This company is a rip off. There is no way to cancel the product. The web page doesn't exist and there is no number. They have continued to charge my debit card so I am filing a complaint. If I get the info, I will post it all over the internet.

I have not tried the product but I ordered the trial offer. My credit card was charged $6.95. I cancelled the account two days after because my co-worker told me her credit card was charged $79.95 and she could not get her money back. I called customer service and was given a cancellation number. I called the next day just to double check that my account was cancelled and it was never cancelled by the first sales person. On 3/23/09 I was charged another $79.99 for the same product. A second shipment was not sent but my card was charged. I called today again and was told that I did not cancel my account within 15 days. I think they are trained to lie about closing the account. I hope they go out of business. Please tell everyone not to order this product.

this product does not work at all. it does not do anything that it says. just read all the reviews before me and i agree with each and every one. do not expect any help when you call. they are all talking heads. they treat you like you are taking money from their personal accounts. and you know how that feels????????? it's too bad this type of loyality is not being put to a better use with a better company.

when buying anything on line i go and get a pre-paid debit visa that way they want never mess in your bank account , cause the same happen to me with another company i cancel my card so if you have to canel your card do so and order another .
