A warning to all those who wish to trial Acai Elite. The phone number listed for cancellations is not a "recognised" number and also, their e-mail address that they tell you to e-mail if you have any queries, is also "not recognised". I bought a trial bottle and tried to call to cancel but I couldn't find a working telephone number for them. I then tried to e-mail them to ask me to send the correct phone number to cancel the further subscriptions, but the "post master" notified me that my -mail could not be delivered.

Please heed the warning! I had to cancel my credit card as ther was no other way to stop the further payments from coming out.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! This is an extremely shady business and they have been reported to the United States Postal Service and to my Credit Card company. They are cheaters and Liers. They change their web site address daily so that you can't find them. After 2 months and some threatening emails they finally responded and showed their terms and conditions which were no where on their original offer. I would call this FRAUD!

This company are def suspect..i had a message left by a friend to try it and rather quickly ordered it. my friend claims he didnt leave that message!!! I ordered a free trial bottle, tho it cost me £19.95! it took 1 month to get to the uk and in which time another $74 had come out of my account. I contacted them via email, got responses but each time failing to ignore my request to cancel. Nowhere on their web page does it say about an auto enrol. I did not get my trial bottle knowing i was going to be entered into a monthly subscription. I have paid nearly £100 altogether, have one bottle of 30 500mg acai berry tablets and no instructions....nothing..
waste of money...waste of time.
I have had to cancel my card.

This is a terrible scam. I received my free trial with no directions on how to take the pill. I wasn't aware that I had 15 days to respond or else they were going to charge me $79.95 on my credit card. Tried to call the number listed on my bank statement but no success. Also tried to send emails and as everyone has stated...no replies back from the company.
An expensive lesson learned. I will never order anything online again.

I agree, I did not even receive my trial for about 5 weeks, the second and third bottles were sent and charged to my credit card and I did not have the trial yet. I was able to contact them by phone thru my credit card company, they transferred me through so I did not have to incur the long distance charges and was able to cancel my orders. Not a good idea to order this stuff.

Tried to track this customer service down and got melanie.scott16@gmail.com replied. She was not helpfull. Regardless what I told her; product arrived late & not working, she still charged the full amount and NEVER address the problem.

89.01 went through my credit card without my consent. Its crazy!

Waw, estoy toda bergonsada. Pedi mi Acai (mi hijo lo ordeno y llego a tiempo) excelente!! No empeze a tomarlo porque estaba tomando otro medicamento y deje los meses pasar. Y hoy cuando o quiero empezar con el tratamiento me encuentro con esta gracia.... todo lo que uds dicen o refieren a este dieta. Como pense que perdi la discripcion de su uso. Fui por google pa saber como tomarlo. Y loque lei es asombroso.
Ahora que tengo una boda que ir, dije entre mi, voy a rebajar esos "kilitos" demas...... pero la verdad ninguno de uds. me dan la claridad que "han rebajado de peso" y tocante que "quieren cobrar esos 83 US$ es verdad, pero no consiguieron ni quinto, porque ese no fue lo concordado y acepataron su error. Ahora que me recomiendan??? Porque hay mas dietas.... pero es efectivo o son charlatanes (ladrones)
Fabor siguiera UNA persona.... diganme si han rebajado de peso. O estan rabioso por lo del credit card y su cobro que NO ven o quieren decir que ACAI ELITE Si ayudo con su dieta.

Esa Compañia es un fraude, envian el producto sin instrucciones para su uso, es imposible devolverles algo porque no tienen una dirección fisica, no contestan los mensajes dejados en su linea 1800. Lamentablemente ni los bancos ni las Compañias de tarjetas de credito estan ayudando a evitar a que estos ladrones sigan haciendo de las suyas.

This is fraud and it is still happening ! My credit card was charged with the extra $79.99 and I hadn't even recevied the free sample, that took about five weeks to arrive and then it was from China. I cannot contact them via phone or e-mail.so I am CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD ..the only way out.........oh and by the way this product does NOT work.

what a crock of shit ... sounded great all these pop ups with all these photos so i ordered the free trial and paid about 5 gbp for shipping, i havent receieved them yet but i did only order yesterday. i went back on the site and i noticed that the people who claim to have used the product with great result's addresses had changed. originially it says hi im rich from leeds and blah blah im so great and its all coz of this berry and i went back on the next day to find out more about what id ordered and noticed that it was no sheffield he lives in :S and after all these reviews ive just canceld it through their phone number (which aparently worked) but deciding not to risk it have also canceld my card. thanks everyone. Looked impresive, but no sooner had I recieved my trial offer that my credit card was debited for over £65 twice.
I did email the company who agreed to cancell my order but did not.I contacted my credit card company who cancelled the card and refunded my losses and they dealt with the complaint.
Still have one unopened bottle of 30 capsuls which I will return provide they pay postage up front.
Contact your credit card company if you recieved no refund. Mine were brilliant. Also complained to Omfra who appeared in the advert.
