Acai-aSlim is a scam. No Seriously. If you Google Acai-aSlim or any of its sibling companies, you will see nothing but fraud reports, rip off reports, customer complaints. It won't be long before these Acai companies cash out and head to Mexico. Acai aSlim will also give your credit card and billing info to other companies, who will in turn, charge you monthly fees that are hard to fight and even harder to cancel.
Let's take a look at Acai-aSlim's website for a second. It is extremely similar to all the others, especially Acai Body Flush. In fact the Acai Body Flush uses the same terms and conditions as Acai-aSlim. They even forgot to change the name from Acai-aSlim to Acai Body Flush!
Acai-aSlim Claims
Acai aSlim is "one of the highest rated Acai products available".
"Flattens Tumm and Burns Fat"
Acai Increases Sex Drive
Apparently Acai is a miracle fruit. Here is the truth about Acai. Acai is grown only in the Amazon rainforest of South America and nowhere else. For hundreds or maybe thousands of years, the indigenous people of the Amazon have consumed these little berries. Only more recently has it gained global attention. For two years of my life I lived in Brazil and let me tell you, acai is everywhere down there. But according to recent media, acia can heal everything from skin conditions to cancer. If that were true, it would mean that almost every single Brazilian would have perfect skin, a killer stomach and no cancer…False! They struggle with these things as much as we do! So you can throw out the notion that acai is a “miracle” and just accept it for what it is; a powerful little berry.
Acai-aSlim Free Trial?
The free trial is the only way that you can get a bottle of Acai aSlim. You can't get it at any store or any real website. Just the free trial. If you really want to order Acai-aSlim, for some crazy reason, you should really read their terms and conditions:
Terms & Conditions: (these terms/conditions only apply to the free trial) Start your trial now to receive a full month supply of Acai-aSlim (retails for eighty four dollars). You will have 14 full days from today to evaluate and decide if you wish to keep the remaining 30 day supply and continue receiving Acai-aSlim. If you enjoy Acai-aSlim, simply do nothing. You will be billed the discounted price of only 79.95 at the end of your fourteen day trial period for your initial supply. You will be billed thirty days from today to replenish your supply of Acai-aSlim and begin your monthly auto shipment unless cancelled (this is a savings off the retail price, and is available to you today). You will enjoy our auto ship program that will deliver your monthly supply of the Acai-aSlim Diet. You are still receiving this trial one hundred percent risk free because if, for ANY reason, you decide that Acai-aSlim is not for you, simply call 877-317-0189 and we will quickly assist you with canceling your Acai-aSlim auto ship program as well as help you with a refund. No future commitments, no hassles. Cancel any time. I also understand that I will enjoy a monthly membership to FitFactory where i can track my weight loss and get diet advice for a monthly fee of 19.95 per month billed on the 15th day unless I cancell by calling 1-866-407-1022. I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES, UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
Just as I thought. The terms and conditions for Acai-aSlim are exactly the same as Acai Body Flush. So you will be billed $80 for Acai-aSlim and as a way of thanking you for your business, Acai-aSlim will then sell your personal and creidt card info to a company called FitFactory, which is based out of Utah.
These Acai Free Trials are nothing but trouble. The fact that they put in fine print all of these crazy terms and costs is totally outrageous.
Don’t believe me? Well then be my guest and sign up for the free trial, but don’t complain when you get a surprise in the mail a month later! That is how these guys make their money and I promise you that they make plenty!
Don’t buy acai from AcaiBerry , you are not going to get your money’s worth and you might not even be getting real acai.

I am very unhappy with your company. Because of you. I was charged for products I never used on my credit card and had to have my credit card cancelled. Please refund me immediately or legal procedures will follow. I have already instructed my credit card company to stop paying you and will write a fraudulent report on your behalf.

Acaiaslim -- Don't trust them
I found out my credit card was charged twice for the amount of $ 79.95 without my permission. I called the number provided by the website, the customer service gave me another number to call. After I reached another customer service, they claimed that they are not the $79.95 product, they are something $89.95 product line. Finally, I got a number from my credit card company to call. I got one refund and canceled my account from them. If you need a refund from Acaiaslim, call 1877-317-0189. You have to call couple times to get the phone connected.

Acai-aSlim SCAM!!!
SILLY ME. I Should have known better. BUT, This company hides all the fine details very well. Not only did they charge my Credit Card the $79.95 for a product I didn't order (other than the free sample) BUT.... I had to cancel a "Fit for Life" membership I was signed up for automatically. That would have been a $19.99 monthly fee as well.
They say they will refund my money if I return their product...Happily! I also canceled my Credit Card to prevent any other add-ons charging my account!! My luck I didn't open my "FREE" sample - I can imagine that they are counting on people using the product immediately!
We will see if I get a refund....
#5 - Pam - California - 12/10/2008 - 12:13
Acaiaslim and Bromilite
Both are scams. The report above is quite accurate. They do charge your credit card and it is hard to get through to cancel what they have unrightly billed! Do not order the trial, it will cost you more than the $5!
#6 - BLG - 12/12/2008 - 10:02
i am so mad they billed my credit card a second timee i am going to report them to the bbb this is crazy
#7 - Denise Adams - 12/13/2008 - 08:35
I am extrememly upset with this company as I ordered the 14 day Free trial of AcalaSlim and I paid the $4.95 s+h with my credit card per the on-line offer. I have since been charged an additional $79.95 for a product I did not order, nor receive. At the very least, my thoughts are this is a deceptive trade practice, if not outright fraud. I have chosen not to continue with this order as the product has not done what it claims to do and because of company practices, I do not want to do business with this company. I have asked the $79.95 charge be reversed on my credit card and have notified my credit card company of this fraudulent transaction. An investigation will pursue and I expect this problem to be rectified immediately.
#8 - Theresa - 12/14/2008 - 10:23
I have already tried to contact the company and never got through. Will be going to U. S. Postal Inspectors, as well as States Attoneyos Office to report this scam. How anyone with a conscience (and perhaps that's the point, they have no conscience) could take the hard earned money of a person in these desperate times. BEWARE, BEWARE!!

I ordered the Two bottles of Acaiaslim and Colon flush paid the shipping costs, did not recieve either product, today on my credit card was a charge of 79.95 still no product. Merchant that I called will not speak to me. Notified my credit cardof unauthorized charge and of fraud, not receiving products aftering paying for them. Tomorrow will notify BBB of their practices. Beware of these vendors they are scams to get personal enfo and your money.
Same as most of you I was ripped off as well. Called the company - you have to be patient - you will be on hold for quite some time. Finally, got the cancellation and refund, then the lady on the phone started to lecture me about their "terms". I nearly crawled throught the phone line I was so mad. I called the Fit Factory to cancel that membership, but they had no record of my information, but I'm keeping their phone number because I think I'll probably see a 19.95 charge from them sometime soon.
I've ordered free trials before with no problem, but this experience has taught me a lesson: don't buy from website you don't know. I'll stick with Amazon.com from now on.
#11 - PT - 12/16/2008 - 10:42
Too Late
Once I ordered and my husband saw the charge, it was too late to even get ahold of the company involved. I spoke with my credit card company and they said the acaiaslim/powertea software had complaints about them, and the cc company credited my account. I then cancelled my card, to alleviate any further charging, because the cc company cannot stop a charge, because the company already has the approval code. What gets me, is Oprah and Dr. Oz are mentioned in the ads that have this free trial offer. The other questionable part is, there is no phone number on the cc bill for a consumer to call. Hmmmm!
#12 - Beth - 12/17/2008 - 03:16
FRAUD....DECEPTIVE >>FRAUD
Same as all of the above. No response on emails and 3 weeks to finally get a human.
Talked terms etc, which no one could every find.
They need to be shut down.
Disputed both charges and closed credit card account.
Also fot charged from Fit for Life, but they credited the account. I have no idea where they came from.
#13 - EPS - 12/18/2008 - 17:05
I am just like the other, ordered the free
trail of $4.95 + shipping & handling. The info was from Oprah Winfry site. I was overdrawn in my checking account! And caused major problems. I did not authorize any auto payment to take place. And WAS misled very badly. I did get through to customer SERVICE & talked to Janae #257 and she said she will stop & cancel any future withdrawls & send me my refund bACK TO MY ACCOUNT? tHIS IS NOT A FREE TRAIL OFFER i WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW.
#14 - mary - 12/18/2008 - 19:29
I have called for the second time to have the products cancelled. The customer service representative was extremely rude. I will be glad to be rid of this product and its company.
#15 - Penny - 12/21/2008 - 10:37

ACAI Crapola!
I wish I had read all these comments prior to getting the so called free trial. The terms and conditions were nowhere to be found when I got the trial and of course they dont send you a confirmation e-mail or any document with the free trial bottle so there is no paper trail. I got my credit card statement yesterday with two charges of $79.95. Notified my credit card company and their investigating. These people are FRAUDS! I will be notifying BBB as well. Nobody should have to go through this.
#17 - Sarah - 12/23/2008 - 19:06
Acai aSlim Screwed and I don't know what to do!!!
OMG!!! After 3 weeks of taking this product I got sick, My kidneys are now failing!!and was billed $79.95..I tried to call the company back to cancell and the number was disconnected..thanks to you guys.I now know this is a fraud..called my credit card company..Talked to my doctor and Lawyer!!Actions will be taken if not refunded!!! I wonder who could be sooo desperate to rip off innocent people??
#18 - Jenny - 12/23/2008 - 21:56
IM PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I though I was ordering Acia Burn, But I ended up ordering from this fraudelent company. Good thing I caught on to it early, to fix the problem. These people are terrible they took away $79.95 from my account.
#19 - Michelle - 12/24/2008 - 22:34
Acai-Slim
I ordered a sample for just the shipping charge and they also sent a bottle of some kind of tea in the package. When I tryed to get the 34.95 charge for the tea taken off, the tea company said it was ordered because they had my e-mail address, total lie. I have no way or phone number to straighten it out, but they put the tea product right in with the Acai-aSlim. That can't be legal and I am a new widow and don't have that kind of money. $34,95 is a lot for me right now. They did stop any charge for the other. I think. I get so scared now to use my credit card for anything on T.V. or the internet. I just wish the credit caRD PEOPLE WOULD BELIEVE ME instead of them. They lied.
#20 - J. Presley - 12/28/2008 - 08:11

Acai-aSlim
What a scam! I never received my free trial bottle. I got the 30 day supply which I thought was the free trial. The bottle comes after 14 days of ordering so you have no chance to cancel before your credit card gets charged! READ THE FINE PRINT!!
#22 - Jane Doe - 12/29/2008 - 11:46
Acai-aslim/Rejuvenate
I should have checked this company out online for forums like this before I ordered... same trouble as you all, charges to my credit card from Fit-fac that was not on the page with the acai I ordered. And they charged me for another month of Rejuvenate when I never even received the trial! If we all do our complaining to the BBB and others, maybe we can help stop these scam companies before they rip off so many other unsuspecting consumers. I called the number from #3 above (thanks) and 'apparently' got the charge credited back to my account (within 3-5 days), then called the other number (866-407-1022) and got the Rejuvenate charges reversed as well (on my next statement). I will be checking this on my Credit card account and let you know if they actually did it. I was given a confirmation of cancellation number and had to speak with a supervisor to get it as they could not pull up any account info! He had it though (???). Bad, bad companies who should not be able to get away with this
#23 - Fran from Canada - 12/29/2008 - 16:03
Acai-aSlim, Fit Factory, Total Cleanse
Just like everyone else, I got ripped off. I'm putting this up on the website to give others some help in calling to cancel. For Acai-aSlim, 1-877-317-0189. For Fit Factory, 1-866-407-1022. For Total Cleanse, 1-866-320-0038. I was told that my credit card would be credited, and I received a cancellation number from all three. Just to be on the safe side, I'll call my credit card company to alert them to unauthorized charges. WATCH OUT FOR THESE FOLKS!

Acai-aSlim
Got my second bottle today that I did not order and was not expecting. I then went on line to look at my bank acount and theee it was $79.95. Go figure. Called an got Rodney-101 and he gave me 3 number to cancel my order. Gave me a speech about reading the fine print. I will be calling my bank in the morning. I guess you can not trust anyone. Does anyone have a good number for Fit Factory, so I can call them also. I have not lost a pound either at least not because it the product.

I found out about acai-aslim from a blog that I now am going back to see is completely fake! It told me to also try Colon xR's free trial so who knows where my credit card info is now.
Who wants to start a lawsuit against these pricks? I'm totally serious

Acaiaslim Dietary Supplement
To Richard Cranium or whom it may concern;
I have tried several times to get hold of your company to cancel this product since October. Your phone number is 877-317-0189.
I was put on hold for more than an hour each and every time then I would hang up. What With That?
I received the free one, paid $4.85, wasn’t happy with it so that is why I been trying to cancel.
I got my Master Card Statement for December, 2008 and I noticed you have taken off 2 payments a total of $150.12 for product I never received.
I did finally receive one on Christmas Eve but now I am sending it back to your company Priority post so you can’t say I didn’t send it back.
I want those 2 payments total of $ 150.12 you have taken off of my card put back onto my card, ASAP. No if or and about it. Please just do it…..
One payment was on November 24th, 2008 for $75.48
The other was on December 9th, 2008 for $74.64
Do you also have a company called Power Tea which they have taken $45.29 from me and I have NEVER received that product….nor do I want it now. If so I want that payment back too.
I have read blogs on your company of how you guys keep taking money off of people credit cards, don’t send product and don’t get back to the people. They had to cancel their card to stop payments….What With That??? Is this how to run a company…too scam people? I want this taken care for me ASAP….
I will keep bugging your company till it is taken care of….believe me I will.

Acai a Slim
This company should be investigated for fraudulent business practices. The FREE trial offer is dishonest. I have noticed a charge on my credit card for $85.55 for a month's supply and plans for automatic shipments to continue. This is deceptive.
I have tried to find a mailing address to no avail. I did find a tel #877 317 0189 and I made a call which was after hours. I tried this email: falon@verifyyour order.com and I hope to make contact with that person. Hours are Mon through Fri.8am-5pm as stated by Connie in customer Service. She stated they have a risk free 30 day trial period and will refund 100% of the money. (They took it in a fraudulent manner in the first place).
If i do not get this matter rectified in a businesslike way. i will notify the BBB, my credit card company for cancellation of future charges and my attorney. Maybe a class action suit is in order.
Let's all work together to warn other unsuspecting buyers and to help one another with information.

I am very upset at the way this company works. I called and talked to Hope and her supervisor Alicia and they could of cared less all they did was kept repeating the policy and the terms. I think they are a very poor company and they have a bunch of robots working for them not people Just do as they are told don't care about the people just get the money. I think I will try and contact the BBB and Oprah since they use her name I think she would be intrested in how the company cares about what they are doing to people. I should have read the reviews first because if I did I would have never order this product.

I too ordered the trial which was $1.95 but I was smart enough to use an American Express gift card. So they won't have any luck getting any more money from that. I've only taken one but I'm going to trash them immediately. This scam goes along with the colon cleanse too (PowerFlush400, Colon Cure, Colon Smart, just to name a few).

If i do not get this matter rectified in a businesslike way. i will notify the BBB, my credit card company for cancellation of future charges and my attorney. Maybe a class action suit is in order.
Let's all work together to warn other unsuspecting buyers and to help one another with information.
