You must contact us within the 15-day trial period if you have not received your trial product. If you fail to contact us within 15 days of ordering and we have delivery confirmation at your address, Supreme Brands will not be liable for these shipments.

How are we supposed to know if it works when we only get 15 days to make a decision before we have to return the unused portion? If you give the customer a 30-day supply, shouldn't we at least get 30 days to try it BEFORE we are charged for the product?

Awful refund policy

I've taken this for 2 weeks with no results & can't get a refund. 15 days from the order date isn't long enough to use the product & return it!! I cancelled auto-ship.

:-P I recently ordered from Vital Acai. I had just recently lost ten pounds and thought their product might be a help in keeping the pounds off. After 10 days it was evident that there was absolutly no difference in how I felt or in my new weight. From their advertisments I had expected to see some response to their procuct. I did not receive any benefit from their procuct. I called the telephone number listed on their information sheet and followed the recorded instructions to cancell my account. I was put on hold and waited 30 minutes for some person to respond to my call. At the end of that peeriod I hung-up and tried again with the same results. I tryed once each for the next two days and had the same results. I even tryed to email hem but was un able to find where to send an email. When my credit card statement came I was billed for the mail costs and for the product. I call the telephone number that was on the credit card statement and was told that I had never called to cancell my order. After trying to explaine that I had in fact tryed to contact them with the number provided and the results of my attempt I was tole by the person aat Supremeone (The company that distributes Vital Acai) and the supervisor that I requested to talk to that since I had not called within the 15 day allowance period I was not able tao get a refund. The supervisor told me that he would have his superior call me. It has been two weeks and I have received no calls. When it was clear to me that they were not availabe to answer their listed number nor going to refund my money. I went ahead and finished taking their product as recommended. I have had no changes in either my weight or in how I feel physically of emotionally. The product Supremeond provides does not meet any of their professed outcomes. Buyer Beware. Read all you can before you get taken in by this scam. It's my opinion that all of the testimonies about their product are false and misleading.

I was also scam I was charge 87.13 for the 30 days free supply and Im in the process of trying to get my 87.13 refund back to my account for a week now customer service keep telling me 5-14 business days is there anything else i can do to get my 87.13 back on my account >-(:-[]

as I have already written yesterday to you I have not
still received test product and in any case I did not
want successive products after that one of test, while
instead own today I saw that you have scaled 45,42 euros
from my credit card without authorization and without
that I have received nothing. Now I aspect some days in
order to see if you reimburse me the money that you have
climbed to me without mine authorization otherwise I will
go to the authorities competent in order to carry out a
denunciation against you.

this is very disappoited experince i have. First i do try for their free trial, paid for €4.15 shipping and i wait for one month to receive that order, and their is not a standard packing as well ( just used a piece of cardboard ) to cover it, and didnt include any of the instruction at all. Is very uncriterion. i'm not sure i will be charge for the second bottle or not, but after i read from other people review, i think i better call for my credit card company for cancellation, to be safe.:-(

I am not happy that free bottle of vitalacai becoming so expensive to try it out. This is only fourth day of taking the pills but i realised I got charged extra US 79.95 on my credit card account. This is ridiculous!

I will never purchase this product ever again!

It is an awful scam... people behind things like this are monsters. I was charged for aproduct i don't even have. I am so angry... who do this people think they are? I would not recommend this to anyone, it is really not worth all the grief.:-(
