Yerba Mate, Guarana, and Damiana was also proven to show significant delayed gastric emptying and reduced time of perceived gastric fullness. An ultrasound scan on subjects confirmed the delayed rate at which the stomach emptied by an average of 20 minutes without disturbing the normal digestive processes.
