According to “The Burn” official website we are told some pretty new information – that “The Burn” is “simply the most sought out product on the market.” Did you know? I didn’t, and I have been doing this for quite a while! I highly doubt that every single person who is looking for a diet pill is specifically searching for “The Burn”. You have to admire the company’s boldness. Actually you don’t – it is the hype machine in full effect.
Let’s take a look at the ingredients and see if any of this self-proclaimed hype can be substantiated:
Synephrine - Many researchers feel that Synephrine, or Citrus Aurantium, which is found in many ‘Ephedra Free’ fat burners, may be a good ephedra alternative mainly because it is a very strong stimulant.
Yohimbine - New research shows it that Yohimbine may be an effective antioxidan. Yohimbine also acts as a vasodilator, which means that it increases blood flow to the extremities and appendages.
Evodiamine - Evodiamine is a bioactive alkaloid extract from a plant called Evodiae Fructus. This is a Chinese herb named Wu-Chu-Yu that Chinese herbalist have used for centuries as a weight loss supplement.
Caffeine Anhydrous – The most potent and purest form of caffeine currently available. Caffeine is the most widely used supplement because it provides a quick boost of energy, helps us focus and increases our body’s thermogenic level.
Di-Caffeine Malate – Caffeine combined with Malate. Another stimulant used for the same reasons listed above.
Guggulsterones E&Z - Guggul has an effect on thyroid metabolism and cholesterol management. Unfortunately the guggulsterones used in the burn are a very low quality and 95% less effective than other grades available.
L-Taurine Ethyl Esther HCL – L-Taurine is important for metabolism. The adult body naturally makes L-Taurine.
Naringin – Naringin is an anti-oxidant that is found in grapefruits.
Bioperine – Essentially it is black pepper extract. Black pepper aids the body by acting as a thermogenic.
Phosphatidylserine - It claims to boost brain function.
Daidzein – A soy extract that aids as an anti-oxidant.
“The Burn” is a typical thermogenic, that has some decent ingredients, but totally lacks the amount in each serving to be really effective. I wouldn’t recommend “The Burn” , nor would I waste my money on this product.
