I just bought it yesterday bc the guy at GNC told me this is the newest fatburnet. He said it works so hopefully it does. I am just aiming to lose 10 pounds. I been researching online and there are no good reviews It so far. So I am quite skeptical the fact that it's new and there are hardly any good reviews on it. My plan is to to take one everyday an hour before I work out so I won't have rapid heart beats. So I am hoping to see what kind of result I can get in 2 week. Just taking this step by srep before I make the judgement on this or go hardcore.

I have been taking this for about 6-7 weeks and have lost about 20 pounds and notice a huge difference in the way I feel and how my clothes fit me. I have not had any significant side effects but sometimes I need to take a break for a couple days. On the days off I feel very tired and take time for lots of rest. Then when I start back I use the minimum dosage and work my way back up. Sometimes on my first day off I might have a headache from stopping cold turkey so I will take one and the headache goes away. I think the big trick is to listen to your body and trust how you are feeling. This product has worked out great for me!
