slimquick cleanse
slimquick cleanse doesn't work.
I recently gained 12 pounds. decided to try slimquick cleanse in the hopes of losing some quick weight when i couldn't fit into my skinny jeans.
after taking the entire bottle of slimquick cleanse I lost just 1 out of those 12 pounds.
slimquick cleanse is hype... not hope.

Today is my second day on Slimquick Cleanse. Suprisingly I did not have any of the side effects (diarreha, cramps, energy) i feel absolutely normal. i guess the only good thing is that i dont feel hungry for the last 2 days, but i haven't lose any pounds yet.

Slimquick Colon Cleanse
I have completed the Slimquick Colon Cleanse program twice (two different occassions). I found that the pills were easy to swallow compaired to Hydroxycut Colon Cleanse. I did not see a weight loss but there was a more positive colon expulsion responce with Slimquick then there was with Hydroxycut.

I loved this product. No side effects (compared to so many pills I tried before.... hydroxycut, rapidcuts, etc).
I lost 4 post the first week, and then I continued with the regular slimquick.... another 4 pounds in a week! In total, I lost 10 pounds in a month! I love it :)

I started Slimquick Cleanse six days ago and I have lost 5.2lbs. The meal plan was not hard to follow. I substitute my own food for some but the calories were identical. I exercised four times so far and it has worked good for me. I plan to use the regular slimquick next.

the first time i took this cleanse i lost 5lbs in a week. i really didn\'t eat for the first 2 days due to lack of appetite and finally, after headaches and cramps, i broke down and got some food at the end of day 3. it wasn\'t healthy food but it was a small portion and i ended up having loose stool soon following so i felt like it wasn\'t in my system long. i didn\'t mind the cleanse cause i felt really clean and light after that week. i didn\'t feel huge or heavy like i did before taking it. i felt refreshed in a way.
this is my second time on it currently and this is my third day and i feel that ive hit a wall. bad cramps and headaches and no energy today but the first day i took it i felt like i could keep going and going...which i did. walked the dogs 2 miles, ran up and down the steps doing laundry, and then did a mile on the elliptical machine- which lemme tell you- after going up the steps once- i\'m done! so the energy was FABULOUS! but now ive hit that wall and im pushing through the rest of the week. within the first two days ive lost 2lbs but it was majority water weight- loose stools since day 2 which i think is expected since its cleaning you out... but overall- i dont mind using this product.

this is my first day taking. no side affects so far but does
anyone out there have any comments about whether or not you can choose your own healthy food to eat instead of following the meal plan that comes with the pills? I plan on staying with the same amount of calories that the plan recommends but i don't like all of the foods listed. also, has anyone had any success using a wii fit while doing this program?

this is my first day starting the cleanse,and after taking the four pills in the daytime i had really bad chest pain. i just really hope this product will work. the only thing that the pill has done for me so far is make me not want to eat.

I did the slimquick cleanse and was satisfied with my results. The first 3 days I had lots of energy but no cleansing. After the 3rd day it kicked in. I lost 7 pounds in a week and felt great afterward, I started the Slimqiuck with green tea on the 8th day. I felt a little jitters after the 2nd pill but it wore off after an hour, it totally suppressed my appetite. I'm shooting for a total of 15 pounds in a month .......wish me lick

Slimquick Cleanse
I'm currently on day 4 of the cleanse. I have not weighed myself yet, I'm waiting until the end of the week. I don't feel as sluggish and my appetite has diminished significantly. I have not felt jittery or heart racing in any way. My bowel function has not been affected though. I am very regular anyways..I bought mine at Walmart for 13 bucks. I think it was money well spent.

This is the second day that I have been on the cleanse & I have not had significant results YET! I am staying optimistic...I have not lost any weight & am sticking to the calories amounts & food types (protein, fruit, veggies, etc...), but not the exact foods.
I have been losing weight since October 2009 & have already lost 45 pounds...I have aprox 35 to go & I decided to take this product to hopefully re-jump-start my weight loss as I have hit a platteau. I have had the cleansing affects by going to the restroom at least 4-5 times a day (I regularly go 2 times a day), so significant increase in that. But my energy levels are spiking at different intervals. About 30+ mins after I take the lunchtime serving I am ready to go & then I exercise on my lunch (30 min walk), but when I got home the first day I was sooo tired that I took a nap (which I have not done in years). So I was worried about the bedtime serving keeping me up, but no problems with that as I got to bed on time.
I am unsure what the next 5 days will bring on the cleanse, but I do feel a little bit lighter; I am staying optimistic & I only spent $13.47 on the product at Walmart, so if I do not see great results I will not have lost much money. We'll see how the rest of my time goes & I WILL let you know!
