Let's take a look at the ingredients in Slim SeductionT
Yerba Mate & Gurana - Both of these products contain a bit of caffeine. I read that these product slow down the digestive process, which may make you feel full for a longer time after eating.
Calcium
Advantra Z® - Studies are still being done to see whether Advantra Z®, or "bitter orange", has any fat burning effectiveness. (It is expensive so they throw it in there in order to mark up the price on their product.)
Dandelion - An extremely mild diuretic, which means you will have to pee, but not that much. Diuretics help detoxify your liver.
Green Tea - You can find tons of reviews on the effectiveness of Green Tea as it relates to weight loss. When combined with caffeine, Green Tea is an effective fat burner.
Cayenne - There have been studies done that at extremely high dosages, cayenne may increase the metabolic rate. Unfortunately, you don't get that high dosage here, so it is pretty useless in this formula.
Guggul - There is some evidence that Guggul (Guggulsterones) increases metabolic rate by stimulating thyroid hormones. This has been proven to be effective for some people but not for everybody.
Niacin - The only thing that niacin is good for is regulating your blood sugar level. Any claims by Slim Seduction to the contrary are total crazy talk.
Chromium - Chromium has been shown to help reduce cravings for sweet or sugared foods. I look for a diet pill with a good dosage of chromium, because sweets are my weakness. Again, there is not an effective amount of chromium to make a difference.
Overall, Slim SeductionT is a below-average formula that contains trace amounts of ingredients that my help you out. I would be wary of any company whose main form of marketing is sending spam emails to you every day. Slim Seduction
I have been on the Slim Seduction diet pills for about 2 1/2 weeks now, I started out taking only 2 pills a day say for the first 4 days, then switched to 4 per day, the bottle recommends talking 6 per day (I have never taken that much). It's been approx 2 1/2 weeks and I get a headache within an hour of taking them. I ended up having a doctors appt. today to have an anemia profile repeated and had my blood pressure taken, it was very high, the dr referred to it as being at a hypertension level. Basically what I am saying is that before taking the pills my blood pressure was always normal. She mentioned that I should stop taking them immediately because they were doing something terrible to my blood pressure, which was causing the headaches. While on the pills I didn't notice any appetite suppressants nor did it kick the cravings. I didnt feel anything out of the normal except the headaches, no energy boost or anything. Another issue that makes me mad is the fact that when I went on the website to order the 21 day FREE trial the website says all you pay is like $3.79 for shipping but when it was all said and done the website somehow tricks you into ordering 3 bottles which the total came to a little over $92.00. I called the company and spoke with a very nice representative and she claimed that I could try the product for 6 weeks and send back the unused portion for a full refund minus the shipping so I plan to send them back in the next few days. I have read posts on the internet about the same thing happening to other consumers, being charged a bogus amount and having problems getting a refund when they sent the product back. I will keep you all informed, but as a consumer I would say beware of these pills, granted that I have only taken them for a little over 2 weeks but the experience has not been any bit of good all the way around.

Threatened with Fraud
My wallet was recently stolen from my office. Last week I receive an email from this company about an order and stating I would be charged $49.00 a month. I emailed back that I had not ordered and please cancel. A few days ago, I recieved a package from GNS and wrote refused on it and dropped it off at the Post Office. Today when activating my new credit card I learned that a $3.97 charge was transferred from the cancealled card. The Bank gave me the phone number for GNS. I called and was told that I had to retrieve the package from the Post Office and pay to send it back and that I was going to be charged with fraud. They had to tell me what the product was. This does not sound like a reputable company to me.

I ordered this after seeing the "trial offer". I was willing to give it a try. I did not have a good reaction to the product though. I felt like I was on some kind of extreme sugar high, it gave me the shakes and it made me ill to my stomach. I called the company and spoke with a person who was helpful and took care of everything. I shipped the unused portion back to them and have not been charged anything else. I am out of the first shipping charge and what I paid to have it send back, but it's better than the alternative.

Ladies, thanks for your input and sorry for your experiences with yet another bogus product. I too was going to order it, but, I DO NOT NEED headaches, etc. !!! Forget JennieC's program as well. They just charge you to buy their smaller portion pre-packaged food AND you still have to prepare it. Think we are all capable of measuring and quanity cutting. I did try God's diet: eat only what you can pick, dig or (sorry) kill, ie chicken, beef, in proportion. You will feel healthier. AND remember we ARE all beautiful and God's children!

I have cancer
I,too,was ripped off by this company. I ordered these pills on a trial basis and found out that I had breast cancer. I was unable to contact them to cancel the order due to having my surgery and recovering at a son's home. I tried to explain this to them and that I didn't have access to a computer and all they would say to me was that I had to prove I had cancer. Why would I lie about a thing like that. Anyway, I turned them into the BBB because they charged me for 2 mos even though I sent the package back. They paid me, only half and claim they never received the original package plus they insisted that all packages are destroyed once returned. I asked them how could I prove it was returned when they claim it was destroyed. Anyway, they still won't refund me the rest of my money plus they still insist I prove my having cancer. They refuse to answer any e-mails sent and ignore my phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

Well, I had got an email and I decided to see what it was about, so I ordered a bottle and it suppose to increase your libido and help you lose weight. I've been taking them for almost 2 weeks and I have been getting headaches and it doesn't say anything that it will cause you to have an infection. I went to the doctor and showed him the diet pills and he told me that they do have side effects and that headacheas and infections are some of the effects. What Crap
I sent an email to the company because on the bottle it tells you can contact them. My energy level is the same and I noticed a change in mood swings big time. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK
Not only does this product not work, they still charged my card even after I cancelled my "free" 21 day supply. I returned the remaining pills by the date I was supposed to and it still didn't matter. I am awaiting a credit. We'll see. The charge never should have happened in the first place. My bank said that a dispute would be pointless since I ordered the product in the first place. Save yourself the hassle and don't get sucked into this scam.
The person who said "simply call 800..." obviously did not have to deal with this company. I wouldn't be surprised if they worked for the company and were trying to save face. This company is a complete rip off. There's nothing SIMPLE about the process at all. All they do is take your money and claim "the computer says we didn't receive your package". Why would the United States Postal Service guarantee a package and then NEVER deliver the package. These people need to be stopped and I want to know how. I will do everything in my power to shut this company, and the annoying, not polite, liars who work for the company, down.
I was sick while taking the pills. They did not help me loose weight, or ward off cravings. I took them exactly as directed, excercised daily and changed my diet to try and lose weight. If anything, I gained weight.
If anyone else wants to join me in bringing the company down and has any ideas what to do please let me know! This is my third post, on the third site I've found. I will not stop until the company doesn't exist... or until I get ALL of my money back.

This product does not work - part 2
This is my second post. I cancelled my order and was still charged for it. I have been awaiting a credit for two weeks now that should have only taken 3-5 days. While checking my account every day for the credit, I found another $39.95 taken out of my account. When I called to ask about it they told me that it was noted in my account that I had called back in to "uncancel" my order. Why would I do that after I have already cancelled and requested my money back? They had sent out an auto-ship that I received yesterday and when I called to get a RA# they told me that auto-ships cannot be returned, only exchanged for another product. Do I really want another product? No, I think not. I have filed two different claims with my bank to dispute these charges. The bank has already refunded my money and they are going after this awful company. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the hassle and don't fall into this trap. I thought it couldn't happen to me until it did.

I appreciate all the previous reviews. I wish I had read them before ordering the 'free trial' of Slim Seduction. I ordered the one 'free' bottle for the cost of shipping and handling only. What a joke. Within about 10 days they had sent me 3 bottles. I was concerned about being charged for these extra bottles so I called. (They are so nice and pleasant when you call). I explained that I had somehow mistakenly been sent two extra bottles; that I had only called and ordered their free trial offer. She was sooo nice and said I could keep my free trial and simply send the others back. She was so sorry about the mistake. I was told that the only charge to my card would be the shipping and handling of the original order. Wouldn't you know that when my next month's credit card statement came that I had been charged $39.99 each for the two extra bottles they sent me. Of course I called immediately and those of you who have been through this know the rest. They didn't recieve my returned product. They had no record of my calling and talking to anyone. I had signed up for the auto ship, etc. I called my credit card and they are investigating this for me. I have to say that the actual product does give me energy and a 'feel good' boost. But, it doesn't help me lose weight. In fact, I seem to crave carbs more... Stay away from Slim Seduction. It's not worth the hassle!

I got their email and watched their video then quickly sent the link to my bf, thought that this might be a helpful suplement along with our working out! But something clicked on me and I decided to google some reviews of this product. I am so glad I did it! BTW, another diet pill, Hoodia, didn't work for me either. I spent nearly $200 to get 6 bottles and I take it every single day for three months, I didn't notice any change, not at all. I found good review about it and bought it but boy....it just doesn't work for me. I think eat less and jog more would be the final solution after all these searching and trying for different diet pills ... they have broken my heart quite a few times, while working out always seem work.

I am very nervous now
I just ordered the product today and of course they did not show the total til after everything went through, the total is almost $365.00. I was shocked. I instantly called the company to cancel because i know my husband will freak for spending that much money. First i tried to see if i could break the total into payments they said "i'm sorry the order has already been processed and sent out there's nothing we can do except when you get your order send it back and we will refund your account" Well i went to the bank and they couldn't do anything either because it was a debit card. They said they will reverse the overdraft fee, because i don't have that kind of money. It was one of those things where things kept popping up saying this is a great deal if you buy this way and i fell for it. I am so nervous now after reading all of these horrible reviews. Boy Im glad my credit card was not excepted
Boy I really fell for these pills too. I placed order on line but never received a confermation as if was order was placed. Do I happened to call and when I asked my name was in there system but card info. failed . Lady said that for some reason 3 numbers on back of card didn't match with address. she suggested for me o check with my bank ,so order was never placed. Boy now that I read all this Im so glad my card did not go thru. That had to be God saving me from all this hassle. I pray that im not in there system.

slim seduction-only pay shipping for 1st bottle? NOT
My only problem with them was the disception on the shipping for the first bottle. Only pay shipping for trial offer. Not what happened. I told them to ship regular mail, but when my pills came it was sent rush for 13.00, instead of like 3 or 4. Then if I decided to keep them it would be around 50.00 all together. I thought these better work. I can say there must be something good in them. In two months I lost 15 pounds and that was only taking 2 once a day instead of 3 twice a day. Hate to hear others had no luck!

terrible unbending policies - watch your $
I called to cancel my product right after ordering it because I read all the "deals" that automatically come with the "free" trial. They said the free trial was already shipping and they couldn't stop it but they cancelled my order. They asked that I send back the bottle once I receive it. I still have not received it and they are charging me because I am not sending it back. Stay away from this company! I have no idea if the product works or not but nothing is worth dealing with the one sided policies they have in place!

The Pills Work But The Company's A Scam
I sent away for the pills about a month ago their working but the company that sent them to me has charged my credit card four times for the same shippment so the free first shippment is bull. What was sappose to cost me only 3.95 ended up being $129. and now I'm fighting them for a refund. They hear refund and automaticly try and sent you more product as compinsation I just want my money back. Being a little overweight isn't worth the headache or the time you wast trying to get your money back.

I just received 2 bottles from the "free trial" ad. I had $4.06 left on a Am Express gift card,so I thought "What the h**l, I'll give it a try. After reading these reveiws, I'm not going to take it. I'm very surprised that my order went through on a gift card. I wrote "Gift Card" where they ask for 'name on card'. It should be interesting when they try to charge the card for the next shipment, as it now has 0.07 left on it. Serves them right!!! Ha Ha Ha!!!

I am writing to say I am a victim of the false advertisement of slim seduction. I had the ad pop up in my email and the cost was 3.95 for shipping and handling for a 60 day supply. I decided to try them for 30 days so I ordered them. The next day i had the s/h charge. I received the product and by the next week I had been charged 79.80 from my account with no authorization to deduct this charge. I called and spoke with a representative who was extremely rude to me. I immediately package the items up and sent them back with a confirmation of receipt to the return address. Now a 6wks later I have still not received my credit to my account for the 79.80. I am extremely upset and have filled out my papers from my bank for fraugulent deductions from an unauthorized user to my account. I will not give up until the people behind this product are prosecuted for stealing money from others with their false advertisements. Tracy-Oklahom

I believe everthing i am hearing about this product
and now I am stuck with another bottle of pills that are not worth anything. You realy want to believe that the product will work. My diabetes is related to my weight. If i can drop 50 pounds I can get off meds for sugar. Its hard when you put faith in a product like this. They put enough ingredints to list them but not enough to actualy work.

My complaint is that the whole company is screwed up. You can't talk to a "live' person without waiting for at least 30 prior calls, or use their voice mailbox. They never return calls. They don't answer e-mails except with those stupid form letters which don't solve anything with their help lists to click on. I almost never got them to accept my credit card, and now I wish they hadn't. I didn't know about this web site until tonight.

OK. I agree with everything I have seen and no I did not research before I ordered. However I have done everything that they have asked me to ACCEPT......In trying to fax the copy of my receipt that I returned the product there is no answer at the fax numbers they ring for about 3 minutes and then hangs up. You call back and it busy....here are the fax numbers that I have: Legal Department Bob Bell (I doubt it true) 303-420-0661 or 720-542-7390. My only saving grace is that I used a preload debit card so there is no money on it unless I load it and well since this I closed this one and now have a different one. But I will not stop trying to get these people for everyone else. I might have an edge in that I am getting my Bachelors in Criminal Justice. So lets see if I can make a difference.

i am glad i didnt order this product. for those of you looking for a recomendation for a diet pill, i took slim quick extreme for 3 months, and i lost 26 lbs. after the 3 months i found it stopped working, but hey... i'm still 26 lbs less then i used to be. just make sure that you drink lots of water, and try not eating after supper.

I oredered slim seduction on a credit card, fortunately one that i could close (which i did) and get another one. I took these pills as directed and on the third i broke out in a rash, mostly on my legs, chest and arms. I stopped taking them to see if that is what caused it. When i saw that not even 2 weeks after getting my 'free' trial, my card was being billed $79, what kind of crap is that. Luckily i could close my card so they don't have one to bill me...so thats one for me with these rip off companies. I don't understand how they all get away with this crap. Acei Berries is another rip off. Good luck and if anyone experienced a rash let me know.

I called on the 20th day to tell them I didn't like the product and wanted to return it. The guy I spoke with convinced me to keep them another 30 days, with the right to return for a full return before that 30 days is up. I went out of town, thought about it, returned and decided I wanted to return the product anyways for a refund. Well, they didn't have the previous phone call logged and basically told me that I didn't call in and that my return period had expired and I was stuck with the product. I was LIVID!!!! For the one stupid time I didn't take the person's name down, this happens of course, Murphy's Law.
So, now I'm stuck with all this CRAP that they refused to accept.
I wish I had heard of this website before I bought this sh*t, well lesson learned.

In addition, this credit card thing is a total scam. The trial is NOT free. The trial starts the day your order is processed, and it takes 7 days to get to you. Then you have to ship the unused product back to them- at your expense- before the 21 days are up, if you want to cancel! So you get to "try" it for a grand total of about 5 days of the 21. After 21 days, your credit card is charged the FULL AMOUNT of the bottles- 79.90! (I did not ask for two bottles.) This even though I called and emailed before the 21 days were up. They said the bottles had to be returned to them- with delivery confirmation- before the 21 days or I'd be charged. They did say that if they got the bottles before the 30th day, the charges would be reversed, but after seeing these reviews, I wholly doubt it!
I asked the lady on the telephone if she liked her job. She wouldn't answer me.

I tried them only b/c i thought it was a free trial. When I called to cancel my autoship she said I will be billed over $60 or something for the pills and I had to send them back to not be charged. I was like heck no. It didn't say that on the website. They should make it clear that it is a "trial period" not a free trial. All they do is delay the charge. it is so stupid. I canceled the credit card that i used so now they can't charge me the $60 even if I don't return them. Everyone says the company says they don't ever receive them anyway. I'm glad already canceled my card!

Can we do anything to stop this, so noone else gets hurt or what?
I was sick while taking the pills. They did not help me loose weight, or ward off cravings. I took them exactly as directed, excercised daily and changed my diet to try and lose weight. If anything, I gained weight.
If anyone else wants to join me in bringing the company down and has any ideas what to do please let me know! This is my third post, on the third site I've found. I will not stop until the company doesn't exist... or until I get ALL of my money back.

P.S. When you return any item back to the company I suggest paying the extra couple of dollars to get a tracking number so that you have proof that you sent it back.
