Sensiclear = UGH!!
Sensiclear made my face red and peel. I even use a moisturizer with it! I've been using it for a month and my acne is going away but i think red skin is worse then having acne, and when you combine them you really are in bad shape. (that's what happened to me) and no amount of makeup seems to help. sensaclear really didn't work for me.

SensiClear worked for me
Hi All
In response to SensiClear - I have used it and it really worked for me: After 10 years of Cystic Acne I was completely over all of the acne products on TV and in the stores. Every time I used a product it seemed like my skin got better for a few days (giving me false hope) and then either returned to normal or got worse. I decided to give SensiClear a try after a particularly bad breakout and I have been really impressed. My skin got better after the first 3 days or so and its now 3 weeks on and still getting better, so yes, it dies work for some people!

SensiClear Acne
Another company that spends their money on celebrity endorsements instead of reasearch & development. It looks like a copycat of proactiv.

This SensiClear product probably costs $5 to make and they have to sell it for $75 to cover their endorsement fees. Usually bottles cost more than the ingredients for these companies.

I'll pass on SensiClear. THeres AFFORDABLE acne treatements that work. Like walmart brand benzoyl peroxide gel, on the spot acne treatment, Biodermazen, AcneFree.

SensiClear
I'm on my 3rd week of using SensiClear. I really don't know what to say; other than it seemed to be working the first week but now I'm getting little bumps along the bottom of both sides of my face. I will try it for another week. If it doesn't improve, I will discontinue using it.

Sensiclear didn't work
I ordered the "free" 30-day trial of Sensiclear hoping that I finally found a product that would work for me. I used it for two weeks, and it only made my skin worse. Not only did it not work, but now I am enrolled in their automatic shipping program and it has been a pain trying to cancel the membership. They care more about making money than making a good product. I do not recomend Sensiclear.

Sensiclear
I was just watching the commerical for sensiclear and it looks like an amazing product...just the fact that janice dickinson was promoting it, and i am trying to get into an agency but my skin holds me back. I never get acne on my cheeks, which is promoted alot on the commercial.I did not see any for zits ont the chin and forehead.I now hav slight scaring and active spots consntalty...i just want a product that will work. I have spend thoasands on looking for one

Sensiclear
I also ordered the free 30 day trial. I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. It seemed to be working the first few days. However I have had severe break outs especially on one side of my face. Worse than when I wasn't using the product. I wanted it to work so bad. I'll give it another 2 weeks...if the break outs don't clear up I will discontinue the product. BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD!!!!

unsure
I ordered this product for my son to try but do not see a lot of improvement yet. We are willing to continue to see what the final result will be at the end of the 30 day free trial. The thing that bothers me is that you cannot cancel orders on line but you can order on line. I need to cancel future orders because they are debiting my account without warning. Don't get caught up in this vicious cycle....use a prepaid m/c or visa so you won't get stuck paying if the product does not work as well as you expected.

I love this stuff!
I have tried so many other things (including Proactiv) that just don't work or make my skin so dry I can't continue using the product. I've been using Sensiclear twice a day for less than a week and I can see major improvement in my skin. My husband can see the difference too. I'm very pleased with the product.

I got the trial and immediately cancelled the revolving shipment just because I like to buy things when I need them instead of them just coming in the mail. I didn't have any trouble doing so. Proactiv enrolls you in the same kind of thing. I don't think Sensiclear is doing anything different than anybody else in online and tv advertising of skin care products. Even Bare Minerals enrolls you in the "club" crap.

I will definitely buy Sensiclear again...probably on eBay.

SensiClear
I have been using SensiClear for a little over a month and its been working just fine for me. After about 3 days when i first started using it i could seriosly see a difference.
Most of my breakouts are on my chin and forehead and they're sort of clear. My acne isn't 100% gone but its clearing up alot faster with Sensiclear than any other product that i have used.
#10 - Layne - 11/13/2008 - 20:05
Sensiclear
I have been using it for over a month, it initially gave me a false sense of success, but time showed that it made my face worse. I started having severe pimples on one side of my face, I havent had that in years.. I quit using it and I am going back to proactive.
#11 - Donald - 12/06/2008 - 16:01
.....
I used SensiClear for a whole month & i noticed that my skin wasnt as oily but i still had bad breakouts and never saw any results.... shouldnt have wasted my time on ordering the product......
#12 - Megan - 12/06/2008 - 22:43
Sensiclear works for me
I have been using sensiclear for about a year now. It works really well. I used to use Proactiv and it worked in the beginning but eventually it began to have the opposite effect and start to give me terrible breakouts. I had to stop using it. Sensiclear is also more affordable than Proactiv.
#13 - Nicole - 12/25/2008 - 01:43
proactive
the first year i used it, it worked great. but then i stopped for a few months. Went back on it and my acne got worse! I use to think proactive was the greatest thing now Ive lost hope in it. I opted for the cheaper choice acne free and so far so good. still get break outs but not as many as my 2nd round on proactive. the lotion of acne free is like water though and the toner (personally) can only be used every other day.. maybe i'd get better effects if i were more consistent and didnt smoke .. haha over all im satisfied. boo proactive! you were so good to me what happen?:( haha ..

Sensiclear
To be very honest ...I never really had ance. I am 43years olds and I started getting acne near my chin area. I just started using the product on 11/04/09. I brought it from a local drug store. I wash my face with products that have sal icylic acid , which works on my skin. I am a AA woman. You have to know what products work for your type of skin. I was going to try Proactiv...but I couldn't find it in the store and I didn't have time to wait. I took a chance on sensiclear and it is working. My skin cleared up. It is important to understand that stress is a factor with bad skin. I wish I could up load a picture...because I would love for everyone to see the changes.
Bad skin can really affect your self - esteem. Sometimes you have to develop your own method of usage when using acne skin clear products. I don't follow the directions to the tee.

You have to know you own skin and your diet. I will be back to give an update on my skin. So far so good. :-D

sensiclear kit
So I bought this product about a year or so ago. I never had a bad acne issue until I got older. Age does that I guess..but here is the thing. I don't have to use it everyday. It is amazing enough that I have recommended it to friends and family. I cant tell you how much it works for the really bad stuff but if you do not use to much at a time it works wonders. I did get the red skin that I have read some others have experienced..so I just cut back on the amount i was using.. I little bit really does go a long long way!

Try it....
