This product did NOTHING but cost me $87.13. They were extremely hard to get a hold of, (automated system) tried the web site as the automated system sugested no luck. BUYER BEWARE!!!
A couple of days later AMY called. She gave me one number for her contact, and another number if I wanted to stop the shipments and charges to my card. AMY appears to call every one of their customers (see the complaints at http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8669944911)
I called the cancellation number and got a continuous runaround. The rep kept saying that I had two accounts. I explained that the web site was making the error. She never commented on that issue. She asked if I wanted to cancel my accounts. I said yes, but I want to cancel my orders too, as it was costing me $39.95 per bottle when I was only going to try one bottle first, for 99 cents. Again she aske if I wanted to cancel my account. I said YES and I wanted a return authorization number and address for both the Life Clease and the Acai Berry.
I did get a return authorization for the Life Cleanse (if that will do any good). But neither Amy, who called and said that I would keep receiving Life Cleanse every month at $39.95, nor the complaint representative could tell me the price or a way to contact the Acai Berry manufacturer or distributer. They told me that the Acai Berry product was not handled by them.
So I still don't know if the Acai Berry will continue arriving at $39.95 per month, I know they said I was responsible for one payment of $39.95 at least.
Note several things. They do business under the namy Health Products, and FWM Labs. The web page never did indicate that I had succesfully completed an order, and thus I was unable to print out a receipt with proper information. The credit card company wants the receipts and terms and conditions I agreed to before they will respond. It is odd that AMY is the name always used for every order confirmation call which they tell you is recorded. Though they sell and take money for Acai Berry, they do not know how to get in touch with the division that handles that product and did not know the price, nor a phone number for me contact this seperate "division". I can't afford this kind of risk with my information in their hands. I am going to cancel my current credit card. But the credit card company tells me that if they continue receiving correct name address and number information for my old card, my new card number will reflect those charges as well.

I recieved my free sample about 4 days later (they both arrived straight away) and when i called to cancel it, i went straight throught to an operator who asked for my order number, and that was it..cancelled.
I will check my card statement next month JUST incase, but i was told my order had been cancelled (i was given a cancellation number too) and i recived the free bottles anyway...fingers crossed..ò.
now i only have to see if they actually work!!

The $3.95 CAD $ on my e-mail confirmation turned out to be $6.72 Cad along with they are already billing for next month before you have even got the product. BEWARE!

This company is a total rip off. I ordered my 99 cent samples and before I new it my checking account was overdrawn because they took 79.95 x 2 for both products out of my checking account using my debit number. I have had to change my card and pay extra fees because of this.Something needs to be done. This company will be reported to BBB.and my attorny generals office.

I was also ripped off and i didn't notice for 2-3 months (since i didn't get any product shipped from them), I had registered for other 2 companies for free trial as well (can't remember there names), Guess what 1000 USD gone in 3 months, I complained this to ICICI bank customer care, stating i didn't order this, they back charged 1000 USD to those companies. I also asked ICICI to give me a different credit card so these as****es cannot charge me in future. Hope this is helpful to you.

I didn't have problems with them charging me because I simply cancelled my credit card when I realized it was a scam. As for the product - it doesn't work. God knows what's in it but whatever it is - it's a joke. We HAVE GOT TO STOP this quest for the miracle drug for weightloss. We're all being ripped off deluxe by these "thieves".
