I ordered Life Cleanse as well and had the same problem. I did not receive the product and I cancellled my order in the time frame that was set and I was still charged for product that I never received. No one will talk to me and they refuse to refund my money.

I wasn't aware of the terms & conditions when I ordered the free trial but when I read it later, I called in the next day and told them to cancel and they did cancel the future orders but they sent the free trial bottle. I wasn't charged for anything except the shipping & handling which was $3.95. I did the same thing for the Acai Berry bottle and they did cancel all the future orders but haven't received the free trial bottle yet.

Same thing here. I was well aware of cancelling before the trials were over, but that did not matter. They had ended my trial days way earlier than it was supposed to be. They were very rude to me and verbally abusive to me when I demanded a refund. I havr officially filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I searched them on the BBB website evidently they already have a lot of complaints against this company. Lets hope that they can help. If you have not filed a complaint with the BBB yet I strongly recommend it. It might help.

Ohh the fax number is bogus. If you call ask for a supervisor, she was the only one who listened. Her name was Shenna but that's probably fake also.

i received my acai berry detox on the 4th day. the lifecleanse hasnt come yet, but i went to myordersupport.com which is their website to check on the order, and i signed up and logged in. theres a tracking number for the life cleanse from ups. it has all the tracking info on there. there's also a tab to cancel your whole account from future shipments and "automated" money withdrawel from your account. i called to make sure if that was to cancel and the lady told me "yes, but if youd like you can also call to make sure it was cancelled." what i forgot to ask was "if i do cancel will i get my money back for the lifecleanse." when i ordered the acai pills they called me the next day to see if i wanted the life cleanse, i said sure, stupidly! but has anybody recieved money back? my charge was 39.95 for the life cleanse.

I also ordered "free" trials of these products - paid the initial shipping. The Life Cleanse didn't come for 12 days - the huge fees start after 14 days, so I called their toll free number immediately to cancel, and the number is "temporarily unavailable." Canceling online sent me in a loop - always back to log in. I ended up canceling my bank card.

I ordered the Life Clense. It arrived very late about 10 days after ordering. I tried it. It didn't do anything. I called and finally cancelled the order. Got cancellation number and name. Next think I know I have another box delivered to me and have been charged 87.13. This is a rip off and I'm having my bank and lawyer look into criminal charges.

These people appear to operate under several product and manufacturer names. I made an order )from one of their MANY different looking web sites) for a bottle of LifeClease and Acai Berry and the enticement was that all I had to pay was the shipping and did not have to order any additional. After entering my information and credit card number, the ordering page refreshed and said that my information and credit card did not match. The order page indicated that the order was unsuccessful. I filled the page out again and got the same result. I became suspicious and quit. I called my credit card company and they said that one charge went through for 99 cents (shipping for one bottle).
A couple of days later AMY called. She gave me one number for her contact, and another number if I wanted to stop the shipments and charges to my card. AMY appears to call every one of their customers (see the complaints at http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/8669944911)
I called the cancellation number and got a continuous runaround. The rep kept saying that I had two accounts. I explained that the web site was making the error. She never commented on that issue. She asked if I wanted to cancel my accounts. I said yes, but I want to cancel my orders too, as it was costing me $39.95 per bottle when I was only going to try one bottle first, for 99 cents. Again she aske if I wanted to cancel my account. I said YES and I wanted a return authorization number and address for both the Life Clease and the Acai Berry.
I did get a return authorization for the Life Cleanse (if that will do any good). But neither Amy, who called and said that I would keep receiving Life Cleanse every month at $39.95, nor the complaint representative could tell me the price or a way to contact the Acai Berry manufacturer or distributer. They told me that the Acai Berry product was not handled by them.
So I still don't know if the Acai Berry will continue arriving at $39.95 per month, I know they said I was responsible for one payment of $39.95 at least.
Note several things. They do business under the namy Health Products, and FWM Labs. The web page never did indicate that I had succesfully completed an order, and thus I was unable to print out a receipt with proper information. The credit card company wants the receipts and terms and conditions I agreed to before they will respond. It is odd that AMY is the name always used for every order confirmation call which they tell you is recorded. Though they sell and take money for Acai Berry, they do not know how to get in touch with the division that handles that product and did not know the price, nor a phone number for me contact this seperate "division". I can't afford this kind of risk with my information in their hands. I am going to cancel my current credit card. But the credit card company tells me that if they continue receiving correct name address and number information for my old card, my new card number will reflect those charges as well.
DO NOT TAKE THIS RISK!

i ordered both about 2 weeks ago.As soon as ordered it, i read all the negative reviews and cancelled it immediately (the same night i placed the order)
I recieved my free sample about 4 days later (they both arrived straight away) and when i called to cancel it, i went straight throught to an operator who asked for my order number, and that was it..cancelled.
I will check my card statement next month JUST incase, but i was told my order had been cancelled (i was given a cancellation number too) and i recived the free bottles anyway...fingers crossed..ò.
now i only have to see if they actually work!!

Never order from this company (FWM Lab) or you\'ll get charge for products you don\'t even place. Order just the Acai Max, and got charged for 3 different products. Called the company which they credited me back and told me that my order has been canceled. A few weeks later, I got charged again. Right now I got about 6 bottles from this company for which I did not order. I had my bank issue me a new card, and they are disputting this with the company.

If people actually took the time to read the terms and conditions it was very clear that you would be charge the $80 or so dollars if the products were not cancelled with1in 14 days of purchasing it....it\'s not rocket science to read terms and conditions....be a little more smart about buying things over the net people!!!!!!! The bank informed me that the only to stop payment is to provide written documentation, give them time to respond (2 weeks is enough) and the bank will stop payment. Hope it works!

What a scam. They didn't even SHIP my '15 day free trial' for 10 days, and I didn't receive it (in Canada) for 3 weeks after the initial order. It said on the website that I ordered it that there is a 30 day refund option but they are not honouring it. My products cost $133 each! They have sent me a cancellation email for future product but I am worried I will get billed anyway based on what I read here. What can I do?

I was also ripped off and i didn't notice for 2-3 months (since i didn't get any product shipped from them), I had registered for other 2 companies for free trial as well (can't remember there names), Guess what 1000 USD gone in 3 months, I complained this to ICICI bank customer care, stating i didn't order this, they back charged 1000 USD to those companies. I also asked ICICI to give me a different credit card so these as****es cannot charge me in future. Hope this is helpful to you.

Lying theiving savages !!!!!! I hope they get caught !!!
I was also ripped off and i didn't notice for 2-3 months (since i didn't get any product shipped from them), I had registered for other 2 companies for free trial as well (can't remember there names), Guess what 1000 USD gone in 3 months, I complained this to ICICI bank customer care, stating i didn't order this, they back charged 1000 USD to those companies. I also asked ICICI to give me a different credit card so these as****es cannot charge me in future. Hope this is helpful to you.
