What are Slim 365 Ingredients?
Slim 365 contains a blend of the following ingredients:
Green Tea, Chitosan and Hoodia Gordonii.
Here is the breakdown on these ingredients - Green Tea is good. It has been clinically tested to be effective at increasing your body's temperature resulting in an increase the rate at which you burn calories - BUT the clinical test was done using 1000mg of green tea, and I don't recall the exact percentage of EGCGs. How much Green Tea is in each serving of Slim 365? Not sure because they don't show you the label. My guess is that it is nowhere enough to yield the same results in the actual study. Are there diet pills that actually use the correct amounts of hoodia? Sure, the most popular is Thermogenix.
Hoodia Gordonii? No scientific proof. In fact, a recent report states that over 90% of hoodia used in diet pills is fake hoodia. Look for documentation on the product website stating authenticity of the hoodia used. If there is no documentation, avoid the product. Slim 365 does not provide any documentation. Are their diet pills that provide certificates of authenticity? You bet, the most popular is Nuphedrine.
The final ingredient is Chitosan. Known as the 'Fat Attractor' in the scientific community, Chitosan is a natural fiber that binds itself to fat . This action causes your body to not absorb the fats you eat. Again, Slim 365 does not list its ingredients, but you need at least 600mg of chitosan per serving in order for it to be effective.
