When we rate diet pills we look at a variety of factors including: ingredients, customer feedback (which is why we allow you to post your reviews) and the satisfaction guarantee (if there is one). There are a few diet pills that have received extremely high marks across the board, and our favorite is Apidexin. You can read our review or go to the official site.

Sensa

Sensa - The Sprinkle Diet?

Sensa is a diet supplement that is a food sprinkle that helps you eat less. At first I thought it was some sketch comedy bit from Saturday Night Live. The premise behind Sensa's weight loss promise seemed a bit comical. Sensa, or the "sprinkle diet" apparently works by sprinkling some sort of powder on your food before you eat it. Those sprinkles are supposed to make you eat less and lose weight.

Sensa claims that it is a "new approach to weight loss that offers life-changing results". Sprinkles, Tastants, it all sounds too good to be true. With Sensa it appears that you can eat whatever you want - just as long as you sprinkle your sensa on it - poof - you will eat less.

"Because there are no food restrictions, you don’t have to deal with any intense food cravings or feelings of starvation. Sensa merely helps you eat less of the foods you love and gain greater satisfaction from smaller portions. As a result, you will take in fewer calories, making it easier to lose weight." Sensa Website

How Does Sensa Work?

Sensa claims that it uses your senses (hence the name 'Sensa') of smell and taste to "safely, naturally trigger your body’s “feel full” response so you can lose weight without any uncomfortable or embarrassing side effects."(Sensa Website).

I just don't get it. Their is no dieting, no exercising, just some magic dust? It kind of throws out all logic and conventional wisdom. You can't eat whatever you want and lose weight. Calories are calories, fat is fat, carbs are carbs. Whether you eat less may help but only if you are burning more calories if you are consuming. Right? Am I missing something there?

How Much is Sensa?

This is where my faith in Sensa starts to slide a bit. The Sensa "6 Month Starter Kit" sells for $235. They give you the option of joining their auto-ship program, which will run you another $33 per month. There are some companies that don't give you the option to opt-in. I like that Sensa gives you the option and doesn't force you into some auto-ship program.

Is Sensa Guaranteed?

Sensa does come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Sensa Conclusion

I am kind of torn here. Obviously if you eat less food, you will consume less calories. You still need to burn those calories and Sensa doesn't talk much about that. Too bad that burning more calories then you consume is the fundamental tenet of weight loss. If you try Sensa, you should use it in conjuction with a diet, excercise program and fat burner (so you actuall burn more calories).

Sensa
Sensa is a waste of time and money. It doesn't work, plain and simple. If it had any effect at all, I would be dumping this stuff on my food and buying more. It's way over priced and this Dr. Hirch character fails to explain how this powder works. Somehow it effects the body's appetite control, but how? The big BS is his research, LET'S SEE IT!
Let's go to the data and skip the support line, and all that hype.

Nothing more than fairy dust! Don't waste your time or your money. I bought it and actually gained weight. Going back to the gym and drinking water. Would rather spend money on my gym fees than fairy dust!

I'm not sure if this works but it's good to always try new things. There are many diet pills that clame to work but don't. You have to find proof that it helped some people altho everyone is different. I don't know about you but u rather sprinkle stuff then swallow giant pills. I would try this if it was cheaper. And no pills are going to give u the best effect without working out and eating better.

Before you take anything I think it's best u read about it and learn all the side affects
